I purchased a new vehicle at this location on 11-14-2020. Here is my experience. Sales person was nice and my finance person was great. The reason for only 2 stars? My sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle but that's OK since I knew exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was TERRIBLE! Communication during the "negotiation" process with my sales person was not good and the dealership tries to add on a ton of extra fees. I hate the "game" you must play in order to buy a vehicle! I told my sales person what I was willing to pay so at that point instead of walking back and forth to your manager and me why not try and make that work? It took way too long to purchase this vehicle. After the deal was done and I am outside putting my things into the vehicle my sales person tells me they only have one key. So I just bought a 2020 vehicle with 6000 miles and you only have one key..... That's something maybe I should have known before I purchased the vehicle.... But hey I was told I could purchase a new one, thank you for that information. I have other complaints about the buying process but I simply cannot think of them at this time. My wife and I buy new vehicles around every two years and I can say I will never come back to this dealership.

My car buying experience left a lot to be desired. The salesman never followed up with me regarding car issues. Since then we have had some major issues with the dealership trying to obtain my car tag. We were supposed to receive the car tag over a month ago. However, when I spoke with the representative, I was told the title still had to be cleared from an out of state bank. How in the world are you able to sale a car without the title? SMH!! I have reached out to several different team members trying to get answers but to no avail. ALMS team very unresponsive. Customer service sucks.

I must say. I didn't feel Hassled at the dealership! From the sale floor to the finance to the delivery specialist they took great care of my needs and wants. I m leaving 1 star for the service department. The SALES department were amazing!
The service department on the other hand is all over the place and don t really seem to have consideration for the customer. I came purchased a vehicle on Wednesday and came in for services on the next Tuesday at 11:15am. I sat in the service department until 5:45pm and STILL left with the issue not being resolved. I was advised that I can come back the following morning, so I did just that at 7:50am. I gave the service department until 11am before I asked for an update on my vehicle. Once the service rep went to check on the vehicle, I see that he pulls the vehicle into the service garage which means it had not been worked on for the ENTIRE 3 hours that I have been sitting here patiently WAITING. He could not explain why the vehicle was parked and not being worked on. THIS IS VERY INCONSIDERATE AND BAD BUSINESS AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!

Worst car buying experience ever. If I could give it no stars I would. I went up there and told them I had a certain amount of money to put down on a particular car that I wanted. Everything seem cool until we was up there for hours and nothing wasn't getting done. They came back eventually after hours of me test driving and everything and said I need more money to put down if I want the car which was 3times what I offered. I told them I couldn't do that and stuck with my initial down payment. Then another salesperson came up to the table and said he just needed a little bit more. I left and said I will think about it and and after much consideration I called them back said I can agree to that offer and they told me that offer wasn't no longer valid because he didn't sign off on it and wanted the dowm payment that was 3times my initial offer. I hung up with frustration and took my lesson. Then the salesperson kept calling me and telling the car was still out there waiting for me and still wanted the hell of the down payment. Fast forward to the next day, the salesperson called me and told me the car was still waiting for me and I told him that I can give them a little bit more. The salesperson said he would call me back if he had a deal for what I was offering. He called me back and said bring the money in because he found a deal. I GOT EXCITED! DROVE UP THERE AGAIN and to my disappointment he came back with some bullshit. Not the offer we discussed on the phone but a completely different offer that was no where NEAR MY DOWN PAYMENT I OFFERED OR CLOSE TO THE MONTLY PAYMENTS I WANTED. All they do is talk out the side of their mouths and give false hope leaving you dissatisfied. I would neve do business with them unless you have a million dollars in the bank with no brain. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Please go somewhere else if you can read this because they will play you LIKE A HUSBAND PLAYING HIS SIDE MISTRESS. Giving you false hope with no future commitment.

Worst car buying experience ever.If i could give 0 stars , i would.. Stay away from this place. very shady general manager. was in town for a family reunion and found a car online and came in to look at it.. settled on a bottom line price of $17000 including taxes, fees, etc. which was cash money.. not financing.. done some brief paperwork and had to leave for a family function and told them i will be back to pick up the car on sunday. came back on sunday and went to do the rest of the paperwork and they tried to stick me with a $700 documentation charge..Hell no, i told them as to this was not our agreement..this was a deal breaker for me. i offered to pay half of the fee because my son really wanted the car.. they wouldnt budge, so i left and went to another car lot and bought the same style car for much less.. very shady folks in every way possible... yes, they will smile in your face and will probably spit on your grave...STAY AWAY.....
I have made several phone calls and haven't received on call in return. I purchased my car from them not even a year ago only to find out they replaced some car parts with aftermarket parts. That voided my warranty from the dealer. They are shady, pushy and just want to make a sale. I thought we had done a good deal and good business. Guess not. Poor business

Sunday, December 15, I drove up from Auburn to test drive a 2019 Kia, from ALM Kia South. The salesman, Tyrone Duncan, didn t pressure or haggle me over price. We talked about my needs and he wrote up an offer that I reviewed at home. Wednesday, December 18, I contacted him to see if the car was still available and at the same price.
The finance guy, Waddell, was very professional. He explained all the forms I had to sign. It was a painless process. No complaints. He didn t try to renegotiate the deal. And right before I left with a new Kia, Javon showed me how to program my phone, Bluetooth and all the other things about the car. I appreciated that because I would drive home, in a new car, at night. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I encountered. I am the proud owner of a new Kia and would recommend ALM Kia South to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

Spoke to 2 sales reps, 50 mins before driving 40 miles to find out the suv was "just sold". Dont be fooled by the sprawl, at the heart this is a "used" car dealership, commission only sales staff, zero ethics on customer service. They did say we have another one, i said fine, show it to me, to learn it also "just got sold". I wouldnt want to give them a cent of my business.

Highly Disappointed with sales service. The salesman named Antoin called me for a vehicle I was interested in and I explained to him that I am driving from 50 miles away, to make sure the vehicle is available and for the price I was looking for; He told me to get there and everything is fine. When I got there they told me they cannot find the key to the vehicle and cannot show it to me... To me that sounds like an unbelievable excuse... So disappointed with the service.

Was in the process of buying one of their vehicles when they sold to someone else while we were waiting on the paperwork. Which had been sent by the Dealership to an incorrect email address. Very slow response times by both phone and email, and unprofessional.
Horrible experience!!! Please do not go to any ALM. ERICA, NIKKI, MIGUEL, TONY, AND THOMAS are all unprofessional and just want a sale. I went to the ALM in Union City, Ga and my experience was beyond horrible. I ve never met a company that consist of such incompetent and unprofessional individuals. They didn t submit any of my finance papers correctly and by not submitting them correctly I had to go through a different finance company resulting in my monthly car note going up and interest rate going up. I purchased my car on 11/16/17 and received a temporary tag up until 1/2/2018. I recently called to get a tag and ALM did not even submit the paperwork for my tag. The represenative for their tag department stated to me that it s been 10 weeks and they have yet to submit the paperwork. The woman in their tag department even stated how unprofessional their actions were.I decided to call them but like the cowards they are they try to rush you off the phone or avoid your call. I called ALM and spoke to the manager Thomas which is suppose to be a sales manger, and two other employees by the names of Miguel and Tony. Thomas got on the phone and didn t have a clue, he later passed the phone to Miguel and Miguel said that Tony would call me back. Being the unprofessional individuals they are I never received a phone call back from either of them. I decided to go up there and I had to completely go off. Thomas which was suppose to be the manager didn t even step foot out his office to even talk to me even after me asking multiple times for him (a complete unprofessional coward). All of them are complete cowards, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. After going off and showing the other side that I hate it baffles me that I received my tag the same day. ALM will sale you a car and after they finalize a sale they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. You do not treat people this way. This company needs to be shut down or they need to hire individuals who are intelligent and who care. I m a very smart individual and I know when something is not right. This company is a disappointment and I advise future car buyers please DO NOT GO TO ALM!

The sales representatives John and unfortunately I can not remember the other young man (college athlete) name where great, they got my stars but the condition the vehicle I purchased was not. I bought the vehicle in June but in less than a month I needed to replace the AC filter, an oil change was needed with also replacing the filter and the some of the sensors were off and not to mention they didn't detailed the vehicle as they stated they would . I didn't notice until the next day because when I left after buying the vehicle it was dark. My next purchase will be at another dealership where I know the maintenance of the vehicle is in good condition before I leave the lot.

I purchased a vehicle here on 07/31/2017. I love the vehicle, even with the flaws I was unaware of upon purchase, and even though they have refused to fix them.
During the purchase I had to wait over an hour to see their only finance person. She argued with the salesman about what he said would be fixed after the purchase, which was referred to as a "we owe".
I tried to call the business and was hung up on several times. The only option which was operable was the sales option.
One of the items was to have the vehicle detailed, since it hadn't been and their detail shop was closed on the day I purchased it. I brought the vehicle back at a later date and waited 3 hours while they "detailed" the vehicle. After getting it back, I immediately noticed the vehicle had not been cleaned inside. The salesman apologized and told me to bring it back at a later date and he would take care of it.
A few days later I discovered the options on the touchscreen would not work. After doing some research I found it was a common problem, but not a cheap one. To fix the problem would cost about $3,000.00. When I inquired about them fixing the issue, the service manager told me flat out I was on my own, and it was a common problem. I was shocked to have a new-to-me vehicle and to have not been informed of this problem prior to purchase. Especially since they knew it was a common problem with the vehicle I purchased.
I brought the vehicle back to be detailed again only to be told the salesman no longer worked there. They agreed to detail the vehicle. When I picked it up it was barely any more clean than when I dropped it off.
The customer service here was awful and the follow up was also really bad. I regret buying my vehicle at Atlanta Luxury Motors, and wish I had waited to find the vehicle I wanted at a reputable dealer.
Update:
Upon seeing my review, one of ALMs managers contacted me. I was at woek.and couldn't talk right then so he gave me his number and asked that I call him back. I did call him back and was sent to his voicemail. Haven't heard from him since, and that was over 2 months ago.
I wrote that my CUE touchscreen didn't work previously, now my back-up camera doesn't work.
I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with the lack of service. I definitely learned my lesson and will never buy from an ALM again.
Customer service very sub-par and complete lack of communcation. Took 6 hours for them to call and tell us they had received the wrong part for our car. When we asked for a refund because the wrong part had been shipped twice, we were told it would take up to 3 business days. That was 2 weeks ago, and we still don't have our $500 back. Every time we call, we get passed around from person to person, only to be told they don't handle the refunds internally. Not a great impression from someone who is out of town.

My amazing experience begins and ends with Alexander Perry, as far as I am concerned he should be running the service department. He made right a wrong that began the day I bought my car. He is professional and kind and sincerely cares about his customers. Getting things fixed on your car is never something we look forward to but Alex made every step of the process so much easier. Kia ALM south is not close to my house but after today I will not be going anywhere else, as long as they keep Alex around. Car salesman/dealership personnel and dentists are not high on the Christmas gift list. However, ALM South personnel breaks this stereotype. It was a joy to purchase my vehicle. They really exceeded every expectation. The car had only one key fob. They called a locksmith to create another. They provided free beverages. Mr. Williams even went to McDonald's to purchase breakfast. I'm not sure if that's the standard, however, it demonstrated a REAL CARING FOR CUSTOMERS!! I was told by another dealership that they do give you a full tank of gas with the purchase. NOT TRUE HERE. Free gas was gladly provided. JUST AWESOME. ALM South should teach a monthly customer service class. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from ALM SOUTH!!

I purchased a vehicle from this location a month ago. Before i purchased the vehicle all my texts were replied too quickly and all my calls were accepted by my salesperson Damien. When i got the vehicle I only received 1 key fob and was told that I would be given a number for a guy to make another key for my car so I could have a spare. I was also owed a chip for the car so the navigational system could work. It s a month later and none of my numerous texts have been replied to or my phone calls have been answered. I still haven t received the phone number for the guy to make the key or any information on when i would receive the chip for my navigational system. I was just placed on hold for 15mins to speak to a manager and then phone just mysteriously disconnected without me speaking to anyone. If that s the example Management is setting it s no surprise the employees are acting this way because they are not being held accountable by anyone. They are just interested in getting you in the door making the sale and thats it. They don t care about your issues after the sale is made and Management isn t ensuring that the employees do right by the customer. The worse feeling is that I m feeling like I m begging for these stuff when it s my hard earned money I m spending. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you know what s good for you.

This company is by far unprofessional and lack customer experience...I went there to purchase a car and Christopher saucer was super unprofessional, after not wanting to help me find a car he handed me his card stating he was sorry he couldn t help me, he lacks knowledge and jus don t care... I was persistent because I really needed a car and they ripped me over secretly for $1000 and pretty much kicked me out the door. I have a crack in the windshield of my new vehicle and they failed to fix it correctly, if I didn t have a we owe you form I would be totally screwed...long story short, Im not big on writing reviews but I wish everyone would read and save themselves stress by taking notice of everything and getting proof of everything if you purchase a vehicle from here and stay far away from Christopher saucer he doesn t need the money because he tells his customers he makes way more money than them and give out their confidential information.
Met up with Ben who was my salesman. Best salesman I dealt with within the 2 months of car shopping i had went through. He was just chilled and did not try too hard to push a sale. He was attentive to what i was searching for and provided specific details. I narrowed down the specific model i wanted and he provided excellent options.
