I would not recommend ALM South to anyone. We went at the beginning of February for a 2015 Honda Fit that they said a few hours before was available. When we arrived, it had apparently been sold within that time. They offered us a 2017 and of course jumped up in price. No biggie, we test drove it, loved it, and made the deal. The man in financing was impatient with any questions and did not explain things well. That was fine because I had my new car, right? Of course not. I drove the car for about two weeks, then the temporary tag went out. I called a week before it went out to prepare what I needed to get my real tags. It is April 23rd and I still have not received my tags and haven't been able to drive my car since the end of March. I have called and called and ALM says they needed this form and that form from me. I'm wondering why we didn't sign these forms while there? I will not be able to drive my car for another month because my deployed husband has to sign something that they should have had us sign there. I was told to call corporate to see if there was anything I could do and the customer service was terrible. They were very short and didn't listen. I love my Honda Fit. I just wish I could drive it.

Let me tell you about my experience with Atlanta Luxury Motors South 4310 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291. So my wife and I have been shopping for a car. Usual deal, we have some money to put down, we have a car to trade in, and we need to finance some. We are shopping well within our budget, and we know what we want. Essentially, all anyone has to do is find us the car and take our money. The process had been going well till we came to Atlanta Luxury Motors South.
So on Thursday, my wife found a vehicle she wanted on the ALMS website, and wanted to go take a look at it. So we drove 87 miles from my house to the dealership. She took it out on a test drive with one of the sales people, and liked the vehicle. We said we wanted to have someone come take a look at it. The sales person then went into a story about how some people from Mississippi were coming to look at the vehicle in the morning, however if we wanted to put down $1000 (non refundable) they would hold the vehicle for us. We said we weren't ready to do that yet as we had someone working with us that we wanted to show the car to first. We understood that we ran the risk of losing the vehicle, and we weren't ready to commit. So we went home, and told our friend about it, who made plans to come down and see it at 11am on Friday.
So fast forward to Friday. Our agent shows up to look at the vehicle, and takes it for a test drive. As she comes back, she starts to work on a deal on the car and begins to negotiate a deal on the car. A deal is reached at a certain price, we agree to it, and since we weren't there we placed the $1000 deposit by phone to hold the car for less than 24 hours till we can come down and buy it. The deposit agreement even states they won't sell the car to anyone but us during the hold period.
Immediately following this deposit, another couple comes up and tests drives this vehicle. They then come back, and apparently made an offer for the sticker price, because our deal and deposit was immediately rescinded, after taking our money, and our car was sold to the other people. This was strike one, and was absolutely unacceptable. However, it gets worse.
Following this disaster, everyone involved is angry. The sales person then tries to find another vehicle for us, and make a good deal for us to make up for the rudeness. The sales person in this scenario actually does a good job, but the sales managers here seem to make a living ripping people off.
He finds us another deal, and offers us an excellent offer to make up for it. We then get this deal completely done on the computer and everything typed up. We are happy enough with this situation given the circumstances. We then place a second $1000 deposit (the first one was refunded to us) to hold this deal till Saturday morning.
So Saturday morning comes up, we drive a second 87 miles one way to the dealership, and walk in to complete the deal that we had made, on the computer, with the sales manager on Friday. We walk in, happy and smiling to make the deal. After a few minutes, the sales manager comes over again, and says the deal they made yesterday doesn't apply, and they are going to charge us $2000 more than everyone had agreed to yesterday. This is twice in 48 hours this dealership had completely reneged on a deal, and broke their word with customers. Two deals were broken between us and this dealership, both in violation of written documentation they provided to us.
During this final conversation we were told the following things:
"No one is getting screwed here"
"We don't do holds here"
"You know your trade isn't worth what we were offering for it"
"I'll refund your money when I'm good and ready to do it"
Worst of all, the sales manager turned to our sales person, who was trying to do the right thing this whole time and said "MJ is going to get fired as soon as you leave here". If they treat their employees this way, right in front of a customer, what are they doing to their customers?
I had a good experience with Damien, Armani, and Jawon. They were very professional and knowledgeable to all my vehicle needs. Thanks gentleman for your service. It was greatly appreciated.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will urge everyone to NOT buy a car from here. The finance "department" is unprofessional and will have you waiting for hours on end. I can barely say its a department. The finance manager is rude. He is a big guy-I forget his name. The salesmen are helpful but it is clear that this place lacks a system. They sit around and talk. I do not expect any of the salesmen to last here because they are great but the place is run by unprofessional people.
When walking in, the receptionist didn't greet me. She barely raised her head. No one asked me if I needed anything. It wasn't until 15 minutes of waiting around just to see if anyone would acknowledge me, that I bypassed the receptionist desk to go to the desk behind it. I asked the guy if anyone could help me. He said "anyone" could. He was saying it sarcastically. However no one was around.
I was a bit irritated by then. I don't know if it was a vibe that I got or this place is just that terrible upon walking in. The finance department will try and fast talk you. So, be mindful.
If something doesn't feel right, it isn't right. The cars was priced reasonably, but they try and mark up the price. The receptionist, the female saleswomen, and the finance department- STAY AWAY!
Very unprofessional. Bought a 2017 Ram from here and the back window was replaced with regular glass instead of middle window. I didn't know until the paperwork was done and they didn't reduce my down or accommodate in any way! Then handle broke off door had it replaced, come to pick up and my R was missing from the ram lettering. So I had to wait for them to order the dam R. If you think I'm lying call them they answer the phone ALM KIA that's it, no hello, no name, no kind of greeting

I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 in June. I paid the for the dealership to handle title and registration. I have yet to receive my registration nor has my bank received the title. The dealership has left me on hold for any calls that are not relevant to their sales department. Let me be clear that I have exhausted all efforts, to include using the website virtual chat (leading to a conversation with another sales rep who would send my issue up. ) My temporary tag expired 07AUG20 I have been told by the dealership extensions cannot be issued. I will be relocating out of the country for an extended period of time in the near future, and I will be leaving a paperweight in my driveway. If your purchase is time-sensitive, Spend your money elsewhere.

drove 3 hours for a vehicle that was 'not as advertised'. the management response to the poor quality of the vehicle was to 'buy an extended warranty' did not have a good feeling about the team wanting to assist the customer. almost felt like it was buy the vehicle and best of luck mentality.

Worst experience ever! Called and made an apt with the service center to get my car repaired and they told me to bring it in at 1pm. I had to work so I arranged to drop off at 7am and pick up around 5:30. Got there at 7am. Was not greeted by anyone nor given any names or paperwork. Gave my keys and off to work I went. No calls or nothing from service provider all day. Finally decided to call around 4:30 when I got off and at first, no one even knew where my car was and I kept getting asked who was my service provider. Apparently they couldn t pull this info in their system. Finally found it and I was told the service provider Jason didn t even touch my car! Never once called to update me on anything! and then he left for the day with my car completely unattached so now I had no way of getting to work nor my child to school. Worst service ever. DONT GO HERE!

I had the absolutely best Customer Service from Mike in service. I was a nervous wreck when I spoke to him over the phone about my vehicle. I just knew the issue was going to cost me a lot of money and I was just unsure if I could trust the person who answered the phone. Well...YES you can trust Mike. He listened to all my rambling (there was a lot), asked me questions here and there and then asked if we could set up a time for him to look at my vehicle. When I got there I was greeted by the biggest man with the greatest smile I have ever seen. He was polite, reassuring, knowledgeable and frankly I felt safe with him. He inspected my vehicle and explained what the problem was in terms I actually understood. He gave me options on how to correct the issues and we set up a time to have the work completed. I have never had the respect with other service technicians as I did with Mike. Well done ALM Kia South for having Mike on your team!!
I have never been so disappointed at service in my entire life. This is the absolute worst. I made an appointment on Monday my appointment was confirmed on Wednesday and I arrived on time early even 15 minutes. I made the appointment for first two recalls second an oil change and tire rotation. The intake person, not impressed enough to remember name, failed to do her due diligence and check the system to confirm info given to her and see what the car was there for. On top of that she mentioned to me that they take walk-ins as priority over appointments because they got there before you, so I asked why make and confirm appointments. No good answer given. I waited two entire hours for an oil change and tire rotation just to find out my recalls had not been completed. I ask could I be pushed forward so that I'm not waiting another two hours.Then instead of coming inside to tell me that it will be another two hours they will be holding me hostage this intake person,again not important enough to remember name, calls my phone to tell me as if I left the building. It was very unnerving further irritating me. The only thing that was ok about this visit was the transparency of the manager. He knows where the issues are and also knows that incompetence is not an excuse. I would like to see walk ins wait like any other business makes them wait and allow planning appointment makers to be priority. I am writing this in real time. I arrived here at 8:45 it's now 12 I don't plan to ever come back to this location. I will more likely go somewhere North because ALM Kia South is not the move. Oh and I still have about 30-45 minutes of wait time left. The chance of me returning is 0 period. I had to give one star I guess that's for the manager

I bought a brand new car here. They were friendly and fake before the sale, but afterwards they were extremely rude. They did not give me an owners manual or warranty manual. They only gave me one key. They did not want to detail the car. They would not answer simple questions. They ignored me. They even gave me bad looks and were very unprofessional. I would never go back to this place for anything. I won't even be going back for my free oil change. I wouldnt trust these incompetent people to handle anything. I hope others will stay away and save themselves some stress. I've had better customer service at Walmart. We were in the market for another new suv as well. They lost our business for the second car purchase.
My daughter purchased a 2018 Altima, we have spent over a year attempting to get repairs completed that the dealership agreed to do. When we phone and speak with the service manager we are told they need to look into it why it wasn't completed. The guard on the bottom of the car finally came completely off, because the tabs were broken from the first repair attempt in May of 2019, the sensor still has not been replaced and we have to listen to constant beeping in the car. The car had been wrecked prior to her purchase and was not repaired properly to begin with it.
