Terrible place to buy a car. Everyone is a liar and they sell cars with all kinds of problems. (Stealership) They only want your money, they don't care about any of the customers.

This is my issue I did a credit app on line because I know my credit wasn't good I was told by a salesperson my application had been reviewed and a deal could be done however when I went down it was for nothing due to my credit Ifrom my experience if you don't have at least a 600 credit score don't go to a major car dealer they can't finance you which they always lie and say they can finance any credit but they won't

NEVER buy from ALM. After buying a car from there becuase of their cheaper prices I found out there was good reason. First of all my car began to give me trouble in the rear wheels with in 3 weeks of the purchase. Then When i went to get a licences plate for my car at the DMV they told me the registration was never recieved, i'm still waiting 2 months later!! I have tried to contact both ALM south and their head quarters and keep getting the run around or no return to my phone calls. STEER CLEAR its not worth the money you would save.

When I came into the dealership I met with Mark Grimm. He was very professional and pleasant. I had explained to him that something was wrong with my brakes and that from reading Kia forums there was a known issue with the rotors. He told me he would review it but the brakes were not under warranty after 12,000 miles. I called this Kia Stinger VIP line and spoke with a gentleman there named Ed Hunter who was absolutely amazing. He explained that it was a known issue and contacted Mark. From that point forward Mark handled this like an All-Star. He took the necessary steps within his company to get this repared under warranty. As well because it would take a few days he got me a rental car which was not within my expectation. Overall I am very satisfied with Kia service. It almost felt like luxury car service level. Worst dealership I've been to. Poor customer service. The Chris guy is a joke and a liar... Called 5 times said they had the car. Asked him to have it ready when i got there and it was sold within the 45 minutes it took me to get there... That's bad business. Wasted my time. I can't get that back.

Purchased a hybrid/electric vehicle from ALM.
Not only did they not do the emissions test on it, but the electric plug, that comes with the car was missing, the navigation SD card was missing, the passenger headlight was out, there was only one key fab with the car, there was paint overspray and tape from the bumpers being spray painted and the process of purchasing the vehicle took 2 days.
I called multiple times to resolve these issues but they refused to resolve them.
Was a good value for the car I got but I will never buy from this dealer again or send them any business.
Stay away if customer service is important to you.

Corresponded 3 times with 3 different people for follow up info on a car, twice via email and once over the phone. But no one ever got back to me. Very disappointed, didnt want to drive 2 hours for a car that didnt meet my needs. But apparently they weren't desperate to sell a $35k car. Oh well will take my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. The service representative that was apparently expecting us did zero preparation. The car was not prepped at all, and no effort was made to prepare any documentation on the car (maintenance records, basic specs, etc). After requesting basic vehicle information the representative still only gave us minimal information and did not act interested in the whole concept of selling a car, so we left.

My experience was with the salesperson Rachel. She was very friendly and made me very comfortable since we hit it off. they didn't have the car that I came to look at anymore because it was sold that day, but she found me a similar car which I ended up loving. She made the process very painless for me and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend using Rachel for your visit!

I took a little trip down to Union City Georgia because I fell in love with a vehicle that ALM had posted online for a GREAT price. Although I was not really in a good position to purchase this vehicle, but unknown to me, I had an ace-in-the hole, well... actually 4 aces named Jeremy Long (my personal sales associate), Nathaniel "Nate" McAlister (my very own Sales Manager), Cleo Ricks, (my trusty Finance Manager), and Randy Hicks (my personal GSM). If it were not for their tenacity and over-the-moon customer service, this Tennessee girl would've had to drive the 250 miles back home in the car I came in. YES.... I said 250 miles! And believe me, it was worth every inch of the way!! Please...drive from where ever you have to drive to get to Atlanta Luxury Motors South in Union City Georgia. I will never buy a car any place else. Because it is true what they say : "This is where the search ends"! Love you guys! You were as excited as I was that I got the care of my dreams. Receptionist will lie about being able to sell cars listed on autotrader as well as other used cars sites to get you to come in and finance a car. They cannot/ will not sell those cars to you because they do not want to be liable and will make no commission. They sell those cars wholesale to auction.

My experience here was horrible. We drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle that was set up by appointment. We called days before to make sure the car was on the lot and even set up an appointment with Mark and he knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to s e. The guy Mark Mann had someone call us that morning to verify we were on our way and then he personally called us twice when arriving in town verifying we were on our way. When we got there he stalled a little to show us the vehicle we had an appointment for. He then went out claiming to bring the vehicle and then he came back with some bull story about the car rim was cracked and is on the back being worked on. So we asked if it was just the wheel couldn t that be fixed he said I can t sell you a car if something else is wrong with it. But this car guys was on the website and advertised. I believe he sold the vehicle and didn t want to tell us and he tried to sell us another vehicle we had no interest in. This place sucks and I will never take or recommend anyone for this place. The sales person act like they didn t care we were lied to and how far we drove.

Only reason there is one star is because you can't leave zero stars. They lie about they're inventory and post pictures of vehicles that they do not have in inventory! Spoke with them all week about one specific vehicle. Made plans with them to go see vehicle and on the day of I was told it would be ready and waiting for me to arrive. I spent the week talking to them about it, made arrangements with my bank and insurance company with full intentions on purchasing the vehicle and driving it home. Lost a day of work and drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this dealership specifically for this one vehicle. I arrive and the vehicle is nowhere to be found! They showed me one and said that it was the one that I inquired about. This couldn't have been further from the truth in no way, shape or form. Then when I show them on their on website the vehicle that was advertised all I get is an apology and to add insult to injury they say "Well we can sell you this one for $1000.00 off". The one they showed me didn't even come close to looking like the one on their website. You couldn't have sold me that vehicle for $10,000.00 off. The one they showed me had deep scratches up and down both sides from front to rear, they say "Oh we can buff that out". Only way your buffing that out is with a new paint job. Tailgate looked like it had been drug across gravel, frame was full of mud and sand, and rims on the truck were scratched and pitted beyond repair. Plus the shock housing on the drivers side rear was damaged as well. I understand used vehicles have wear and tear but this thing had been run through the ringer by somebody and was very rough all around, not to mention it was NOT the vehicle I was inquiring about or intending to buy! Worst experience ever with any dealership. As you can see in the picture the comparison yourself. I don't blame the salesman. I blame the dealership. He was working off of a unit number they gave him from my initial contact that the dealership made. Whoever runs this dealership or is in charge of it needs to be out of there because they apparently do not run a respectable or on the level dealership. Will never deal with this place again. All I can say is buyer beware. They are not on the up and up.

A great place to buy a car and everyone we met was great to deal with

Pretty good experience, as used car dealers go. Financing (Thabit/Brandon) got me a very good win-win deal. Sales (Emoral) stayed with me throughout the process. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that I had to drive the 100+ mile round trip twice after buying the car to drop it off and pick it up for a couple of items they needed to fix on the car. All in (including driving and waiting), the experience took 10+ hours, which is a bit much to buy a car. At the end of the day though, I'm happy with the car and the deal. I'd shop there again, and that's the true testament.
