Closes to home. Room was clean and spacious. Many activities were planned throughout the day. I would've liked the area by the wave pool to be less breezy and cool.

For the price of a weekend stay, upwards of $700. I was not impressed with the room. Indoor waterpark was just okay. Not enough double tubes, if you were lucky enough to get one, you had to really hold on to it. Disappointed no hot tub for adults.

Overall Great Experience with the whole family!!!!!

The water park is really nice. You can spend the entire day and not get bored. It's really fun! Rooms are OK. The activities are fun. I think it can be expensive.

The rooms are very nice and the waterpark is great. There are a lot of other things for the kids to do as well.

Key lime cove was a interesting experience to say the least. If you are going to great America sleep at a holiday in or something because it's cheap. Key Lime Cove was amazing for my nieces being 5 and 8 years old, but me being 15 was more of a bore as there was really nothing there to entertain an older more mature audience. The arcade is the same old gambling for kids and the water park only has 3 unique slides. Honestly the Waterpark at six flags is better except for how crowded it is. I hope this helps you make your decision on staying here and I recommend that you go somewhere else as this places water park isn't good the rooms are mediocre and there are no good restaurants and shops.

Very nice place, petting zoo was alot of fun and the animals were soft.

I knew when I waited 30 minutes to check in that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. The hotel room was adequate and spacious. The bed and bedding was terrible, not comfortable at all. There was no latch or lock on the bathroom door. The wifi did not work, as we were unable to connect. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is the waterpark. It's so tiny. It was overcrowded and so small, we were literally on top of all the other guests. Either waiting 15-20 minutes for tube slides or swimming on top of each other in the pools. Every area is separated and closed off, so you have to walk all around just to get to each area. In the kiddie area, there is a huge water tank at the top of the play area that dumps thousands of gallons every 10 minutes or so. There is supposed to be a warning bell, but we had a hard time hearing it. When it dumps the water, it literally knocks you off your feet if you are not prepared for it. It scared our 4 year old so much, that he refused to play there for the entire time. It knocked my wife down and sprained her hand.
Oh, and we saw poop floating in the wave pool, so that was neato.

All in all, we will never go back and will not be recommended this waterpark to anyone....unless we don't like them...then we might suggest Key Lime Cove.

I will never come back this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. If I didn't have family from out of town I'd tell this place to pound sand . And for the amount you pay you would think there would be some kind of breakfast thing. Last time I'll every come here and will never tell people to stay here. I had better hops for this place and they have failed across the board.

Had a blast. A good time for the family or just alone.

Great place for younger kids. They will love the waterpark, story time , dance party, characters ,Wolf walk. The places to eat are expensive. There are plenty of restaurants right in the immediate area. Bring your own breakfast food. The rooms have fridges and coffee makers in the rooms. Make use of the microwaves on each floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

My son and I stayed over night on Tuesday (July 3rd). front desk was very nice and easy going along with making sure we knew where everything was. HOWEVER our room want ready until 7?!...Luckily we went into the water park. lifeguards are everywhere and my son and I felt very safe. When my son slipped and fell by the wave pool a lifeguard by the name of Jason, came over and took care of us and made sure we felt okay and left us with our own little med kit for later on in the night. everywhere I went he said hello and asked how my son was doing along with fellow lifeguards. Although service was slow the waterpark really turned around our trip!!

We love to come here as a family at least once a year. We have family that comes in from Minnesota every 4th of July weekend and the kids always beg us to come here. Lots of fun for everyone!

My kids had fun, overall they are doing a nice job keeping people safe, masks required, constantly sanitizing surfaces, and keeping people distanced.

Awesome fun for the whole family. Rooms nice and clean very comfortable. Lots too do for everyone. The indoor waterpark is great!!

We went here on father's day. Obviously they had some sort of system error and people wernt notified of their rooms being readyuntil they finally got through the long line until after 6pm.where staff said the reserved room just became ready.sad management actually told staff to lie as I'm sure the room were ready hours before. The manager said ok with refund because me and kids were ready to just give up after hours in line. But joke was on me great wolf and Groupon refused to refund eventhough we never stayed over night.we will never go to

Such a good first experience at the Lodge with my family of six. Will absolutely be returning.

Here is an update.
KeyLime Cove no longer exists. Great Wolf Lodge has acquired the property and is currently in the middle of renovating. NOT open for business right now. They are updating water park, rooms and restaurants. Should be open sometime early spring.

It took hours for our room to be ready. We had to stay in my sisters room until then. SMH These ppl are slow asl frfr

Rooms are very nice, well kept, entire hotel is very nice. Lifeguards were not very friendly. Service overall was excellent, rooms are inviting, nice, large, comfortsble. Pool is nice, not huge, but plenty of room and slides are very fun. Not really meant for older kids or young adults. More aimed at young kids.

Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the one of the suites with extra kids bunk beds. They offer toddler rails which is great! Would recommend!

Although it's pricey, and they nickel and dime you for everything. It's absolutely the best indoor water park I've been to and with all the activities you really should stay for at least 3 nights to do everything!!! I've been to other big indoor water park, but by far this is the best one!!!! Rooms are spacious, wish they had microwaves in each of the rooms instead of 1 to a floor, but still great! Lots of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel. Lots of free activities for the kids too.

The customer service and atomosphere were awesome and majestic.

The good: Rooms were fine. My kids looooove Magi Quest. Staff was nice. The not great: louder than the GWL in the Dells with fewer places to sit if you want some quiet; the wave pool was closed the entire weekend and no one would explain why. It s why I come here over other water parks but if I major attraction is closed and there s no visibility as to why, it makes it far, far less appealing.

Beautiful rooms, tons of fun for the kids, and staff couldn't be nicer. The kids swimming area was cold, and the water was colder. It's a good thing kids don't care! We still had a great time. Eating there can be pricey (think $20+ for two fries and pops), but you can't beat the smiles on the kids faces.

It's a fun place for family vacations but it does not have a gym or a sauna or a jacuzzi like other great wolf lodges do

Great time at this fun water park within 20 minutes of our home. Food options were reasonable and good. Room was nice, but unfortunately our one night stay was rudely interrupted by fire alarms at 5:30 am. Never found out why.

I wanted ti try something different for the Holidays & I'm Glad I did, We All Loved It!!!!! My 5 Grandchildren & Daughter, nit to mention All the Adults. Friendly staff, Clean Rooms - just wish they were Wider, Lots to Do, We'll Be Back & Book for an Extra Day...

We was there 4 days and 3 nights. We thought our package include everything. But our kids are older and what come with it it's for younger kids. So if your kids are 5 and under that would be a great package. But they don't tell you everything untill you get there. The towels in the indoor water park if you check out a towel please check it back in. Or they will charge you 15 dollars and they don't tell you. You will find out later after you leave the resort. The food is prices and we went out other places to take the kids because there wasn't much for our kids to do but the water park. Please ask questions and real the find print.

We had a lot of fun on our one night stay. Check in was easy, the waterpark and rooms were clean, and there was lots to do. I feel like there could be a bit better options for food. Overall a great stay!

Lots of fun things for the little ones. They do err on the side of caution for the height of your child. For example if your child is 42 inches exactly or at their line they will go down a rider lvl. Clean facilities. Staff is helpful when asked. Children get a free set of wolf ears at the desk too, if you ask for them. Look for a Groupon or online deal before you arrive. Could save you 50% or more.

Love this Great Wolf Lodge. Plenty for my teenagers to do. Clean, well run, and relaxing.

Wonderful place to take family of all ages!! Plenty to do for all. Pricing is moderate, but the experience you get makes it worth it. Food on site, as well as many options near by. Staff were all friendly and inviting. Facilities were clean and well kept.

My family s experience here was great. First time to the lodge and the kids enjoyed themselves. Everything was clean and it felt very family oriented. I personally want to say that the front desk customer service representative by the name of Christine Jarczyk made it feel that way. She was kind, lovely and her service was very genuine, she made our stay very comfortable and we are very great full and because of our experience we definitely will return.

The hotel is very clean, the park is very kid friendly and the staff are super nice they have everything you need in the hotel like restaurants and even free movies at night for kids.

Our stay at the resort was good for one night.lots of water time. Elevators didn't work is my only complaint

I wanted to like GWL... the waterpark is fun and it is nice to have other activities in the hotel (i.e. rock climbing wall, ropes course restaurants and the arcade.) But unfortunately, the money spent on the room/waterpark passes is not really a good value. The rooms are subpar and every activity and food is a money pit. Everything is so costly which is not fun for parents that just shelled out hundreds of dollars on the room. Not to mention- a very late check in time (5p) and early check out (11a). I was really disappointed and unimpressed by the whole experience. Wish we had a better things to say but we probably won't be coming back.

Awesome vacation! Loved the staff, and all things available to us. The bracelet that paid for things and opened our room was awesome. Personal assistant awesome. The restaurant barnwood was good food but awkward staff. Stayed in a kitchenette but there was no silver wear or cups. Also needed more coffee packets in a room that slept 6 adults.

I loved swimming in the water park, for most of the time I was there I would play basketball in the water. The room was big enough for me my brother and my friend. There were two beds and a couch that turns into a couch. The resort was huge and pretty, and the bathrooms were nice. They had lots of food, it was just a perfect experience.

The water park was fantastic for my 5 and 8 year old. I was disappointed that the property doesn t have a hot tub.

The room was nice. We stayed in a junior cabin suite which accommodated 3 adults and three kids. My 5 and 8 year old loved the cabin with the room.

The biggest factor that may deter staying again is price. The room was very pricey, even during the week, and, of course, everything outside of the water park cost extra. Food was pricey as well, but was good.

My 8 year old son and I flipped over on a slide. It hurt like hell. My kid would not go on any more slides after that. That slide is not safe. The staff wasn t mean most of them just seemed miserable. The food was not good at all and I ate at every restaurant they had. It was way over priced for quality of food. The place was freezing too. I went to timber ridge recently in lake Geneva and that was way better and I spent 1/2 as much. I ve also been to great wolf in the dells that s way better.

Staff was wonderful and so is the hotel! Housekeeping needs to check the rooms better as our room was not completely clean (clogged toilet and dirty sheets). Front desk quickly had those items fixed.

Best water park I've been to.. great service, clean and family freindly... will be going back soon.

This is a waterpark for family with young kids. All rides are kid friendly, not too much.. not less. Checkin process is easy.

Paw pass for kids are not worth it. Dont waste your money.

Rooms are newly renovated and are in great shape. You may have to wait for the checkin .. they generally like you to wait till 4 pm or pay for early checkin.

Extra for late checkout too.

Its expensive for being so small. A 2 hr drive north is well worth the difference in cost and atmosphere.

Room walls are very thin, you can hear other guests. Especially the ones running up and down the hallway, slamming doors. Quiet time is 11pm so staff couldn't report any complaints on the noise and guest behavior. The heater/AC unit is very loud, when it kicks on, it wakes you up. The water park is okay, great for younger children, lacks a hot tub. Saddie the bartender was fabulous!!

Waterpark is fun and the rooms are clean. Being here in the middle of the week keeps the park less crowded but not all the restaurants will be open. I would like to see the park stay open a bit later (I believe it was only open until 8)

Breakfast and lunch were good. Rooms were clean and service was good.

I loved the resort! Has great pools, food, stores, and Hotel rooms. I had a great paradise experience of paradise there!

It's conveniently located right off the expressway up the street from Great America. Rooms are clean spotless they have a frigerator hair dryer a separate toilet and tub room.

Was a great fun place. Only cons would be no hot tub and when we booked 2 suites as a group, for a birthday party, they put the suites on opposite sides of the hotel....

This was once key lime cove. For the money this isn't the place. Room was kinda dirty. Cookie on the floor. Something stuck to bench. Something staining the coach cushion. Water park is cool but kinda small. Don't think we will be back.

Loved our time spent here! The kids had a blast at the water park and the extra nightly activities. Very personalized service with my own personal assistant that answered any questions I had promptly. Even the General Manager took time to text me and ask if all was well and could he do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend the Great Wolf Lodge! We will be back!

I love the Great wolf concept. This is not fully decorated with the theme. The staff were ok to great.

So nice to have a waterpark closer to home. We had a great stay and loved the Halloween activities.
