Never a bad time here! Top notch facilities, fun for the parents as well!

Me and my family waited hours to get our Room. Terrible customer service. Place is very poorly ran. Water slides were closed down due to them not keeping the water temperature up. They shouldn't rent out rooms if they don't have people to clean them in time for check in. No one answers the phone when you call the resort, Automated system says that its an hour wait. Yea

Plenty of fun for whole family, a lot of food choices and clean rooms. Would definetelly go back in the future.

My son really appreciated waiting in line for 20 minutes for ice cream only to have them close with only us left in line. Seriously? I just dropped several hundred dollars here over two days but you don't have thirty seconds to do one scoop of ice cream? Plus the upstairs people make a concerted effort to have their children run laps in the room from 10 PM till midnight every night we've been here.

Stayin in great wolf was a great experience for my family. We had a good time during those 2 days. The room, facilities and amenities were really good. The place is near in such stores and malls so it s convenient for people to buy stuffs that they need. The staff s were friendly and approachable. We ll surely be back in here

Jessica is really rude. She is unprofessional with a bad attitude! TJ and Friends affair wasn t expecting this type of service. A true thumbs down!

The waterpark was fun. The story time was supposed to be on the other side of the fireplace where there was plenty of room for all the kids and parents but they decided to move it to the fireplace side instead. There was all kinds of parents sitting on couches,tables and rocking chairs and hardly any room for the kids to sit. We did not stay, our kids were upset there was no room for them plus you had people trying to get through to there rooms. Went to eat at the barnyard and had to wait 45 minutes even though they had plenty of tables empty. Alot of the staff did not know answers to questions they were either new or had not worked that particular area. Every sandwich we bought the bread was hard, breakfast was luke warm only thing hot was oatmeal. If we ever go back we would not stay very long like this time.

There is so much to do! Tip, get the pass. It's worth it!

I brought my son for his 9th birthday. It s overpriced for what you get which is absolutely nothing but the waterpark everything else is a fee 20+ . For one we get here at maybe 1:50pm our room wasn t ready until 3 whatever they said it was getting cleaned. We get in the room it was spoiled food in our fridge, old fries under our bed THEN the toilet stop working and needed a new toilet valve whatever that is, meanwhile we are all in here showering 3 men come in while we literally are half naked to fix the toilet couldn t wait until we exit the room. The arcade it s nothing like online OVERPRICED and literally it s EXTREMELY SMALL chuckie cheese is better. Wisconsin dells is cleaner bigger and cheaper !!! It was a first time experience at Gurnee location , but wouldn t come back. Very disappointed!!!

We stayed 2 nights and for the 2nd night they lied to us about our rate. I end up spending a couple 100 extra dollars because my family and I were from Ata town in had no choice at that point.

Went for spring break and had a great time. I was impressed with the water park. The slides are great and the lazy river was fun too. We often go to a smaller indoor water park that's closer to us, but now my son's 13 and that water park was better for younger kids. Key Lime is better suited for kids of all ages and adults too, so I would say it was worth the longer drive for us. The staff everywhere was great. We had breakfast at the first level restaurant (don't remember what it was called) and it was really good, with omelets made to order and homemade waffles.

One more thing I wanted to mention is that I used nothing but a debit card for this trip since I've stopped using credit, and I didn't have any problems at all. They did not put unnecessary holds on my funds.

We just visited Key Lime Cove. We have 7 and 9 year old daughters. The water park was perfect for them and they enjoyed the game room. The room was in good condition. Broken safe and bathroom door that didn't lock. Most of the workers seemed young and unconcerned. Obvious management problems As far as the dining, I would suggest going out or ordering in. Service is horrible. Food quality is average at best. Breakfast buffet would be the only thing I would give as average. Dinner's and lunches were poor. DW Andersons (restaurant) was dirty and food bad. At The Crazy Toucan the food was cold and they forgot to thaw our appetizer before melting the cheese on it(some crab cheesy bread). Waiters/waitresses need a lot of help.

Would take the girls back for the water park. Would eat elsewhere and possibly stay elsewhere.

Very cool place with lots of things to do. Very fun

Needs some work, but still nice. Food and service areas have major room for improvement, but the water park shines. We came Thanksgiving weekend and are here a couple days before Christmas with a half-off bounce back offer. Park is a great value with plenty of attractions for a two-night stay. Any longer and you'll probably get bored. Lines are always short or non-existent. Definitely could use 25 more double rafts. Those things are hoarded all over the park as they are so hard to come by. Food options are pretty lax. Bar and grill has small menu, pizza is fine, but nothing great, hamburger and hot dog joint in the park opens around 11 and closes 1 hour before the park closes, so better be on top of it for evening meals. Didn't try taco joint. Overall service outside the park is pretty lousy. Food staff has no interest getting people through quickly. Took 25 mins for a pizza, 10 for two coffees (actually waiting for drinks, not in line, and they weren't busy). Room wasn't available until 4:20pm (for a double-room suite), so be prepared to go to park and change later. Note we were able to check in at 1pm Thanksgiving weekend for a two-queen room, so your mileage may vary immensely. Also the tower 1 elevator was down the entire time we were here. In summary, park is great, food sucks. Eat out.

A great place to get away for a few days with the kids. Fun for all! There is always great service and the value can't be beat. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!!

The atmosphere and activities are great just remember to schedule appointments due to the covid19

Alonzo was SO helpful at the arcade. He helped my grandsons ride a VR roller coaster ride which they both loved! My 10 year old grandson gave it 10 out of 10!!

Zachary in Magiquest was also really nice and helpful fixing our wand so we could play the game!

Loved it and all of us had a great time!!

Rooms are nice but out dated. Facilities are good. Food is very basic and although they have a number of dining options it's all the same. Kids loved the Waterpark options.

Water temerature is not so cold during winter time. Not big but kids love to ride water slide and splash.

We had a really good experience at Great Wolf Lodge in Gurnee. The lodge is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The room was very clean. Our kids loved the wave pool and lazy river. We missed having a hot tub, but other than that were pleased. I was so impressed with the staff and their professionalism throughout our three day stay. One of our kids wandered off and the staff deligently worked quickly to find him. They showed such compassion during what was obviously a scary bit of time for us. I would recommend Great Wolf Lodge to families!

It was a great stay! The rooms are clean and the hotel and the rooms have great decor to really run with the theme. I loved the indoor waterpark with great options for little and big kids alike. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely go back!

It's not the Dells... If you are looking for someplace close, go to Timber Ridge, in Lake Geneva, instead.

Excellent water park for the family. Not fond of pool closing at 9pm when check in is at 4pm. Ali other waterparks close at 10 or 11pm. I think closing time should be at least 10pm on FRI & SAT.

Cool, but I've been to several great wolfs and this one doesn't even have a hot tub...

At first it seemed a little weird the way that things were set up but after a while I realized that the format that great wolf Lodge functioned was the most efficient way

Small but worth a day getaway with kids. Def has gone downhill since our last visit last year. Our favorite taco restaurant is now gone and replaced with a cheap burger joint.

rooms are NOT wheelchair accessible!!! By "accessible" they mean grab bars, that's it. Wheelchair can barely fit through bathroom doors, no roll in shower in any Queen Deluxe, mangrove suite or 2 bedroom rooms. Impossible to transfer onto toilet, I have to be lifted on an off...ridiculous!! I come here for the kids so I just deal. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable.

Great fun for family. Less crowded than the parks in the dells and local! Large arcade and food assortment. Water activities for all ages. RFID bands act as key/wallet/ID for everything making it easy to not cary anything valuable.

Everyone was helpful and nice. The price was great during spring break for a family suite.

Newly renovated inside. Good environment. Not great view looking outside however.

Really nice! We stayed the night and had a great time. The pool was extremely crowded, but the kids liked it. They had fun the the arcade as well. Definitely worth an overnight trip to get away from the city.

A very good time for my little one. Between the water park and magiquest, we could spent several days keeping him entertained. The temperature control in larger suite rooms leaves much to be desired - living room controls total suite temps so it can become very stuffy in upper floors. Always greatly impressed with the safety pool side and alertness of the staff.

Great, but a few simple things would make it perfect!

First, lets start where they knocked it out of the park. Thier use if technology was on point. Wrist bands that were room keys and charge cards, awesome! I was able to enjoy my time without bringing a wallet or worrying about loosing a key.

When we got in we got a text message from a concierge. What a great idea! I Was able to check out via text as well. That was helpfull as the line was a bit insane.

The waterpark was great! The staff was attentive and kind. My wife had a slip at the park (on stairs not running) and you can tell they cared. Checked up on her the next day.

Now for the not so good stuff. The prices in the park were a bit too inflated. I expect resort prices but $9 for some cheese curds is a bit much. We ended up eating out a lot outside of the park. As a seasoned traveler i would say the rooms were good with two exceptions. First, there was limmited privacy areas. The only area with a door was the small toilet/shower room and it was a pocket door with no lock. With 2 excited boys we did not think that was a good idea. The other issue was the skinks. The water presure was insanely high and the counter was also high. A step stool would have been great as we had to lift our boys up so that they could wash their hands. The wolf den was cool and set up right.

Overall a great 2 night trip. We might be back.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Their food was terrible, and the room quality was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend going to Great Wolf Lodge for a family vacation. Yes, it is very kid friendly, but I have seen children without their parents. And when you walk on the wet floor in the waterpark, you get very very very bad blisters. Please reconsider your thoughts before going.

Beds were hard as rock. It was a nice hotel but i wish they would let the little kids ride more slides like they would in the dells.

Had a great time at the water park. Need more inner tube tho for the lazy river. Rooms where clean and the hotel restaurants had good food.
