Service used to be a lot better here. To start I never talked to the same person twice, for some reason somebody else always took over for the last person. This makes it difficult because you have to explain over and over and over. When you walk in nobody acknowledges you. They all act like you re not there, never looking up and definitely not making eye contact. I see them wiping down other cars with sanitizer, spraying them down inside and out. Then how come it is that my car was give them back to me without any of this??? The guy jumped out and handed me my keys. They used to wash your car for you, now they don t even use a sanitizing wipe. I will not be returning here, ever!

A Keyes Van Nuys salesperson contacted me three times to see if I was willing to turn my leased car in early for another Traverse. I loved my Traverse, so I wanted to lease the same car. Sammy told me that the only difference between my Traverse and the new one was that the new one did not have a blind spot indicator. That was fine with me. When I went to the dealership, that dealer was busy so he had another salesman help me. That salesman reiterated that the only difference between the cars was the blind spot indicator. I said ok. I just wanted the numbers to be right. He was able to get the payment within range, but when I went to sign the paperwork, turns out there was a special alarm in the car that cost $700. I told him that was not our agreement and considered backing out of the deal. He said they could take the alarm off, which would lower my monthly payment and they would wave the first payment. I decided to proceed. When the salesman gave me the key to the new car, there was no button to open the trunk hatch. When I asked him, he said Oh yeah, it also doesn t have a power opener, but that s all that s different. They both kept saying that! When I got in the car to drive home, there were many things that were different no seat warmers, no middle compartment, no Bose speakers, no large console screen it was clear this was the bottom of the line car. It was an LT like my old Traverse, but without some of the amenities. I called immediately to express my dissatisfaction. The salesperson said he would have a sales manager call me shortly. No one called me. I called the next day, and spoke with a manager who said there was nothing he could do.

I was told repeatedly I would get the same car except for the blind spot indicator, which was a lie! I would have not turned my car in early if I knew I was getting lesser car for the same amount. I am considering legal action as I was sold the car in bad faith. This is the fourth car I purchased from Keyes, and I will never purchase a car from them again.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NEEDING SERVICE! This place is only out to make money and does not care about actual service. Tried to help out my girlfriend and service her Chevy Cruise which had been serviced 3 months prior and only had a check engine light on because of a part that was not stock. They checked everything and gave us a list of problems that totaled $3000! The car runs fine and has low miles for its year. I got a quote recently from a better shop in the area and it was a fraction of the price. This place does not care about you and is only interested in charging you for things that do NOT need to be fixed. What a terrible business.

When I dropped off my car I was told it would probably be ready somewhere between 2-4pm and that the service writer would be in contact with updates. I did not hear back from him all day so I texted him at the number provided by him/Keyes at 3:30. There was no answer. I returned to Keyes around 4:00 to find out that my service writer had left for the day without informing me of any updates and my car was handed over to another service writer. A third service writer tracked down who had my car. The service writer who was assigned my car said they were still working on. And didn t have an update. Keyes service closes at 5:00 so I waited to see pick it up. When all was said and done it turned out while there was nothing wrong with my transmission all the techs did from while they had it from 10:30-4:45 was plug it in to a computer to check for error codes. I could have done that at home.

Christina, very short, snappy service and on top of that I had to wait until Monday to get a simple oil change with diagnosis. Service was supposed to be completed on Saturday. I do not get this type of service at Keyes Lexus. I do not recommend Keyes Chevrolet to anyone.

I've now worked with Rene and Pete and can officially say that regardless of what service advisor you work with, respect, courtesy, attention to detail and customer's questions are at the highest level of priority. I am not a car person, I in fact get incredibly nervous when going to car dealerships as I don't want to be sold into anything more than what is needed and Pete did absolutely the opposite. Pete told me what was needed and even gave me recommendations on upkeep to help out the technicians. I will absolutely be returning with my Chevy and will be looking into buying a new car within the coming months at Keyes Chevy for the very reason of quality, respect, assurance of getting the most for my money and the safety of the driver being the forefront always.

I just bought a Chevy Bolt 2021 with them.... Everything was great, I had been driven the car for 1 month and all of a sudden guess what?... Turns out they forgot to pay my previous loan to the bank!... How can you not do something so basic like that? they are very fast to sell you a car but very slow to fix issues. I keep calling the finance guy and he is just not returning my calls... Not recommending Keyes Chevrolet any more.
