Benham BMW Review

I don't normally write a review, but I felt that this was very necessary. I purchased my BMW from Rybrook Wolverhampton and have to say it was the smoothest purchase I have ever done especially in the current circumstances, no pressure and more than accommodating with excellent communication. Everything was done on time with no delays what's so ever, I was very impressed with Jason the sales manager who took care of the whole process and making sure that I was informed and was updated with each stage before collecting the vehicle. Jason is a credit to Rybrook.

I had to travel 130 miles to this dealership and would do it again in a heart beat.

Parts staff seem to ignore the bell that notifies them that someone is waiting. I've had this experience several times over a few years, so i know it's nothing new. It's not a covid thing, it's a BMW customer service thing

Booked brake fluid change was told no wait appointments so rebooked for another day Laura was super friendly and helpful

First class service from the minute we walked into the dealership. Phillip and Dan especially. We weren't hassled just allowed to look at the car we were interested in. Arranged an hours test drive. great trade in price for our car and to cap it all free home delivery and collection of the trade in. a seamless transaction.

Parts store is excellent. Use the online parts tool to narrow down specific parts if possible before going in

There is very much an upfront and honest culture here with no attempts to pull the wool over your eyes - which is certainly a refreshing change!
I dealt with Jason W, if you want a used BMW, Jason is the guy to speak to - everything from start to finish and aftersales, Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with

Couldn t be bothered to even talk to me after speaking to a bmw advisor left waiting nearly half an hour so walked out ! A car for my son we have brought a Mercedes! Shame I have owned over 11 bmws and currently own an 8 series convertible!! Too arrogant BMW YOUR LOSS

I'm extremely satisfied with the high level of customer service received by the BMW parts department. In particular representative Stuart was extremely helpful and very friendly, he clearly loves what he does which is treating people with upmost care maintaining the brands reputation to a high standard. He was absolutely perfect in assisting in my purchase and even offered to help carry the heavier items to my car. Cant fault the level of service!
