Great service, no pressure sales explained all the details about the new car. Spoke with the service department just to familiarize myself and was very pleased.

Only one problem the outback that I purchased the salesman told me that it has the cell phone wireless charger what is equipped in the car. Later on I found out that it was not. I now have to buy for $185 a wireless charger to be installed in the car. I do not believe that the salesman miss lead me. I truly believe that he thought the car did have the wireless charger in it, and not being familiar with this type of accessory I did not know how to check to make sure it was there.

I am very pleased with the salesman I m very pleased with you dealerships and I would recommend it highly to anyone.

I am grateful for the professional and kindness of Fue and this dealership. While the Chilson into some issues installing a hitch for me, they went the extra step to resolve the concerns. I have also had positive prospective buying experiences with several of the salespersons - who were warm and down to earth. Chilson Subaru in Eau Claire, WI provided superb service from the moment we arrived. Everyone was patient, answered our questions completely, allowed a test drive of the car we chose, took care of financing with no hang ups, and worked with us to make us feel great about our purchase. No one was pushy or tried to persuade us in any way.
Upon picking up our vehicle, the sales person taking care of our purchase was extremely helpful. She came out to the car with me and took the time to explain everything she could about the car and all the major functions. She helped me set up the My Subaru app along with Starlink.
