I m not a cake guy but decided to order one up for wife s 40th. Nice selection on their menu. Plenty of nut free options. They delivered the cake and it was spectacular. Excellent flavours and attention to detail. Not too sweet and the combinations were amazing. Definitely one of the top bake shops in town.
Yann s decadent baking is epitomized in this delicious chocolate birthday cake! Chocolate mousse with dark chocolate and hazelnut crunch and almond make this so yummy! It melts in your mouth and be sure to leave room for a second piece! My brother was so pleased!
Yann Haute has provided excellent experiences over the past few years, from helpful and friendly service to great baked goods. The pastries are delicious and we ve even been able to find amazing vegan options for dairy-free needs. Would highly recommend!
Ordered a tiramisu cake for my husband's birthday, he picked it up while in the area and the woman indicates the type of cake as she handed it to him. He did not check the box as to leave it as a surprise, it ends up being an incredibly tart lemon cake. Fully disappointed to have spent 42$ on cake that none of us wanted nor liked, and to top it off the bakery did not bother to reply back about their error. I don't doubt their products are delicious, but their quality control and customer service is lacking.
This place use to be great a couple years ago but I have noticed a decline in quality over time.
The pictured dessert is not what I expect when paying premium for a 'patisserie' item. Uneven glaze that didn't even cover the whole dessert. The pistachios used for garnish where burnt and completely bitter.
I really do hope the standard increases, because they used to be pretty great
People here are super friendly and always will recommend you things if you don't know what to get! Love the macarons, they are ALWAYS so delicious and never baked incorrectly like most other places. I love that they do month features of a new baked good, I always look forward to it!
These guys are amazing! They truly take the time to earn your business... customer service is top notch, plus their goodies... are amazing and I might even say could change your day with how scrumptious they are. My wife and I come here often and are always pleasantly surprised at how much everything keeps getting better as they hone their recipes. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Hands down the best patisserie in Calgary. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, but most importantly, the sweet treats and baked goods are always well worth the wait and price. An absolute must if you're looking to treat yourself or your loved ones - I highly recommend it (and go for the larger size when ordering a cake - the smaller version never lasts long)

I recently had some success so I wanted to buy some lemon cake to celebrate, Yann has made the best lemon tart I have ever had. The flavors are so amazing and the service was just as good. Also very affordable for the amazing quality. Highly recommend buying from here!
Most delicious macarons I've ever had! Especially fond of the lemon, pistachio and hazelnut. Reasonably priced considering the quality.
