Wow! The food is delicious just like Paris.
If the money is not an issue this is the place to eat in Vegas. Total class and incredible service and the food is art.
We had the black truffle risotto, the duck, and the veal. Plus of course the chocolate fondant foe dessert. The wine list has a lot of verity also.
The only thing is they should add more decorative pieces like plants, picture frames , stand lamps, corner tables with vases, or fresh big flowers bouquet to the place it s just plain room with tables and chairs.
P.s expect to pay minimum minimum $250 per person before tip.

Great fine dining experience! Every detail is taken care of - from the welcome, amuse bouche, the selection of French bread, the sommelier and his recommendations ... all of it perfect. Then the food... exquisite (and I weirdly don t like truffle, so they adapted the dishes a little for me) Everything! Delicious! Don t have pictures of the main courses because we just couldn t wait ;)

This restaurant is to die for. It is the epitome of elegance, class, and sophistication. I 100% recommend their desserts especially, they were the cream of the crop! Everything went along so smoothly and effortlessly... Guy Savoy had all the makings of a 5-star restaurant in Las Vegas.

Excellent dining experience from beginning to finish. To start, I appreciated the relaxing ambiance, removed from the casino floor. The dining area has an expansive, open feel thanks to the high ceilings. It is refined but not stuffy. The service is excellent with staff who are not only very knowledgeable, but very engaging and entertaining. The wine list was expansive and the pairing was superb. Now onto the food. We had several amuse bouche to start, my favorite of which was the foie gras on a thin bread wafer. The bread cart lived up to expectations for a fine French restaurant both in quality and presentation. My favorite course came next, the octopus terrine, caviar, and saffron. Delicate octopus paired amazingly with the robust flavors of the caviar and saffron notes. The dry ice smoke carried the amazing aroma, enhancing its flavor. Sea bream was prepared well. Our artichoke and black truffle soup was tasty and surprisingly rich considering there was no added cream, but to be honest did not quite live up to the hype for me. Luckily, I thoroughly enjoyed the wagyu and lobster after. The lobster meat was silky yet almost popped with each bite. Lastly, the dessert cart was awe-inspiring. Each little morsel was amazing, although by the end of sampling one of each it was beginning to shape into a food challenge. Overall we all had a great experience and would recommend it to those with the time and willingness to splurge a bit.

We tried 9 years of Forbes 5 star celebration menu. Every meal was greaaat. I loved the appetizer soup.
The sommelier was very knowledgeable. His explanation about every wine was easy to understand and they all went along well with the menu.
This is the place I d definitely come back again.

What an amazing dining experience. If you opt for the tasting menu, I think it's worth it to keep the Octopus dish and ADD ON The "Colors of Caviar" because it's Life Changing! The Caviar Vinegrette is THEE best sauce I've ever tasted. Restaurant manager Allan was very hospitable and gracious and staff were very friendly! Excellent service. I got to tour the kitchen as a bonus! I can't wait to return!

I've had the pleasure of dining here a couple of times now. It is hands down the best French restaurant that I've experienced in the US.

The service and food is nothing less than outstanding.

The 5 star tasting is a no brainer if you haven't dined here yet and the wine pairings are excellent. They also have a couple incredible Bordeaux by the glass should you decide to not do the pairings.

The dress code is casual chic / business casual.

One of my favorite restaurants in the world. In my opinion, this is as good as the original in Paris. It might be better, but I've only been to the one in Paris once, so that remains to be determined.

I've eaten nearly everything on their current menu. Highlights include classics such as the colors of caviar, artichoke and truffle soup, and that coconut dessert. The risotto, veal, and beets are also highlights in my opinion. Prior favorites include the entire white truffle menu and trilogy of oysters. Current favorites include the octopus and sea bream. The current veal entree is excellent too.

Do not skip the dessert here even if you feel full. You won't know what you are missing otherwise. Get the coconut dessert. I always want more after I eat just one.

The staff are remarkable in their hospitality and service. Huge kudos to them in their commitment, especially during these times. This is an experience, and well worth the price tag.

This restaurant restored my faith in the present and future of fine dining. My wife and I travel to Vegas almost primarily to experience this restaurant. The service is outstanding, with staff so helpful and attentive as to make you feel it is a private dining experience. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to share his take on wines and food pairing. The bread cart is one of a kind!
