Phillip Timmons was very helpful when I was trying to decide what tires would be best for my car. He was very informative and mentioned that if I applied for the GM Credit Card, I would get an additional $100 refund. Super and patient.

I give this dealership a 10/10 recommendation! Everyone is so nice, and Danny Ray goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to get you in the vehicle you want! Not only do they work with you, their prices are amazing! I will definitely use this dealership again and will recommend them to everyone in the market for a new car!

Had car for a week and then went to pay and they charged my account Triple of what I was supposed to pay. The guy handling my account told me he accidentally charged my card for the full amount and then charged it for what we were supposed to pay. If I didn t catch it I would have been paying over 700.00 for a 200.00 job. Get it together Kenny Kent!!

Gary Lavore worked with me and my son, finding the right vehicle - Chevrolet Trax - for me, as well as color. He was great in getting house keys and garage remote from my old vehicle for me to pick up at my leisure. Guess I was so excited I forgot about house keys on same ring as vehicle keys as well as checking the visor for the remote. Gary also worked with your people in getting affordable payments. And Chris was great with financing. So happy with your people AND with the Trax.

Well my oil change and tire rotation went good other than the fact that I paid $40k+ for my 2016 siverado laster year and have had 3 oil changes since. I had some issues with my horn and called warranty department and they gave me information and said I had free service aka oil change until 67k miles. My truck has less than 60k on it now and just had 3rd oil change last week. After waiting 2 hours to get oil change they told me I owed $80, and I told them what I was told. They said but yes if you read through your thousand sheets of paper's you signed at time of purchasing truck it says 2 oil changes. I feel like I've been robbed a little bit because the first and even after the second oil change they don't remind you that your going to have to pay after that. I thought I was dealing with a decent dealership but am beginning to question that.

I met with Paul Beggs on several occasions. On the first visit, we discussed at length the interest I had in a Chevy Sonic. He took the time to tell me all the features, specifically the gas mileage I could expect. After several visits and courteous phone calls, with great patience from Paul, we settled on a good price for the vehicle. I also wanted the Bringo app for the GPS, and Tunein as a radio feature. Paul, along with Chris Shabert Service Manager, answered all my questions and made every effort to have those features added to the car at the earliest convenience for me. I am a very pleased customer.

My car had been serviced by a Chevy Dealer every time until I moved to Evansville. I took my car to the first quick oil change place I noticed for convenience. BIG mistake! My car immediately developed mechanical problems. I dropped it off at Kenny Kent for service and diagnostics. Several issues were discovered do to the service I received from the quick oil change place. Rich worked with me to find the best options for repair at a reasonable price. My car now runs like new. I will never take my car anywhere but Kenny Kent for service. Thanks Rich!

The issue is actually with my 2 most recent visits...

The issue is actually with my 2 most recent visits. The first was in late 2016. They either didn't change my oil or they forgot to reset the monitor. I drove around for months with my truck warning me I have critically dirty oil which is annoying. Again, first world problems you might say, but it gets on my nerves. I could have gone back and there's no doubt they would have fixed it, but I'm busy and I have to plan weeks in advance for oil changes. I also didn't know it until a few weeks later since it wasn't at the critical percentage yet when I left the dealership. I work out of town so Saturdays are the only option and of course the shop is only open a half day. The most recent visit I knew going in I had a low tire. That low tire was in the same position according to the tire monitor in the vehicle after I left. Again, either they didn't rotate my tires or they didn't reset the location of the monitors if that's even how it works. The office staff is always polite so this is not their fault. They may have performed the work and just not reset the monitors both times, but having it happen 2 times in a row is enough to sow seeds of doubt that they're actually even doing anything to my vehicle when I take it in instead of just parking it out back for 2 hours and then pulling it around front when I'm ready to pay. I hate giving negative reviews because the office staff is almost always polite.

First time customer, but will definitely return for my next vehicle. Had a very pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with, from sales, to customer service to finance. Everyone went out of their way, even delivering the car I bought to my home, which is an hour away from the dealership. I had to call my salesman the day after the sale, I had left something very important in my trade in. He could have very easily put it in his pocket, no one would have ever known. Instead, he called me back within 10 minutes, told me he had found it and I could pick it up the next day, he would make sure it was there for me. If you're looking for a car, visit Kenny Kent. They are truly a dealership that cares. Kudos to James and Elliott especially!

I was contacted the previous week to verify my appointment and the services needed. I was told everything was good to go. Then I was called two hours before my scheduled maintenance, which I had to take a day off of work for, and informed that there weren't actually any available appointments and they would need me to reschedule. I was leaving town the following day and needed the service before my road trip. They "managed to squeeze me in" at 11. We live an hour away so that completely ruined our plans for the rest of the day. When we got there I was told their touch up guy wasn't available any day but Friday. They offered to sell me a bottle of paint to do my own repairs. Repairs that are covered under warranty... so I still have paint missing from the rear bumper. The paint rubs off insanely easily. My vehicle was serviced and I left. So it was an insanley disappointing day, didn't get the appointment I was scheduled for or the maintenance needed. Had to cancel the fun day we had planned around getting service done at the time scheduled.

I didn't expect to need a car for the next few years, so I was very nervous about the price I would be paying for a new vehicle so unexpectedly. But Mark went above and beyond and so did the finance manager. They really respected me as a returning customer - I will only go to Kenny Kent from now on.

These people know how important you are as the customer, and they're more than happy to prove it. The buck stops here, and you can rest assured they will expedite repairs professionally. Well worth your time, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vehicle care in the area. Joe in services, you're amazing man, this company is lucky to have you working for them. The purchase experience was great! Everyone was nice and it didn't take all day. However I'm a little disappointed, I realize my appointment was for an oil change however, I mentioned several times about a problem with the microphone and inquired into getting this addressed while I was there because I live out of town. I was advised that this was probably a signal issue. I explained that when talking on the phone the person on the other end says it sounds like all my windows are down and it's very noisy. I've since googled this and found this is a common problem. I depend on hands free operation as I travel quite a bit.
Anyway, somehow I need to get this fixed.

My wife and I only called one day in advance to look at a new car. I gotta give it to my man Roderick Sims. They were getting slammed by customers including us and he managed to give us excellent customer service, find us a good deal, and crack a few good jokes. He made the car buying experience not so awful. My wife and I are very pleased. I'm sure we will be seeing them again in the future. You da man, Roderick.

We bought a $70,000 truck from them and they send us coupons for oil changes for a gas vehicle when we bought a diesel. Then they won't let us use they coupon for the diesel. What a thank you for buying the expensive truck from them. Never will I buy from them again. And. Im thinking about not going there for an oil change again either.. Dont do business with Kenny Kent Chevrolet.

Your team was excellent! Chris White was as ethical as they come and of course you know (IN GENERAL) the negative persona about "car salesmen". I can also say that I am about as hard as they come when negotiating car deals... I don't take much BS! You know the typical issue that torques most customers - having the sales person go back and forth to the sales manager to get another price for the car. That's a pain and a waste of a smart consumer's time. Your guys didn't do that with me. They were straight forward and very professional.

To give you a brief history on my purchase ---- I was on a business trip to Mt Vernon. I had several gear head buddies with me and for the entire week we were talking cars. I made a trip to Evansville to look around... just really having fun looking for used Corvettes with the LS3 motor. I found a 2008 that only had 19,000 miles and it also had the Z51 package. I almost bought it on the spot... and I originally had NO plan to buy a car during my trip. As a smart buyer, I thought about it overnight. I learned that someone came in to that dealership shortly after me and put a deposit down. I was disappointed but it turned out for the best. I looked at a few Dodge vehicles --- Challenger 392 / Charger 392 / Hellcat - but I am a GM guy and just couldn't do it.

I was headed to the St Louis airport and I told my buddy that I needed to make a quick stop to check out the 2016 Camaro SS and I just happened to be passing your dealership. There is a reason I am telling you all of this information --

To put it plainly -- the reason I bought the car from your dealership was the NO Hassel dealings with your team.... and their knowledge and professionalism was an added bonus. I certainly could have bought a Camaro SS in Denver but your guys made the experience what car buying should be. I suggest a pat on the back for Chris and Dan.

I will never buy from them again! Less than a week...

I will never buy from them again! Less than a week after purchasing a car for my son from their neighborhood store, the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. I asked them to check it out and was told by the salesman, Carlos, that I bought it as-is and they would not even look at it. This was confirmed by their manager, John Ford. They refused to look at it! Even Autozone would tell me why the light was coming on, but they couldn't. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Response to Owner: Kenny Kent has a neighborhood store on the corner of Pollack and Green River Rd. While I realize this is not the Chevy lot, it is still Kenny Kent and bears the Kenny Kent name. And you are wrong. Carlos told me on the phone that John Ford refused to look at my son's car. The last question I asked him was, "so you guys won't do anything about this at all?" Carlos's response, "No, John said you bought it as-is." John Ford is the name Carlos gave me when I asked to speak to the manager. He never contacted me though

Bought a brand new camaro. Traded my wife s 16000 mile camaro ss the brand new car actually blew the motor on the way home. Less than 100 miles. Kenny Kent has been of no help. Been 4 weeks and still no car. All I have is a payment book. No one there cared at all no help whatsoever I wanted to trade back but they wouldn t, I even offered them $5000.00 and they still wouldn t. No car to drive no one cares. They are the very very worst. 0 stars. They were rude and absolutely don t care.

My service contact was amazing I generally feel like she was concerned about what had happened as she took her time to go out and inspect my truck when I had to bring it right back. The tech that replaced my tire left all kinds of goop on my tire and rim which is very unprofessional. I have had problems in the past with the techs but never the service contacts.

Super service, price match my tires and I know they will honor any issues. Service is always done correctly. I have been other places and I ve found my odometer hasn t been read correctly, or fluids have been marked checked and when I look they haven t. I have never had that here. Prices are comparable, and it is easy to track if you go to re-sale your car! Thanks Kenny Kent

To name a few there was Jamison Buck, Adam Carle, Chris White, which by the way is a great resource to your entire staff, Wes,and the young lady named ms. Whitley who chatted with me via the internet and introduced herself to my wife and I at the lot and she wanted to know that every need we had was being met...We assured her it was. Thank each and everyone for making my dream of A new 2017 Chevy Silverado A Reality. And of course Daniel... who finished the deal, and assured us any future needs arise, just let him know and it will be done. By the way I visited Two other dealerships in the tri state area trying to better the deal and I always end up @ Kenny Kent Cherolet, Since my First visit there in 1998 They are always Great!

Not what you would expect from a new car dealer. Had my new truck 8 days for an oil change. The arrogance and attitude of them was less than professional. My wife refuses to deal with them any more. I'm ashamed for them. Not the same people they were when I bought the truck
