The purchase experience was great! Everyone was nice and it didn't take all day. However I'm a little disappointed, I realize my appointment was for an oil change however, I mentioned several times about a problem with the microphone and inquired into getting this addressed while I was there because I live out of town. I was advised that this was probably a signal issue. I explained that when talking on the phone the person on the other end says it sounds like all my windows are down and it's very noisy. I've since googled this and found this is a common problem. I depend on hands free operation as I travel quite a bit.
Anyway, somehow I need to get this fixed.
