We bought a used car there on Dec 29th. On Jan 13th the engine light came on. We had only driven this car to doctors appointments and a couple of short trips to the grocery,. Less than 100 miles. Took the car in and they called me back saying the repair, diagnosis, and replacement battery would be over $300. Even though this was an electrical problem, I don't know why this wasn't discovered during certification that the car was saleable. At this point I am not a very happy customer.
I am happy to report that through the diligence of Mary Spradlin the problem was handled at a reduced rate. Five stars and kudos to Mary, because of her assistance we will return for future service.

Great customer service. Today, got 2 safety recalls, an oil change and tire rotation in (to me) what seemed like no time! Richard in the service dpt was great. Explained everything well n warmly. The lounge was comfy n well stocker. Charging stations n wifi available free while you wait. Several tvs. Very nice experience! thanks

Always have excellent service here! Maintenance or any warranty issues have all been taken care of first visit and in the promised amount of time. Always greeted quickly and given a ride to my work.

It was a recall matter. It was taken care of as soon as I arrived. They were Very polite and I couldn't even tell they had even been in my car.I would definitely recommend them for any work to be done on a car or truck.

Everyone in that dealership busts their tails to deliver the best experience you can have buying a car. I saw the price online, it was the lowest for a few hundred miles, i walked in, met my salesman, and I bought the car. I liked it so much that I accepted a sales position there shortly after the sale. Keep up the good work!!!

I own a Chevy Malibu and drive for ride-share. On Dec 30 at 6 pm my check engine light came on and I couldn t drive faster than 20 mph. As New Years Eve is a huge night for work I thought I was in a pickle. I called as soon as I pulled over. Explained what was happening and that I really needed the car working for the following night. I was told to bring it in the next morning and they would do everything they could to get me going by the end of the day. They came through with flying colors. Fixed and back out to get happy revelers to and fro safely. They treat you great here and recognize they are members of the community! They treat you like we should all treat each other as neighbors! They came through for me. The people there are awesome. Brian is the man! I feel looked out for. Will never go anywhere else for service on my car. And I put 3,200 a month.

Worse Lying Service Department of Any Kind I ve Ever Seen Period

Purchased a Silverado truck. The staff at Kenny Kent Chevrolet was very professional and friendly! My wife and I were greeted with free hot dogs and a drink. After being toured around in a golf cart, we settled on our new truck. The Sales Consultant (Paul Beggs) and the Finance Director (Daniel Aubuchon) walked us through the purchasing process, explaining the details in a way my wife and I could understand. We walked away feeling the people at Kenny Kent were very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

We did run into a problem, when it came to titling and licensing the vehicle. I called Kenny Kent for help and their reply was, "what can I do to solve this problem"? Wow!! The response you always hope for, but seldom get. Kenny Kent solved the issue on the spot (at some cost to them). I was impressed that someone like Owner, Todd Stevens was engaged in the day to day business of customer service!

It had been a long time sense I had purchased a Chevrolet, but after this experience, Kenny Kent will be on the top of my list when looking for my next new vehicle.

I was suckered into buying my very first car there! It was a lemon! I had it one month and it started to fall apart! Went in for an oil change and they didn't fill the oil back up after they drained it, so it blew up my engine! I should have insisted a new car but instead I got a used engine! Will never ever come back or recommend to anyone! Stay clear!

Bobby from Kenny Kent Chevrolet is absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I were looking for a truck, but we were out of state, so we had to do a lot of it over the phone. Bobby made everything simple, easy, and fast. Working with Bobby was by FAR the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. If you're going to buy a vehicle, not only go to Kenny Kent Chevrolet, but ask for Bobby. He'll treat you well and won't jerk you around. He was honest (something we needed since we were driving 500 miles sight unseen). I cannot recommend Bobby anymore strongly!

This has been the most amazing buying experience. Times are tough for me and my fiance but they have worked with us on payments and due dates. I am so beyond grateful for these wonderful caring people.

Very nice salesman let me drive a couple of the cars I was interested in. I really appreciated the no pressure. Very nice people there.
