I had been casually looking for a new truck for quite some time and had spoken with several dealerships regarding possible options. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a truck to Kenny Kent's internet department and was contacted by Brenda Sellers (Internet Director). She was very pleasant and friendly to speak with and wanted to know my needs. No suggestions or redirecting toward other vehicles - simply listened to my preferences and sent me an email the same day with their best matched options. After communicating with her she asked my permission to allow a sales consultant to speak with me (again, a small detail that I appreciate) and I was contacted by Jake Bishop. He was also very easy to speak with and didn't pressure me into anything. Due to being busy with work obligations I wasn't able to go in during business hours, but drove through the lot late one evening and found some trucks I liked. I contacted Jake - who happened to be out the day I was available - and he had a colleague waiting for me to take a look at some options when I arrived. Chris White is who I dealt with face-to-face and he was very straight-forward and honest with any information that I requested. Again, non-pressuring and willing to take the time to, literally, print out and lay all the information on three different trucks in front of me and walk through any questions I had. I'd like to personally thank him for his efforts during the negotiations for not trying to negotiate for me. He took my requests to their Sales Manager without hesitation. Also, thank you to Reggie Quates for making the deal with me. Finally, Daniel Aubuchon in finance let me make my choices regarding warranties and add-on options after explaining them and presenting them to me. He made his pitch and explained what options were available. When I made my choices he revisited the options I chose to leave off, verified my final decision, and moved right along to the finalization of paperwork without trying to make me buy something I didn't want. I'm really enjoying my new Silverado and will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to your team. Thanks again, Jason

Went to the dealership after receiving a recall notice for airbags was promised one day service within two hours three hours later individual manager Joe Kingston stipulated to me that, I would have to return the vehicle a 2nd Day Because they had Broken off a Part inside the Vehicle and Needed to reorder the Part.I told them I were on the road and Busy and couldn't just Pop back up anytime soon ,Plus I were Promised a $50.00 MasterCard Reward Card for coming out . Joe Got Loud and stated He didn't care what I were Promised and he weren't giving me anything and that were were between mee and GM I told him that that weren't the agreement that Erica Ervin Had Previously called mee and stated > He told mee well she's not at my Pay grade I'm the Manager like that meant something to mee.I told him that the customer service that I received were very unprofessional ,he told me He could care less and if I didn't like it there were plenty of other placers to take my vehicle. I reported this to chevy HQ they took note as well,I felt that this could have been somewhat race Based Truly . Don't do business with this Company !!!!

My experience here has been really good with my car purchase and with their service center. I always recommend arriving early to an appointment because sometimes they can squeeze you in early. I wish they had free WIFI in the waiting area, but all in all, I've been a pretty satisfied/lucky customer.

I genuinely enjoyed my car-buying experience from Kenny Kent Chevrolet. Each employee I interacted throughout the buying process with was friendly and professional. While the salesmen were clearly knowledgable on the car, its features, and available upgrades, I never felt pressured to purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Without my permission they went to multiple Banks ...

Without my permission they went to multiple Banks and credit unions to procure funding for my vehicle, running my credit a grand total of EIGHT times! I found this unacceptable. Those credit checks lowered my credit score by around 40 points, ridiculous

This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Ken...

This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Kenny Kent and all 3 times Rodrick Sims was my sales man who I have created a trusting relationship with him. He always advice's me the best coarse of action to take and fits me with what I need at the time of purchase. I would recommend this dealership because in the test of time they always deliver the best at the lowest price. Thank you Kenny Kent and all of my Chevy family.

Unless you enjoy being robbed, I would never bring your car to Kenny Kent to have it fixed, I spent close to $1000 to have my car fixed...my brakes still made a squeaking sound, so I brought it in...on the phone the guy (Richard) told me I wouldn't owe anything to have them look at it...so they of course couldn't find a thing wrong (how convenient) and then tried to charge me $40 to have it looked at I just about lost my cool!! But he waived the fee...after being robbed for the $1000 they should have bought my lunch too. I guess I learned a lesson never take your car to a dealership to have it fixed, it's not fixed correctly and they charge wayyyy too much! Everyone that I have talked to about it all agree with me. But I'm currently real salty. Looks like I will be driving a car with squeakin ass brakes!!

Did not have a good experience. Went there to buy a car, and made an appointment to do so a week prior. I told them exactly which cars I wanted to look at they said it was no problem. When I showed up to the appointment the car that I wanted wasn t even there. They said they gave it as a service vehicle. So it didn t even make sense why I was there? When we tried to look into a new model to build to see the prices he said the guy wasn t there and I had to ask a couple times to go make sure he was there and so when he did go to check he apologized and said he was there and it was just a big waste of time. None of the information I gave over the phone was communicated so when I got there they didn t have the vehicle I asked for and took a vacation a vacation day to be there. I left in bad taste and the salesman was apologetic and told me that he would speak to management to see if there was something they could do to help me get the car I wanted. So he said I would be five mins. An HOUR later I Had called him back and because I haven t heard anything and he said he hadn t even talked to management so I just said to forget it. Maybe it was just a bad day but I couldn t believe the amount of unprofessionalism from somewhere that had such good reviews.

From the moment we walked in until we drove out in our new car the entire experience was like a fine tuned machine. Met by the receptionist, asked for Amber. Amber was very pleasant and brought us the best salesman to work with James Meyer. He took us out to the lot, showed us what we were interested in, took a test drive with him. He was amazing. So knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Then when we went to pay we met the Finance person, Kris. He was as easy to work with as the CSC representative Amber and salesman, Mr. Meyer. I have purchased new vehicles in the past, but none of them had their process together as these people and the overall staff of Kenny Kent. No matter who we passed in the halls or in other rooms, all of them were ever so friendly. We felt welcomed and our business appreciated.

Thank you for making this an overall amazing experience, from the demo to driving off the lot in our new vehicle.

Rich was my service guy , came in for a oil change , I ask if they would look under hood and give me a once over since I am making a 900 mile trip , rich came out and told me I was having a little trouble , and I needed some work , he was very efficient in explaining to me what I need and explained it to me very well , so glad I had the work done , cause I don t need any trouble while traveling

Talked to John Torres about buying a 2015 fusion. Told him I was coming from Owensboro so I wanted to go ahead and see if we could make a deal before I drove all the way down. We made a deal for $12,000. He knew I was coming but the morning I got there he told me he sold the car the night before. Then tried to sell me a more expensive car that just happened to be parked right out front.
I was more mad I spent $100 on a rental car because I planned on dropping it off and driving the car back. When I asked him why he let me drive all the way there and didn't bother texting me he sold the car, he lied and said he called and left a voice mail. I knew this was a lie and I called him out on it. The owner, if he really was the owner, came out and tried to help him sell his lie. They said they record every call in and out and could play me the recording. I said okay.
They kept trying to sell me more expensive cars and after awhile I asked them if they found the recording and of course they said they couldn't find it.
They then said they would send me a check for the $100 I was out on a rental car but I still haven't seen it.
Also John sent me a text just before 6 p.m. the night before saying they'd be open 9-6 the next day. By the time he sent that text the car was already sold and he knew it.
Everybody knows cars salesmen are lying con men, but the ones at Kenny Kent give the rest an even worse name.
Whether you buy a car from them or not just be careful, they will say anything to get you to buy and after that they couldn't care less about you.

They found my cell number online to get me in for warranty work after sending a letter, felt a little stalker. Offered oil change, declined. Made appointment for recall repairs but was NOT told it would take 3 hours. Why take a shuttle when by the time I get home I'd have to turn around and come back? Already disgusted with Chevrolet for selling an inferior product.

Very fast this time. No more then sit down and was told it was finished. Some things I asked about were not needed at this time. Saved a few dollars by honest people. After the transmission deal in the last car, I was skeptical of their work. However, I understand it came from the factory like that. So it was not the dealer's fault.

She was committed to solving each repair issue to my complete satisfaction. I have consistently received outstanding service at this dealership. On my way out, I stopped to say thank you to the Service Manager for the care I received at Kenny Kent Chevrolet and expressed my gratitude for Mary Spradlin's attention to detail. Quick repairs while you wait or get dropped off. I had full car inspection and chose the repairs I wanted done and asked for service not being part of the inspection. I was pleased and amazed with the quickness, professionalism, and explaining if things I had no knowledge of. I communicated with Devin and he was great. I trust his advice and the workers I never saw made me trust them and this company also. Now I have found my mechanics.

Took vehicle in and told them what the problem was and they still charged us 85 to tell us what we told them was wrong and then told us it would be over 1000 to replace two tail light gaskets. Then when we got home noticed the tech did not even put the plastic clips or the carpet back in the right way

Kenny Kent dealership charged me $130 for changing a brake light bulb , it was 15 min job , after that I have called couple of other dealership in the area to verify the price for same job , they offered me same job for $55 to $60 , Kenny Kent charged me $130 !!

Most of the dealings we did on-iine..All we had to do was go in and do some paperwork and drive off. BUT even though they had already sold it they took the time to share about features about the car that we probably did not know. They even connected our phones in for us before we left.

Everyone was friendly and the waiting areas were nice as well. Only thing that kept me from using them to fix my vehicle was prices. They are alot higher than anyone else. They quoted $1400 for an ac compressor when the piece is only around $200. And $100 for them to just look at my car. I went to another company and got the AC Compressor, Water Pump, AC Recharge and inspection for $1000.

Awesome Sales man, terrible Auto Service, tried calling twice, left messages and they never got back with me.I have had this car less then 3 months and the car engine came on. Took it to Advance Auto Zone to get it read and they gave me the code. Called my dealer told him i needed a Car oil change and the engine light was on and that I couldn't get a hold of the Auto Service so he made me an appt. When I get there they of course change my oil. Told them about my engine light being on and ask if there was going to be a charge for checking it. They said yes I think they were going to charge me $85 just to check it out. Insane. Wouldn't recommend buying a car from here. Go to Don Moore, they are awesome.

Rude employees with a customers always wrong attitude.. they blame shift and never take responsibility for their vehicles which break down quite often.. the warranty that they sell extra is a joke and covers nothing.. they delete reviews that they don t like in preset to look better.. STAY AWAY!!!

Kenny Kent Chevrolet is a great dealership to do business with. I had been looking for a Camaro SS with dual mode exhaust and magnetic dampers for quite awhile, I doubted whether I could find one that met my budget. I did a search in the 500 mile radius of my home and found the car I wanted at Kenny Kent Chevrolet. I made my deal using the great online tools they have on their website. Jeff at the dealership contacted me and we quickly came to an agreement that met my needs. I waited until the weekend to go to Evansville and pick up my "New baby" Jeff had all of the paperwork ready and My wife and I were in and out of there in just over an hour and back on the road. Love my Camaro!!

It was very crazy. I had no rental could not get a rental for a long time then had to go through another company for a rental. Got to the rental place that the guy told me to go to and they told me there was no paper's then we finally got that squared away after a few phone calls and then I had to pay for extra insurance, which was crazy. Then only was told I could have that rental for 3 to 4 days so I had to return that and was back to no vehicle because my suv was still not fixed! It took them quite some time to work on my SUV and when I would call I would get a general answer and they would say ( let me check and get back with you. ) At that point I would not hear from them for a few days. Finally they called and said it was ready. By the end I was over it all.

Went for appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took them 1 1/2 hours to do so. I waited in lobby and had to ask if my truck was done because they have no setup letting customers know their vehicle is finished. Service place seems to be a joke how it is managed.

I do like the cleanliness and the "tell-it-to-me-s...

I do like the cleanliness and the "tell-it-to-me-straight" service that I receive here at the KK Service Department. Sometimes I do feel like I am getting charged a bit much for the parts and service. But I also know that I am getting the certified GM product. That gives me peace of mind over taking it to an off shop that might get the who-knows-what product, even if it is cheaper.

Case in point, I took my Cobalt to my regular shop for a tune up and new tires. They do a great job. I asked them to recharge my A/C while they were at it. They charged me for the recharge, but when I started driving it there was no cool air at all. I took it for recall repairs at KK Chevy. They diagnosed the problem, recharged the A/C, and it had excellent cool air. Now I'm getting the part replaced so I'll have no more problems and I'll be back on the road driving for Lyft in no time.

Sometimes, even if you are being charged a little too much, it's better than sticking only with your regular shop. But next tune ups, oil changes, tires, everything like that, my regular shop will have my business. This place will put me in the poor house for normal maintenance!
