They filed ALL of the paperwork under the cosigner...

They filed ALL of the paperwork under the cosigner rather than the signer. Furthermore, they forgot to forward the paperwork to the license branch until I personally visited the dealership and found out that the envelope containing the documents was still sitting inside the building. This was the day before the paper license expired.

The salesman are quick to sell anything they can and will mention countless features included in the vehicle. Keep in mind that many of the vehicles are "capable" of having the features presented, though it does not guarantee that the vehicle will actually have the features on purchase.

Made an appt, just a few days ahead of when I went...

Made an appt, just a few days ahead of when I went in. Open on Saturday's which is great, as I work, plus live out of town.
Service was on time, and price was cheaper than other places I have gone in the past. For some reason I expected the dealership to be more expensive.
Didn't come and try to sell me something, as most places can always find a reason that you need something replaced....especially when you are a woman.
Self explanatory invoice.
I will continue to have my Service done at KK!

I came in with pre-approval and said do not run my credit other than my pre-approval and Danny the finance manager ran it 5 times other than with the company I had the pre-approval with and my credit score dropped 30 points. I specifically said I DO NOT WANT EXTRA INQUIRIES OR TO SHOP FOR DIFFERENT RATES. So today I spoke with danny about cancelling the warranty he lied about and he said once I signed the paper for them to run it with my pre-approval there was nothing I could do. I said it was illegal to run it more than I had approved and he was basically like I can do whatever I want we have lawyers. So if you go to Kenny Kent make sure Danny in finance don t have anything to do with your loan.

We recently bought a 2500HD Silverado from Kenny Kent and I must say that my salesman, Dan Phipps, has went out of his way to make sure that I have been 100% satisfied, and he has been a lot of help as far as having assist steps put on the truck after I bought the truck. I am very pleased with the compassion and helpfulness, and would send any of my friends to Kenny Kent.

This is the first Chevrolet I have purchased. The first day I came in to test driver the 2016 Malibu I was greeted by Jeff Pendergraff. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. A coupe of days later I received a letter from Jeff and that was the only letter I received from the 5 dealer5s I have went to since looking for a new car. I thought that was very professional and at the same time friendly.
Jeff was very patient with me and worked with me till his dealership was able to acquire the vehicle I wanted. He gave me his cell # and we communicate via text. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I liked those that greeted me as soon as I got out of my car.
This new car is everything I hoped it would be.
I will definitely recommend Kenny Kent Chevrolet to anyone I meet that is looking for a new or used car.

I drove from Nashville to southern Indiana to buy my truck from Kenny Kent. Spent a month of contacting dealerships w/ dishonest prices who didn t seem to want to deal with me after I laid down my terms, several of which told me they had the truck I wanted then suddenly didn t but had a more expensive one. I told the folks at Kenny Kent the truck I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and when an almost flawless 2-year old Colorado that was exactly what I wanted came in, they emailed me and I got a solid deal.

So if you re in the market for a Chevy and are tired of dealing with the dealership runaround, I recommend contacting Kenny Kent. In my experience it was well-worth the drive.

They are a stand up company and have great customer service. No complaints here. Bought my truck here, have my truck serviced here.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY USED VEHICLE HERE. MY SON BOUG...

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY USED VEHICLE HERE. MY SON BOUGHT A USED 2010 COBALT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AGO. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON BEFORE HE HAD TO MAKE HIS FIRST PAYMENT. HE BROUGHT THE CAR IN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THE REPAIRS THAT WERE NEEDED WERE NOT COVERED UNDER HIS WARRANTY AND THAT IT WOULD COST HIM AN ADDITIONAL $600 AND THE $70 DIAGNOSTIC COST. AS I AM WRITING THIS HE IS STUCK WITH A DEAD BATTERY AT A CAR PARTS STORE. AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $138. HE HAS HAD THIS CAR AND MADE 1 PAYMENT SO FAR. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO GET SCREWED OVER. SHADY SHADY SHADY.

I got an oil change and had them replace a couple fuses they didn t test it to see if the fuses worked and just gave me the truck back so I tested them they still didn t work and I had to pay 90 dollars to have them fix their own mistake

I had a great salesman and received excellent customer service by everyone I dealt with, including a personal message from the General Manager to make sure I received good service from the very beginning. And the price was definitely worth my drive from Illinois! I highly recommend this dealership for both great prices and great service!

The service department is always friendly and thor...

The service department is always friendly and thorough. Rich explained the system check report that was done on my car during my scheduled oil change. There were a few items that came up to focus on and he helped me understand how to prioritize those items so I'm not getting hit all at once with maintenance costs. I know my vehicle is in good hands when I go to Kenny Kent Chevrolet for my vehicle service.

By far the greatest dealership I ve ever dealt with , direct , to the point , yet very conscious about my needs as a patron... so glad I didn t go to another cookie cutter dealer that is only worried about the numbers ... THANK YOU Kenny Kent for not making me dread taking my truck to the shop

My car has been in and out of the shop for the pas...

My car has been in and out of the shop for the past month and I've taken it to get it fixed. First time cost me $217. Didn't have my car for a week and it started doing the same thing that it was doing before they 'fixed' the problem. So I took it back and they found something else wrong with my car. It cost me $225 to get it fixed. So over $400 to these people in the past month when they told me this time I had to bring my car in I wouldn't have to pay. They are ridiculous and i will be taking my car somewhere else.

Tried several times to get my truck in for a TPMS ...

Tried several times to get my truck in for a TPMS sensor. Horrible experience. A TPMS repair pay .3 warranty time. First time I came in I was advised I needed an appointment for it. Called week later to get appointment. The advise I would need to leave my truck there from Wednesday to Friday for repair. Again, easily half hour repair max. When my wife brought in for that appointment, they tried giving her a loaner bigger than my truck. She is 5ft tall and has trouble getting into my truck, let alone a bigger one. I called a few days later to try and schedule yet again. The woman was telling me and getting hateful about not being at the appointment I had on Sep. 1. My wife there but couldn't leave the truck due to not having an appropriate loaner. I called my salesman, Roderick, to help me get this handled. It finally was. After I pick my truck up I noticed the oil change sticker was different. Nothing on my invoice showing an oil change being done and I never asked for it to be. I called advisor Libby? And asked her why was my sticker changed, she mentioned a newer guy there made a mistake and changed it. No charge as it was a mistake. I get free oil changes through you guys anyway, I would just like to be tol,d or asked if I wanted one as a courtesy. Now truck has vibration about 65mph. I assume tires were rotated as well, but again never any mention of that to me and nothing on an invoice. I assume rotation caused an unbalanced tire to now be on front, but again who knows as no communication. I guess I'll have to take somewhere and pay to get that handled. Only positive experience is with my salesman Roderick. He is 5 stars, but not service.

I have edited this post to change to 5 stars. I had a sit down with Service Manager, Larry Renchler. Larry completly changed my aspect. Thank you!

Our 2016 Tahoe had to have a software update on the airbag system. Richard Schauer was helpful in scheduling of the service time, working with my schedule . He greeted me, took the vehicle in for servicing and then came out to talk to me telling me what they had to do to it. When I drove into Kenny Kent service area, and checked in, the service department immediately went to work on the Tahoe. I did not have to wait. A very professional operation and staff at Kenny Kent.

I have been amazed by the interaction that the staff has had after The sale, I have bought a lot of vehicles and The staff has astonished me. Just recently had my first scheduled service after purchasing my 2017 Silverado earlier this year. Very pleased with the service and communication! Richard Schauer was pleasant to work with, he answered my questions and concerns and what I should look into for future services needed to keep it running at the highest level.

The customer service I had was above and beyond. The woman was very helpful in providing a loaner vehicle over the weekend and assisted in something as simple as carrying my items so I could grab my son's car seat.

Mary S. in the service department went way above the call of duty to help me through a difficult warranty issue with premature wear on my 2015 Corvette tires and saved me money. Mike in parts was super helpful in presenting my options on replacement tires and the service department, in general, did a fantastic job. A potential problem claim was actually turned into a pleasant transaction. I have regained my faith is customer service...great people at Kenny Kent.

We bought our 2017 Corvette Grand Sport sight unseen from out of state because of the great price at Kenny Kent Chevrolet.

The staff at Kenny Kent made the out of state purchasing process much easier than we expected. We left an inquiry on the vehicle late evening after business hours had ended and had a call first thing in the morning. We worked with Gary Lavore in sales and Danny Keith in financing.

Gary is very knowledgeable and put me to ease right away. He is professional, personable, and proactive. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and returned calls promptly.

Danny was able to put a deal together that beat our prearranged financing. He got us a great rate thereby lowering our payment.
