The absolute WORST service department EVER! I have only gone there for simple things- the 2 years of free oil changes and to get recalls fixed after purchase and every single time there is an issue- including THEM breaking things and being unable to figure out how to fix them. Their "service managers" are condescending and uninformed. Their service department and parts department do not communicate. I would buy another Toyota but never ever from Keith Pierson. On top of their crappy service department, if you buy from them, they sell your contact information and you will be inundated with junk mail, phone calls, and emails.
