Always have a good experience with Kay. We have a gold maintenance plan and have our tankless water heater descaled yearly. I have noticed since a remodel my washer was not getting cold water. The 2 plumbers that came out knew how to fix the issue and took steps to help save us some money. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
