So, I had to use Kay Plumbing again, this time at my home not business and who shows up? That awesome plumber who 1 week prior came to do work at my salon, Joshua. He was just as awesome as before! Got right to the source of the problem, told me what he recommended and then fixed it! He showed me so I d know exactly what happened, gave me costs upfront and Then preceded to resolve the issue! EXCELLENT RELIABLE FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! Marah and the other young lady whose name escapes me at the moment, have AMAZING customer service skills! It s absolutely apparent why you guys won that award, WELL DESERVED!!! Thank you all so much!!
