This is not the first time Kay Plumbing has come to my rescue when water has spewed forth: first time on Christmas Day and October 8, 2019, when my hot water heater regurgitated all the water to the second floor. I had a new water heater installed and brought up to code in less than 24 hours. Prior to my decision as to what kind of water heater, the young man Barrette went through all options and pricing. He was very thorough and professional. The plumbing team worked well with the water mitigation team and everyone got their tasks done in a timely manner.
