Pexel Ltd Review

Was only there for a few days nice people but not the job for me

Pexel is place where i can find many kind of high definition photos for free. I love it so much.

I heard people saying this place was a good place to work because you can plan your own hours in and also work from home which suits me perfect as i have a son who attends school and i have to try and fit it around school hours. So i went in and got shown how to make the calls what to do etc and everything was fine stayed the full afternoon and made calls. Following week I went back and made more calls at the end of that shift i felt i was ready to work from home. That was fine and I was told to phone at 10 AM to have a talk before I started calling. Well I received a email with log in codes to set the phone up.. these did not work and I emailed and emailed but no response so i phoned office and turned out person who was supposed to call with me wasn t at work. I asked to get put through to someone who could help me with the codes because I couldn t start working until i had a working code. Well after 30 min I spoke with someone who i thought was very nice and keen to help. he tried to help but couldn t help without seeing my laptop so fair enough he asked if i could come in to the office I said i would email with a confirmation time of when I would be in the office and that was all fine at least so I thought until i received a email from Jillian saying they were letting me go because I didn t work my shift from home!! Like yes I know because the codes you sent were not working !! Absolutely not the way you treat staff and when i try contact them to understand what is going on as they know fine well i couldn t do anything about not receiving the right codes and this was simply a mistake on their behalf they ignore my emails and calls! This is absolutely disgusting way to treat people and I highly recommend everyone stays away from this company!! It s a disgrace. you don t want to work for these people as they do not treat staff right at all! PEXEL YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I guess everyone was right about you.
