I am a first time client of Kay Plumbing and my experience was great. I submitted a request through the internet and received a call from a company representative quickly. They dispatched a plumber that same day. He was professional , efficient, and respectful. They kept in contact with me the whole time so I would know when he was going to be there. My issue was a hot water heater. He explained the problem and offered professional guidance towards a solution. I replaced the heater and am a happy customer.An excellent experience.
