Konrad replaced my tankless water heater this week...

Konrad replaced my tankless water heater this week. In 8 hours from our call he was able to arrive onsite, diagnose the failed heat exchanger, work with the manufacturer to get the warranty approved, pick up a replacement tankless water heater from a wholesaler and install. He was very professional. His enterprise had great technology to let us know when he was enroute and onsite at our home to do the repairs. When entering our home he wore booties and he did a good job of under-promising and over delivering. We will definitely use his enterprise again
