The service I received from Courtney was top rate. She was polite and kind from the second I met her. She was attentive and thorough and easy going, and she made me feel comfortable as a disabled person dealing with car troubles. Her time estimate was right on the money, and I appreciate what she did for me. Were I still running my business, she would be the first person I'd hire.

Karl Tyler Chevrolet is a great place. We have been dealing with Terry Amble, one of their salesman for several years looking at trucks, new and used. We have bought a few through the years from this business. Terry always returns your calls when you have a question or need information. Everyone is very courteous. They give you time to think about the sale and help you with options. Great place to deal with and service department is wonderful.
We had a breakdown on a Sunday evening. We got our car towed to Karl Tyler Chevrolet. They were extremely helpful in getting us checked out first thing Monday morning. They got us fixed up and back on the road within the next 24 hours. These folks are great. They do a great job.

We purchased a used Chevy Impala last weekend from Karl Tyler Chevrolet and I must admit that for a used car shopping weekend it was a pretty good experience. We arrived at the the lot and started walking towards what we thought was the "used car" area when Bill Miller met up with us and steered us in the right direction. I let Bill know what we were looking for and that is all he attempted to show us. He fully explained what features that came with the car and how to access them. During the paper work Bill really went out of his way to keep the process moving along at better than a snail's pace. On our way home Bill called us to inform me that I left a personal item in my trade in and he would be happy to drop it of on his way home, well above the responsibility of "selling a car". I might also add that I may have made Bills day also as apparently not everyone tries out a new car purchase as I do.

He told us if he didn t know the answer he d let us know but he would find the answer. He didn t play games, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to get us into the car we wanted! Honestly the best salesman we could ve gotten. Before going to him we went to Ford Lithia where they treated us like we could matter less and didn t want our sale. I had one of the strangest issues with my 2014 Silverado. Even though the Mylink system set up for English, it was using a French pronunciation for my wife's name. It certainly was not a critical issue but last time I was in to get a recall done one of the service guys said bring it in when I had time and they would try and fix it. So I took it in and the Tech did some research and found out that there was an update available for the Mylink, installed it and the issue went away. I kind of felt bad about this picayune issue but even the Tech had a laugh so it was all good. Everyone at Karl Tyler has been and is great to work with they continue to impress me.
Bought a car from them mainly based on their reputation. The service is great. While I've not needed to get in for any major problem they were very through in taking care of all the little stuff.
My wife and I decided that we needed a car upgrade. I went online and got a very rapid response from Christy. She gave us some of the inventory the dealership had that met our needs and was in our price range. We found a vehicle we liked and set up an appointment to test drive it the next day. We arrived and met Christy who introduced us to John Baldwin. We loved the car and got a very fair price for it. The transaction went super smooth and everyone was super professional. I took my truck in to get a tire puncture repaired. They did that in a very timely manner and washed the truck as well, like they usually do. This time though a wiper blade which was broken came off when they washed the vehicle. He told me he replaced both blades on their dime I told the guy I had broken the blade and I needed to pay fo it. He refused payment and thanked me for coming in. That was a real nice thing to do and I really appreciate this team. They always provide great service and everyone is very friendly.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their sales people. We will only buy our vehicles through Karl Tyler. We have had outstanding customer service with Brennan and Matt. My car needed some work a day after I bought it and they didn't hesitate to take it in and give me a car to drive in the meantime. He wasn't pushy about the sale and let me make up my mind in my time.John explained the lease process and I am really happy with that. He was also helpful with my daughter and her two babies loading & unloading the car seats! This also showed me how much space the car has. I am very happy with my experience at Karl Tyler!
My mom was visiting from out of town and K.T is the only place here that works on VW. She got the car back, drove it for a little bit and felt a vibration from the tires, only to look and see a spot worn on the front passenger side that was worn down to the tread! Even the guys at Romers were like "I have no idea how they couldn't have seen that!" Apparently you shouldn't expect any above and beyond service from Karl Tyler that you didn't originally go in and pay for.
In contrast, I took my Focus to Costco for a tire rebalance and one of the younger guys standing behind his boss when I picked it up happily chimed in that "they checked the air in the tires and you're good to go for the season!". If a "big box store" like Costco has better service than a local dealer, that should tell you something, Karl Tyler..
I was -immensely- dissatisfied with the service I received from Karl Tyler. They had my car for 15 days just to replace the radiator. The mechanic took over a week just to send an estimate to my insurance company, waited until AFTER that to order parts, so they'd had the vehicle for 11 days before the work even began on it. When I inquired as to why the process was taking so long, they blamed the insurance company. When I told them I had spoken to my insurance and they told me they were waiting on an estimate, they proceeded to blame other departments within their company.
I will never take another vehicle to their shop, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE if you want your work done in a timely fashion.

Absolutely amazing service from Courtney in the service dept. She kept in contact EVERY step of the way. I braced myself for the absolute worst, but it was the exact opposite. From day one, she took over and I had no worries or concerns about the work being done. I had a complete engine out and new re-installed in 2 days. Unfortunately out of 3 oil changes and tire rotations, twice over filled with oil and twice never adjusted tire pressure. Won't happen again as I am going elsewhere.

So I just had THE best car buying experience I've ever had in my life at Karl Tyler Chevrolet in Missoula. I originally talked to Ricky and had arranged to take a test drive, but he was not available and that's when Bill Miller came in. Absolutely no pressure at all and he was FUN! Hell, buying a car should be fun and Bill certainly made it fun, joking, BSing and also knowledgeable in the product I was looking for. I ended up getting a used, certified 2014 GMC. They added an extra 12,000/12 month warranty on top of the remaining factory warranty and brand new tires too. All in all, a great experience and I have an awesome truck. Can't thank Karl Tyler Chevrolet enough and if you want to have fun buying a new rig, go see Bill Miller!

Been a customer since I moved up here, last couple times I've been to KT, have been horrible, brought my truck in for a simple oil change at the earliest time slot they have and had to wait till the next day to pick it up... And this has happened twice, and had a simple repair where parts cost about 100$ then turned around to try and charge me 600$ to put it on,(simple 20 min job)... Not going there again... When did this company become highway robbers??

Just purchased our third new vehicle (two Silverado's and an Equinox) from Brennan at KTC. That by itself indicates our feelings. Brennan has always, and I do mean ALWAYS available (of course short delays but he returns any and every contact we've had within 48 hours and most within a few hours). The man knows the product and if he has any doubt he will find out and follow up. I have and will continue recommending both Brennan and KTC to friends and family.

The salesman (Bobby) we dealt with was very helpful and easy going when looking at new trucks. There was no pressure and no persistent calls trying to force a sale. We had a good vehicle buying experience and in the end were very happy with the outcome. We even had some errands and other stuff come up, and while we were away, they took care of all the paperwork so all we had to do was come back and sign papers and grab the new vehicle. I would recommend Karl Tyler to anyone!
My truck broke down in Washington and Karl brought me a new truck to get home with my horses and living quarter horse trailer. He hauled my truck back to Missoula, fix it and delivered it back to me in the Boise Valley! He knows what real service is all about and goes above and beyond to prove it! Because of this kind of care, I've bought 10-12 vehicles from him over the years and a couple horse trailers. I refer the dealership as often as I have the opportunity to do so.

Ever since we purchased our vehicle from the excellent sales staff from Karl Tyler, we have utilized the service center for everything from an oil change to replacing the transmission. The service staff is always very friendly, a smile on their face when they greet you and upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done. We have never had a bad experience with the Service Department at Karl Tyler and would recommend them to everyone!
The salesman I worked with messed up and told me the lifetime warranty was bumper to bumper when it wasn't however, management helped fix that and explain everything. Then things went wrong again when the salesman gave personal information out about me. I contacted a supervisor and they helped make me feel better about the sale. I no longer feel as bad about it and will be working with someone else. I think overall they are helpful and honest. Just chose your salesman wisely and you will have an excellent relationship. I wish I could rate both things. I however rated the salesman.

Horrifically horrible. Brought the car in to have them fix the leak in the rack and pinion... they never touched that, but instead changed the oil and then let it just sit there all day before I was ever able to pick it up?! Will never mess with Karl Tyler again, they've been trouble since the very start
