I had one of the strangest issues with my 2014 Silverado. Even though the Mylink system set up for English, it was using a French pronunciation for my wife's name. It certainly was not a critical issue but last time I was in to get a recall done one of the service guys said bring it in when I had time and they would try and fix it. So I took it in and the Tech did some research and found out that there was an update available for the Mylink, installed it and the issue went away. I kind of felt bad about this picayune issue but even the Tech had a laugh so it was all good. Everyone at Karl Tyler has been and is great to work with they continue to impress me.
