I bought my 2017 colorado on January 11 2019 It was my dream truck. It seems as if it is turning into a nightmare. It has been in the shop twice already and I haven't had the truck 2 months. As of March 4 2019 it have been 3 1/2 weeks now I haven't been able to use it and if I get it back when they think it will fixed it Wii have been 5 weeks that I haven't been able to use my truck out of 8 or 9 weeks of owning the truck and 1st payment is coming up on March 15 2019

I recently worked with John Baldwin at Karl Tyler and had one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. John was very patient in showing me the options and choices available and did not try to oversell me on my needs for a new truck. There was never any pressure what so ever and I probably surprised John in choosing a vehicle with more amenities than he may have expected. John really worked with my own schedule to make this very seamless. In the short time I spent with John he really impressed me as a Karl Tyler employee and as a person. You have a winner on your team Karl Tyler!

terrible customer service. Come in with 3 kids looking to apply for credit card and wanna do it in person so I can get temporary card for services done to my car. Make us wait forever while their drinking their coffee and socializing. We ended up leaving not applying. Their never getting my services ever again and I will never recommend anyone here.

I'm always greeted immediately upon entering the service area. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I use the shuttle care service every time I'm in, and the gentleman who is the driver is wonderful... he's a keeper for sure! Thanks for always providing great service, all the way around!

I have always had amazing dealings with Karl Tyler. Reed J. Has sold us our last two cars and have had nothing but amazing services. Recently we had to claim on our extended warranty and courtney fought for our claim and won. Dealerships get a had name but KT from start to finish plus had been amazing.

I was having some issues with the remote start on my Equinox. They looked into it and found out it was just the cold weather causing problems. They only charged me for an air filter that needed replacing. The shuttle driver that drove me back to work was friendly and courteous. Very happy with my experience!

So I returned a part I didn t need and they gave me a receipt for it for like 319.00 I didn t have my card at the time so I had to call back with my numbers to have the return processed when I called back they took 35% off my return for restocking fees even though they already gave me a receipt for 319 so what pisses me off is how shady there parts guy is instead of just doing it right the first time the go and take the money anyways and that makes them untrustworthy and just like every other dealership always after the dollar not the customer service and I work at a dealer we would never do that. It s dirtbag

I bought a car elsewhere and it just didn't work for our family so we went into Karl Tyler to find a vehicle that would better accommodate us. We met Bill Miller and are so incredibly happy that we did. He never once made us feel pressured into buying something that day. We told him our concerns and gave him an idea of what we were looking for and he went to work. We spent some time talking back and forth with him, he gave us several options and was able to get us into a vehicle that fit our family and for the price range we wanted. Bill was very personable, kind and patient. We will forever buy from Karl Tyler and will forever work with Bill. We couldn't be happier.

I have been looking for a new vehicle for my wife for about 6 months. Everyone at Karl Tyler since I started looking have made buying a new vehicle an incredible experience. They are all wonderful to work with. Bill Miller made personal arrangements for me to find her the perfect car and he delivered! He worked very hard and deserves far more than 5 stars. I requested to test drive a car through the website and was contacted immediately. I scheduled an appointment the same day and the car was waiting out front for me when I arrived. Cole Franke was wonderful and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. After I purchased it, he helped me set up my rewards, download the MyChevrolet App and set up my OnStar. I would definitely recommend Karl Tyler and Cole as my overall experience was fantastic. Brent in the finance department was very helpful as well and explained everything. You definitely cannot go wrong shopping for a car here!

I called ahead the day before my oil change servic...

I called ahead the day before my oil change service to get a price. I told the rep on the phone the make and model of my vehicle and was quoted $39.95.
Then when I arrived at the dealership I asked again what the price would be and was told the same thing. $39.95.
Then I went and sat in the waiting room with my infant daughter. while I was waiting, my child did a #2 in her diaper, and I realized that I had neglected to bring the diaper bag with me from the vehicle. so I went back to the service counter to ask if I could retrieve a diaper. The person behind the counter told me that the car was done, and that he would bring me the keys in a couple of minutes. My child sat in her dirty diaper for another 25 minutes before they finally brought me the keys!
Then when I went to the cashiers counter to pay, they told me that unfortunately it was going to be $47.20 instead of $39.95 like I had been told twice!
Now, you may be thinking that "it's only a few dollars, what's the big deal?" But I have been out of work due to a bad back, and am having a disc replacement surgery at the end of July, so I have to stretch literally every penny in my budget! so that "few dollars" meant that I went without a meal this week.
I am not normally one to complain, but the lack of concern for the diaper issue, and the "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do" attitude over the money made me hesitate to do business with, or recommend Karl Tyler to my friends and family.

Extremely Positive. Night and day experience between this dealership and other places in town. From walking onto the lot (and not being accosted) to comfortable knowledgeable explanations of features of vehicles (no bs/made up answers), to pleasant people in all the various departments we interacted with (sales, financing and service). Happy to do business with these folks.

Scott Lake was the salesman that helped us purchase our new 2018 Colorado, he was very professional, answered all our questions and foremost, he was not pushy. One thing my husband and I hate are pushy salesmen. He took his time and we never felt rushed, showed us what we asked to see and also helped us order some accessories for the truck. We also told him that we had dealt with Brennan and because he was out hunting he listed his name of the sales as well. A very thoughtful and caring young man shows that he has great character. We would purchase from him again in a heartbeat!

I paid nearly $500 labor to replace my air conditioner compressor, that had been replaced 4 summer seasons ago at Karl Tyler'sat a cost of $900, and the service tech broke the driver's side door hinge loose. There was never any discussion about the responsibility of the service department around the fixing of this problem. Spending nearly $1800 in four summers for air conditioning and now I assume the cost of parts and labor at Karl Tyler's Body Shop to fix my vehicle's broken door. In my mind this is not award winning stuff.

Peggy was very helpful. She was able to coordinate my a/c condenser replacement to be done on a Friday afternoon so I could have the use of my car overhead weekend. Everyone who I have worked with in the Service Department have always been polite, responsive and professional.

We have gone to several dealerships for sales and service, None of them compared to the Karl Tyler sales and service department. The service department is completely trustable and gives us the best service. Will not ever change to another service department. We drive 4 hours for service and do not regret it!

We had such a phenomenal experience at Karl Tyler Chevrolet! The team was amazing, diligent, and efficient. We shopped around the state for our new Chevrolet, and we are so glad that we decided to do business with Karl Tyler Chevrolet.
