Everyone was friendly and helpful. Salesman John Baldwin is knowledgeable about the car and the technology in the Equinox. He wasn't pushy about the sale and let me make up my mind in my time.John explained the lease process and I am really happy with that. He was also helpful with my daughter and her two babies loading & unloading the car seats! This also showed me how much space the car has. I am very happy with my experience at Karl Tyler!
