Very beautiful. Pink flamingos were a nice touch. Conference rooms were legit. Good golf course.

Beautiful room, full price, one restaurant open with seating, only 10 tables and 2 servers for the whole hotel.

Enjoying our stay every spring we come.. Rather be staying at Shadow ridge then Jasmin court where we were away from everything.
Could not turn my neck after super cold / hard blowing AC that blew into the room. Had to tape up the vent with cardbox from milk to avoid kids get sick.
Dont expect to sleep in, you will be awaken by a lawnmover around 9 am.
Still 5 stars for that its great place to spend on springbreak and quite kids friendly...

My experience at the JW Marriott was phenomenal. When I first walked inside, I marveled at how well designed the interior was from the color of the walls to the choice of furniture. They always have live music and the bartenders are very polite. The location is perfect in the sense that the weather is hot. The rooms are spacious and the service is exceptional. I will definitely come back to the JW Marriott when I want to go on vacation.

Excellent hotel. The service is exquisite, the restaurants are fantastic, and they have an 18 hole put-put course that looks like it was designed by Jack Nicklaus. I ll stay here every time I go to Palm Springs thank you.

I absolutly love this hotel! The grounds are beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond! From Ozzy at the front desk helping us find the perfect room to Lisa at Rockwood helping me with my daughter this place is amazing!!!!

Spent 2 days by the pool, bar staff was friendly, pool area large and not crowded, several pools and Jacuzzis to choose from. Spent the evenings at the fire pit at the restaurant, Daniel our waiter was efficient and friendly. Bar tab was steep, but worth it for the atmosphere

Beautiful Resort that has many restaurants and shops

This is a beautiful Hotel Resort. Stayed here on business trip, attending a conference in the resort. Rooms were very spacious. Resort is very well maintained. There is a beautiful lake in the front with several palm trees, there were several pink swans on lake. Makes it look even more beautiful. You cal also take a boat ride in the resort. I had an awesome time here.

We are locals that come to see the exotic birds. Always enjoyable to stop and chat with such beautiful birds.

Fancy. We were urged by a local friend to stop in for a cocktail. I appreciate most things Mid Century, and this was surely reminiscent in many ways.

I'm confused by some of the negative reviews. It was a great property with fantastic facilities. The golf facilities are also in great condition.

Room was filled with small flying bugs & I set my thermostat to 40* and was still sweating. Definitely needs some TLC

Costas night club one of few places to party in the desert.

The grounds are beautiful, but some of the rooms are lacking, especially first floor (more bugs?) on the outskirts (further from hot water). Our room had spider webs, earwigs, and cold water. We complained about the water and there was no decent response until our second the last day.

Love the atmosphere very relaxing. Had some out of town friends with me and they were impressed with the property and were interested with the time share opportunities. The resort is beautiful. There are multiple restaurants with different themes. We were impressed with the large convention facilities.

The safe in the room was rather outdated and the outlets don t have USB plugs.

Just love to visit when in Palm Desert. We had a wonderful lunch at Rockwopd Grill where we took the attached picture.

We used the Coachella shuttle from JW Marriott. The staff was very helpful and professional. We plan to stay there next year.

This resort is beautiful inside the hotel and outside on the grounds. They have a boat that drives into the lobby and takes you on a cruise around the resort. The food was good and the staff was excellent.

It's a very beautiful grounds lots to do at the facility. The staff was extremely nice, I think every single person I walked past greeted me. The entire place was very well laid out with the restaurants, the bar, the pool, the amenities of the place. The views are amazing I'm all around. I was there for a work conference and they did everything top-notch. The conference was very well laid out the accommodations met all standards.

The spa facilities are fantastic! I enjoy taking a stroll around the grounds afterwards to take in the amazing views!

Very nice hotel and experience. Enjoyed a nice day of golf and pool and retried to my room where I had an overly large balcony. It was amazing.

I wish I could give this place a "-" star. The property is super outdated, nothing is good. I had a bad feeling the moment we were checking in. I am a frequent traveler, and know what to expect. the girl in front desk seemed like the most unmotivated front desk person in the world, no greetings, no smile, in a robotic voice check in, and left us with minimal direction of a super confusing resort lay out.

After getting lost 3 times, and asking people around and climbing stairs with luggages due to misdirection, we finally made it to the room to find out its nothing like the picture.

Then went down to the lounge for happy hour. got "house wine" which was advertised to be $6. Later I found out the bartender charged $12 in my cc.

Story does not end here, I found out in the mall later that my Credit card is missing, I thought the front desk girl did not give it back to me. Came back to the hotel, asked people present there, they looked here and there and "sorry mam, it's not here!" later I see there is a VM left in my room saying, "your credit card was misplaced, please pick it up from the front desk." Called them to find out that they know nothing about it, I would have to wait till tomorrow 7:00 am to find out if my ID and credit card is still there.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, USE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEHITNG BETTER!!!

Horrible customer service. Do not recommend at all.

Room is a bit dated, at the price i would of thought it would be a bit more new. Service is excellent, food is decent, and its pretty clean. Golf, swim, spa, its all here.

Desert resort... top notch coordination with the BNP Paribas tournament

Everything was wonderful. They had 6 different food stations with a very good variety of choices. The room was well air conditioned which was mych appreciated since we had well over 600 people in the room. The casino dealers were top notch and so friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was also very accomodating. I have been to rhis hotel a few times and would reccomend it for a place to hold events.

My boyfriend and i came down from Canada to stay here for Coachella. We were so pleased with how amazing the service was. The resort is beautiful and the food was great. Also a super fun place to stay if your going to coachella. They are very well organized and our entire trip went very smooth. will definitely be back next year!

Pool is pretty crowded, but otherwise a nice resort.

The property was amazing, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. The decor was stuck in the 80's as was the air conditioning. They were in the process of remodeling room which is much needed, but waking up to construction work was not.

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels I ve stayed out. The rooms are very clean and the staff are welcoming.

The mountain view is fantastic. We enjoyed every minute staying at this place.

The resort cost $$$ but the pools and staff are top of the line. Cannot say enough about the amazing breakfast servers and the servers at the pools.

We stay here every year for the last 15 years...this year the hotel booked a confrence and neglected to let me know that we would not be able to use most of the amenities as they are booked for the week...big fail!

First off, the customer service went above and beyond to help me and my wife. Not only did they help us find a room last second, but they even got us an amazing price. And when my wife was feeling under the weather, they brought us tea, crackers, and water free of charge. Absolutely recommend staying here. Beautiful restaurant and an amazing outside area with mini golf and a beautiful gold course.

This resort is awesome! Love the boat - fun way to get to the restaurants and shops. Awesome Upscale bar with live music.

Well appointed up scale hotel. Somewhat limited options for dinning at the hotel.

We were her during renovation, but everything was still great.

First they gave us a double instead of a king. Then they gave us a room that required walking the entire length of the hotel and taking 2 elevators. Worst layout I've ever seen. The room we got wasn't clean and a cockroach made an appearance in the morning. The grounds and open areas are quite nice. The rooms need better quality control.

Want a sunny location from 90f -45f this is the place to come in Feb. Every resort and gated community has one or 2 golf courses. Must use carts! Everything is 5 star including the shopping. Bargains can be found in the Mall. Eateries come from fast food to exclusive dining. There are 3 markets that are massive. One on the weekend in the parking lot of a college and the other a night market in the streets on Thursday nights.

Take the ride up the mountain spectacular view. Lots of hiking trails at the top. Both restaurants are tasteless and expensive. Bring a lunch and eat it in the bar area.

Definitely drive up the mountain to Idelwylde. Worth the drive. Region is totally different. Real mountain forest. For like buildings. Cafe is fabulous food and reasonable. Fabulous cornbread and apple pie.

Take to tour to Joshua tree national park. Very interesting.

Lots to see. 1 week is plenty of time but if you are a golfer 2-3 wk. is enough time to do both. Lots of canadians here.

The spa here is amazing. I've never stayed at the resort, only done the day spa. 2 steam rooms, 1 sauna, 1 hot tub, for each guys and girls with a shared pool.

After speaking to the manager on Duty, Antonio , and Jonothan Alvarez, who claimed to be the manger also, we were utterly disappointed.

We stay in this resort at least twice a year, and never experienced this service.

We are utterly disappointed by this service.

Antonio brought in Jonothan and first told us he was the head of security, and we wondered why. We only wanted to express the cockroach infestation we had in the room (see photos) and we felt victimized. We did not know which direction to turn. We expected to be re-assured the we will have great service bestowed upon us, but unfortunately we had the head of security, Jonothan, belittle us.

We will never be staying here, and the poor service , hair on shower knobs, poor house keeping the, and overall insult will forever turn us away from staying at this JW Marriott resort.
