One night spent in transit to Las Vegas. Very large hotel area with all the trimmings. Nice pool area and next to a golf course. It is possible to drive around in the hotel lake with a small boat. The hotel is not the newest and you can tell. The rooms could use a renovation - at least the one in which I stayed. If you spend 1 - 2 nights here, do not go wrong. You get everything you want. Enough on-site restaurants available.

Amazing! This resort is off the charts amazing. The have free boat rides, several pools and a golf course. The grounds are gorgeous.

A very nice-looking, large, and pretty property with the fanciest of things. The only thing I didn't like was just how fancy it was. I got the vibe of an elite class, rich-only area, which was distasteful personally. However, I think most people will enjoy it. I didn't buy anything; just went on the free boat ride, but I'd assume everything here is super expensive just from the looks of it.

Very good, pool and facilities nice. Took hours for housecleaning to bring extra blankets though.

Definitely one of the nicer resorts in the area. Can be a bit pricey during high season or holidays. Love the grounds, great golf course, nice selection of restaurants, great spa.

Had a blast here! Stayed here during a business event and the hotel was beautiful, the staff courteous, and the food was excellent! Would LOVE to bring my family back here again soon!

We love this place! We come here almost every year for our anniversary. This year, Steven at the Front Desk has been so helpful and accommodating. He gifted us with drink vouchers, spa facilities access, and had a beautiful fruit and cheese plate with a bottle of wine delivered to our room when we first arrived. What a special treat! It really made us feel welcome and excited for our stay. Thank you for all of the extra effort Steven! It makes all of the difference! We look forward to coming again next year with all of the new renovations.

As a Titanium member I've seen all types of hotels, resorts, and inns. This is one fine hotel with great service. Trace at check-in was quick, kind, and service oriented. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you for making my birthday and stay a memorable experience.

Excellent cocktail lounge for a relaxing drink. Take the little boat ride, a nice 10 min thing to do.

I stay here almost every time I go to Palm Desert. The price is good, the pool is great and I love the views. You can always find some kind of deal for this place. They have a gondola ride that takes you around the property. Nice way to spend a half hour.

Great location for vacation, weddings, conferences. Great food and awesome service professionals!

Stayed at one of their villas and it was pretty awesome. Big, clean unit and the housekeeping service always did a great job making up the room. Facilities and amenities are good.

Just check your rooms carefully on arrival. Overall got better the second night but the first night at this hotel was the worst experience I have had, a pill was found in our room, bugs all over the hotel room ground. It was disgusting. But when they moved our room, it was much better, we had a blast.

The resort had great pools and a golf course. The rooms were average. overall, nice stay.

The resort is beyond gorgeous and the staff has been extremely courteous. Walked the grounds yesterday and enjoyed the spa today. Not one complaint at this point.

Everything is super clean, service is great and place it self is beautiful, the employees from the bar are NOT too friendly they ALL look tired and in a bad mood. That's the only thing why I don't give a 5 stars. Other than that, is a great place.

Great service! Great environment! The outdoor seating next to the pond was incredible. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Couldn't have been happier!

Nice hotel. The pools and boat ride are fun. Great restaurants and bars. They also have a putting green outside of hotel for the family.

Quite lovely with great amenities and grounds and a nice pool. A bit crowded. Cool restaurants and lovely rooms. All in all a solid choice. Loved the free sweets surprise in the lobby.

What's not to love? Wonderful resort and experience

The Griffen Suite - First class resort provides a first class experience. Membership and loyalty has its rewards! This was the smaller of the two suites I was in during my stay!

Great family hotel and friendly staff. 5 hours of free EV charging at valet. After that self park and eat off site if you can!

Nice hotel, great ambiance, but sections undergoing renovations. Be prepared to walk, rooms can be quite far from the lobby,restaurants,etc.

It was hot out but the facility was fantastic! One of the best JW MARRIOTT I've stayed.

Loved the spa!

Had a great stay at JW. The room was nice and clean. BUT the best part was how there were so many pools there! There's the main area which has three pools and another pool on the other side of the hotel that was more chill and quiet.

EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR IN A RESORT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely the worst service. Bait and switch in the room I booked, then when I bring them the authorization form for my company card they say they don't allow the paper copies however the website clearly states you can. Basically told me he could lose his job by letting me stay here when my room was paid in full. Would not give me any information about the conference I was attending. Can't get anyone to pick up the phone. When I asked what complimentary services were available they told me none and asked why would they offer any complimentary services. I was and continue to be treated as if I don't belong here. I was finally able to get the cc issue fixed but again they kept telling me there is no way I should have been allowed to print the form. I even showed them on the site. Not only have they stressed me out to the point of having hives, the air conditioning isn't working well and no one will answer the service phone.

Excellent food and service. Be advised you are not seated until your entire group arrives even with reservations. Not a problem for us but if you have someone lagging behind the rest of the group can be held up.

Gorgeous resort with extensive amenities. Only knock is no close reasonably priced food.

We stayed there for a business conference. Such a beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. It's is a little bit expensive but the beauty and the friendly staff made it such a great experience.

The golf course is just amazing.
