I want to live here. Beautiful hotel that feels like a vacation in the middle of nowhere, yet has all the modern conveniences, shopping, and life you are used to. Great conference and meeting spaces to boot.

All I can say is Wow! This JW Marriott is absolutely amazing. My wife and I stayed here in February for her birthday and in May for mine. We just absolutely loved both of our stays. In February, it was busy but not crowded. In May it was definitely crowded, especially since it was Memorial Day weekend. But that did not stop us from having a blast.

The rooms were newly renovated and they are currently working on finishing the entire resort. There are 2 Championship golf courses on the property. They gave a large pool area for everyone and a smaller more secluded family pool. They have a day spa on the property which has their own pool.

Lots of shops and little boutiques. There is also eagle riders which rentsnout motorcycles! There are tons of restaurants on site making it so you never have to leave! They have casual and more formal options. There is also a Starbucks which was just opened as a full store location instead of a kiosk as it was before.

They have lots of self parking and a valet option. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many options in the Palm Springs area, but for a few minutes further, thisnresort is well worth it! This is an absolute amazing property.

In the lobby they have a restaurant, bar and even a lake with gondolas running in the evenings. There start in the lobby and go around the large lake surrounding the hotel. There was wind in February which stopped the gondolas and a long line in May. So we will have to come back and visit again!

We were both very impressed and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property to everyone. You will be amazed!

Currently a guest, the place has 2 elevator out of 4 working for Thanksgiving week holiday and the place is fully booked. It a 5 to 10 minute wait for the elevator and by the time it comes. There are 20 plus people waiting. The general manager of this hotel should be fired. Clearly this place has gone downhill since last year Thanksgiving.

Overall great family friendly resort. I would request a renovated rooms bc the older rooms are pretty outdated. Mattress was very uncomfortable for a JW. Staff was great and good food options at resort.

Ehhh.. for the price.. room super small and underwhelming... ok view, boat ride was great but long wait, they told us someone had called out.. we just made it to our dinner reservation at the teppanyaki Japanese restaurant, the food was dry and bland and super expensive! I would have stayed somewhere else, but It was my brother in laws bday, so not my choice, Also huge coachroach walked across the floor the last night we stayed, We were on the 8th floor so he had a long trip .. gross .. hardly slept worried about it. Won't ever be back!!!!

Resort was beautiful and the atmosphere was fun. Staff was nice and friendly. Only down side was good course wasn't in good shape. I know they get a lot of play but still, take care of your course!

Check in was ridiculous. Knowing that there is a conference going on, they should have been able to quickly check in everyone. I felt bad for the guests who weren't here for the conference. Other than that, everything else was great. Beautiful resort.

Stunning! I was here for a work conference and look forward to coming back. Its far from the city of Palm Springs but there is lots to do on site and the restaurants are phenomenal, as are the pools! If you are looking at having a nice meal off resort, please go to Mortons across the street. Wow!!

Just amazing. Room was perfect, everything is clean and beautiful. My only complaint is that drinks are $15, but I suppose that s how it is in a hotel this fancy. Boat ride is free and awesome.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times now and each time the hotel has been fantastic, the drinks are just right, the Sushi is amazing and so are the other restaurants inside and outside the hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. The rooms from the admiral, directors, to even just the other newly renovated rooms are beautiful. The only critique about the rooms is the showers while stunning were not designed well. Watch out for flooding and super slick floors in the bathrooms.

What a beautiful place! We just got home from our visit. Stunning resort, extremely friendly staff, remodeled rooms, 3 huge pools! Check in with Joshua was smooth, really set the standard for our entire visit, he was SO nice! One of the best check in experiences I ve ever had. I know it s a Marriott of course they re nice... but no, he went above and beyond. And while we were there there was another guest being extremely rude to the next clerk over and he went and helped her out afterwards, not sure if he is maybe a manager or something, but he definitely deserves recognition. We had a 2 queens pool view room, it was a beautiful view. The room was great, visually pleasing, large bathroom with shower and large tub, sliding partition-like windows from the bathroom to the rest of the room was a fun addition. The only thing I thought it was lacking was a microwave but we made do. It did have a mini fridge at least. The grounds of this hotel are stunning and huge, lots of different birds, black swans, flamingos, geese, ducks. Fountains and ponds, a beautiful Japanese garden. They even had boats INSIDE the lobby! They take guests out on boat rides around the lake . Because of covid they were not currently running, 2 of their restaurants were closed (but 2 were still open, as well as the pool bar and grill), the jacuzzis were unfortunately closed, that was probably the most disappointing thing, but obviously it was because of covid and not the hotels fault. Hopefully with loosening guidelines in CA they can reopen soon. We were there over the weekend, it was busy-ish but we never felt overcrowded. The hotel was very good at following covid protocols, social distance, enhanced cleaning, and mask enforcement, and I felt safe during my visit. I m hoping to visit again soon when everything has reopened. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are great, grounds are great, atmosphere is great... phone service is in need of attention, room service has a charge to deliver, the wait at the front desk is to long, ti many recordings and menu's to go through just to have a simple question answered.

Hidden gem and I've been yearning to go back. Beautiful resort and great staff my wife and I loved this place. Initially we didn't even plan on going here but someone talked us into it and we loved every second there. It's a bird sanctuary too and being from Michigan I've never seen a flamingo in my life and as you pull in there's like 20 wild flamingos just walkin around. I knew right then and there this is a good place. The gondola ride is awesome too

Wanted to give a better star review, but getting our seats for our reservation for brunch was a disaster. The hostess was clueless and confused. She could not explain the brunch layout in a logical manner & was easily flustered. In terms of food offerings for brunch, I rate as average. Service after we were seated was excellent however.

Came here on a convention. The space we rented was very spacious, had enough amenities. The event at the center was great, there was a lot of space, had what we need and was able to provide more at an affordable price. I definitely recommend this facility to those that would like to come and relax, or host an event here!

Fancy Palm Desert hotel nestled between other multiple Marriott hotel brands. Pretty cool setup overall on a huge piece of land with a stellar golf course, great pool, and fun boat rides from inside/outside hotel. Fisherman Landings is a great restaurant. Try the deep friend avocado stuffed with seafood. I'm allergic to avocado and still loved it :)

How is the fact that this is the hotel that Jessie Spano s dad got married at not the top posted item in reasons to visit this hotel. Its beautiful and HUGE! By far the BEST conference good I have ever had in my life. And they have an awesome new Starbucks. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous sand have I mentioned the flamingos? Love love love. Staff is great. Conference center is lovely. The only, small drawback is that the center atrium can get quite loud when there are large parties in the center bar. The noise floats up to the top rooms.

Really great little getaway! Less than two hours away, once you get out of Los Angeles! The rooms are nice (although they are currently renovating them) the restaurants are great, and the spa is very relaxing. My only problem was the process for drinks. Usually, the further I get from LA, the cheaper the booze, but cocktails are all $14-17 and beer is still $8.
