It's the best overall hotel in palm springs great food too

What's not to love in this Hotel. Absolutely great! !!

Wow loved the accommodations, the shops, the spa, massage and the company. Lord willing, we will go again for a week in the fall. Looking forward to another week of rest and relaxation!

Dated architecture, but a very large property. Was unimpressed with the food and the clenliness, but the staff were very nice. Afterwords we golfed. The course was very nice, all the staff were knowledgeable, however the layout is odd since you have to go up a level to get a rental slip before going downstairs to get the equipment.

First class place to stay. Room was beautiful and super clean. We definitely will return.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Having tennis courts and boat rides is super. Internet is fast. Fitness centre is only open until 7 PM. Staff are very helpful. Washroom is gorgeous.

This place is our home away from home. Absolutely lovely, the staff is always so courteous and ready to tend to our needs. Not to mention the best part is the resort it's self. So beautifully designed, with restaurants, golf course & separate pools for adults & kids, an enormous lake filled with swans, ducks, koi fish that goes all throughout the resort. Just like any other resort it does get extremely busy during peak season.

I just checked in... booked a room with a king size bed for me and my husband.. was put in a room with 2 double beds because "that's all they have". It's going to be a fantastic weekend. Remind me never to come here again.

We went to the club. We had a blast because the music was awesome however we followed the dress code and many people in there had not, so we felt slightly overdressed

For a 3 day trip to Palm Springs this place was amazing. You drive in with a stunning view of palms everywhere and flamingos!?! That s not all this place has mini golf, boat rides, amazing food, and the staff is very friendly. I ll be staying here next time I m in Palm Springs.

I was in awww when I walked in the front of the hotel . The inside was massive.

My husband and our baby girl had a grand time in this resort. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no shortage of pools to explore. It was very hot during daytime but during evenings, the weather was perfect for a dip. JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is purportedly a 5-star resort but the rooms are quite outdated, with the bathroom especially needing a renovation. I was not able to take a picture but the tiles had cracks. Room service was quite good, with the attendant going the extra step of writing a thank you note for us when we left a tip. At the lobby area, one of the staff took fancy to our baby girl walking and exploring and she gave our baby a pink rubber ducky to play with. There is also a complimentary use of the microwave at one of their restaurants, the Rockwood Grill. We brought baby food to be heated there and the staff graciously did it for us after we signed a waiver.

Would we come back to this resort? Judging from the baby girl's happiness during our short vacation there, it is a YES.

JWMarriott is a wonderful Hotel/Spa located in Palm Desert CA. The rooms are spacious. They are currently doing a renovation to update rooms. There are several restaurants and bars. The Boats take you for a ride on the Lagoons, also drop you off at restaurants. There are also shops and Botiques.

Even though there was construction going on to make the hotel evem better, this Marriott was amazing! Built in Starbucks, excellent service, and great food made for a wonderful experience. Was very comfortable in my room and my only small critique is the inability to control the temperature in my room (it was a nice 69 degrees, though I enjoy it being cooler). Excellent service, beautiful resort, great amenities.

This place is beautiful and enormous. Nice rooms. Wish my AC worked better than it did.

Had issues with the front desk and was told a manager would contact me never did. I emailed them and was told I would receive a phone call and yet again never call or emailed back. HORRIBLE customer service

Went to Mikado. Great food and entertainment. Had a wonderful night.

We been here two times due to my husbands Marine Corps ball.
I seriously can't find anything to complain about. The rooms are very nice, the hotel is beautiful inside and out. I wish I could say we tried out their pool or spa but we never did unfortunately.

Played golf in March 2018, course was in great shape, steady speed, nice place.

Very Nice place to stay. Every room, except 5, has a balcony. With multiple pool locations and golf courses there is something for everyone to do. They have small boat rides out of the lobby and mini golf. Both shopping and restaurants are on site. I was here for work but would be good spot for families as well.

I was lucky to check in and checkout with Mason who provided amazing customer service. Although we were early he guided us to the pool for relaxation. Everyone was professional, the valet & bellman were prompt and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous!

Upscale and expensive hotel/resort. Carpeting and most furniture reveal that this is actually an outdated place whose glorious past is long gone. I find big resorts heartless and without character. There a ton of golf carts of you like that stuff, it's funny to observe males getting ready to play golf in the morning

Hot July summer day kids pool in Palm springs. Pool temp is warm, so not so may people in the quite pool area. They have 3pools to choose from..

I played both the Palm and the valley course at this location. I believe the courses were in pretty good shape for the summer month. It was quite enjoyable to play two rounds in one day for a very reasonable price.

Beautiful resort in Palm Desert surrounded by the mountains and featuring gondola boats that you can take to get to your dinner reservation.

Stayed for my bachelor party had a great time at the pool resort is always in great shape looks amazing. The food is superb. Might be a little pricey but its so centrally located its worth it

The resort is beautiful, and the rooms are nice. The staff is very attentive. The resort has a bit of a party atmosphere to it with the late night pool hours, bars, and nightclub.

Played the Palm golf course on property and really enjoyed it.
