Having b the pleasure of living next to the hotel 2 yrs, eating drinking at the complex a few times every week .my favorite bar was vioda bar..beautiful art work and marbles ...or walk out on the balcony ..the walk through the center of the hotel to various shops and full of luxury materials, gold leaf painting and marbles. Seafood banquet downstairs or steak dinners in the rib room...with a relaxing drink at the beach bar...We managed the restoration of the marbles in the hotel including marble bathrooms to maintain the hotel at its finest

This hotel is really nice. The pool area and the beach front are spacious and so are the rooms (or at least our room). All the furniture and equipment is new!
The breakfast buffet wasnt the biggest I 've seen, but still the variety and more importantly the quality was more than adequate.
During our short stay we visited the gymnasium. It left us excellent impressions. Small, but fully equipped and very clean. The machines are provided by technogym and looked brand new.
The food was excellent!
Only one minor complaint I have with the service during the check in as it took them quite some time -for no good reason if you ask me- to check us in and then we had to wait for more than half an hour in order to get to our room. However, I have to note that after expressing my complaint they immediately upgraded us to a junior executive suite (or something similar) which was really beautiful.

The hotel is very nice and elegant, everything is clean and perfect. Location is a little bit far and the taxi cost bit higher than expected. "" important issue they scan the bag's before we go to our room and they not allowed for rice ckocker or shisha or other things and they said it is not allowed and that was a bit rude .

I have visited this place a year ago and the service was amazing and very warm. This time my visit would be 5/10, the place is beautiful but the service could not get any worst. We had a villa, no came for our luggage for 2 hours, they didnt give us the keys for 2 hours, and after that the supervisor came at 9pm to apologize and speak to me about forgiveness, the next day i request a late checkout and he wanted to refuse also but after my demand he said ok. So this inconvenience should be forgiven but i shouldn t get some sort of making up ? The worst if the supervisor defends his staff and makes them priority more than clients then this is no place for humbleness or generosity.

Very nice hotel on the palm island. Very nice rooms, but partly in the details are in need of renovation. The beach very nice, but the sea full of jellyfish. We are never in the saltwater. Hardly any other people in it. That's why the beautiful pool area was completely crowded. The staff friendly and helpful. Everyone fulfills normal wishes such as ashtrays on the balcony, etc. Sometimes this takes but easy 3 days. The nice thing is that you can eat in all Jumeirah hotels. But sometimes with hefty surcharges. The baker and pastry chef make hammer breads and desserts. The rest of the buffet too often repetitions. We were there for 10 days. The prices for food and drinks are horrendously high. For a coffee Latte or a Pepsi like Sfr. 17 !!! Water without soda is delivered all day for free. Except for the food. Since 1.5l chilled loosely costs 20 Sfr. The extras such as shuttle bus, free entrance to the wild wadi, etc., we have used. But must be available for this price level. Price performance too expensive. Hotel is partly higher than 5 stars. In my opinion a good 4 star hotel. Simply very expensive.

It's really nice place to go with the family. Swimming pool is really big and they have special kids pool and kids play area.

Loved loved loved it.... from room to room service... from food to servers.... everything is at its best! Every single minute was pure pleasure... our server at amala was Johaan who suggested awesome food. Will definitely visit again.

I wish I could rate their cleanliness 6 starts... because I am very particular about cleanliness... and this hotel impressed me... keep it up guys.

Just returned from a 7 day outstanding stay at Zabeel Saray.
Stunning hotel with exceptional staff.
Giash, the guy that serviced our room daily was amazing, our room was spotless daily - nothing was too much trouble.
The only criticism was poor lighting in the rooms, impossible to use mirrors & with 2 teenage daughters trying to get ready really caused problems.
Apart from that tiny flaw this hotel is a must for anyone considering staying here.
Will be returning very soon.

Large, multi restaurant property on The Palm. Luxurious facilities and very family friendly. Beach faces in to the Palm lagoon and is ideal for those wanting a safe environment for children. Close to Dubai Marina and worth taking a boat trip to view the variety of boats and luxury yachts. Wide choice of restaurants but, as usual in UAE, the wine list is expensive.

Very beautiful lobby! The beautiful chandeliers, the stunning fountain, stunning floor and the opulent use of stunning furniture make this a grand lobby! It also happens to have the best restaurants and spa.So if you are planning a staycation st a hotel which has all of the above in Dubai, look no furthur than Zabeel Saray!

Great Hotel. It is a bit far away from the center of the city but other than that it was just a perfect experience.

quite interesting experience to get the 13KG thali. you need to call prior going though. reason for 4 stars is that i obviously couldnt have some of the stuff for takeaway. so if you re going, make sure youre around 5-6 people.

Great place to be, very safe, family friendly and the most comfortable beds in THE WORLD ... The staff are friendly and helpful but the resort is clearly high volume. In spite of that it has been a very good and memorable experience, especially the most delicious foods

Very nice hotel.super sweet service.we had a problem with the tennis rackets and the sports manager resolved that for us.The food was very good.Someone in our party had a birthday and they sang for us and we got a cake. THIS IS A 6 STAR HOTEL !!!!!
