Amazing hotel, it is the best advice in hot weather to go there because the location in the palm make the weather less hot than other places in UAE.

Sea and pool is near the building no need to walk alot under the son same other resorts.

Kids club also full and activities that kids will not feel boring in between swimming timings.

The music hall in the hotel deserve spending the night there.
For Muslims who doesn't like alcoholic drinks can attended only Ramadan Suhoor.

Luxury hotel with magnificent unique spa.

Hotel is of medium quality, given the array of choice in Dubai. Rooms are great, with plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds are comfortable, pillows are way too soft. We asked for firmer pillows, but were given an extra pillow!?!

Bathroom is large, with reasonable toiletries. Shower is perhaps on the narrow side. The bath is extremely large (and very uncomfortable being made from marble), it takes around 30 minutes to fill, so is impractical.

The pool is nice, as is the beach. People put towels on sun beds early, so its a bit like a Spanish resort, which is a shame. Sun beds in both locations are on top of each other, so there is no privacy.

Staff are very pleasant in general, although in certain areas there is just not enough of them. Pool area staff are under pressure - we asked a waiter for water a couple of times, then gave up and got it ourselves. Same for sunbeds - we asked another to find us two extra beds and bring them over to us - we waited all day and they never arrived. They also ran out of towels one day.

Restaurants on site are amazing. A real plus for this place. We tried them all and did not have a bad meal. Highlights are the Lebanese and the Turkish.

The biggest issue with this place is the location. Almost at the end of the Palm, it is at least 20 minutes in a taxi to anywhere. Taxi prices vary from 35 dirham to 65 dirham for the same journey so you never know what is correct. Taxi drivers seem to be taking advantage of the Palm guests - something does not add up.

Would I stay here again? No, probably not. There is so much better, the competition is fierce so I will be looking elsewhere.

A luxury hotel in a top location that leaves nothi...

A luxury hotel in a top location that leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can unwind and be pampered all around.

Location and surroundings
We were looking for peace and quiet and have therefore chosen the palm tree as a vacation spot. With the "regular" taxi (inexpensive) it is about 20 minutes to Dubai City. Anyone who wants to shop is wrong on the palm. There are some high-priced shops in the hotel. You can go for a walk on the well-developed promenade. It is around 35 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
The hotel played a role in the 4th part of "Mission Impossible" (Ghost Protocol).

room
We had booked a double club room through FTI. In the room we had two large, single beds (approx. 120 cm x 200 m) and an extra bed, as there were three of us. The mattresses were wonderful; not too soft and not too hard. There were two pillows (feathers). The room was huge with a couch and two armchairs, flat screen TV, minibar, safe, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, slippers, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor, etc. The balcony was large with two chairs and a table. The bathroom was large with too large a bathtub (pool level). The shower and toilet were separated by a pane of glass. Room service came in the morning and evening. There were always enough free water bottles available. There was fresh fruit in the room every day. There was also a Nespresso machine for making coffee and tea. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet.

service
The employees in the hotel, regardless of whether they were the housekeeper, waiter, concierge or beach staff, responded immediately to questions, problems, requests. Example: We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 a.m. and the television would not turn off (welcome picture). A call to the reception was enough and after less than 5 minutes an employee appeared and was able to help.

gastronomy
Breakfast was served in the Imperium restaurant. You could dine inside and outside. There was a huge buffet with a choice that was limitless. The restaurant is reminiscent of a hall in a castle. For dinner, the hotel also has six other restaurants that offer dishes from different countries. It is advisable to reserve the table in advance in some restaurants. If you book half board in the restaurants, not all meals are included in the price. But you can also enjoy a different themed buffet in the Imperium restaurant every evening, the selection is huge and delicious. Drinks have to be paid for; water is not free either.

Sports & entertainment
There is a spa area that we didn't use. The pool area is huge, very clean and the water is about 30 degrees. There are countless loungers with parasols around the pool and in the meadows. It looks similar on the beach. Here, too, there are loungers and parasols available. The service staff occupied the sun lounger with towels. There is enough water (also ice-cold if possible). Sunscreen is also available (SPF 30). Ice cream (with the meal), damp cloths and cucumber slices for the eyes are served free of charge. Even the service of cleaning sunglasses is offered. The beach is very clean, cleaned every day. The water was 32 degrees (in October). Sufficient water sports were available for a fee. There was a very nicely laid out pool and play area for children. There was no entertainment in the hotel (we were glad about it). Sufficient live guards are available by the pool and by the sea.

Price-performance ratio: very good

Early check in given. Amazing service and staff are the best. Family friendly. A bit pricey but that's a five star hotel for you. Jumeriah group is always the best to stay in. Cannot think of a single complaint. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

In comparising with 6 year ago - was dissapointed. The room aged a lot ...Breakfast was ok - but it's a half selection - just basic stuff- no prauns , sushi, fancy cheese, cherry tomatoes, salami and ect . The high mark I did - because the service in hotel impeccable still.P s highly recommended baby sitter Zarina- it was 7 stars by itself

This hotel is beautifully and luxuriously decorated with a lot of gold in Arabic style and has a very high standard. The staff in all areas very nice and courteous and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a luxurious holiday with very good food and service. The holiday left no expectations. 100 percent recommended. It was only 5 days, but a dream vacation as in the fairytale of a thousand and a night.

The best hotel i think i have ever stayed in, we went last year and are leaving to go back there later today. Room service is quick, all the different types of restaurants at the hotel is great because there are many to choose from, you can also go to different Jumeirah hotels to eat. It is very kid friendly with a great kids club and a very large pool. It also has a spa and many other things! Would recommend to anyone!

Awesome Hotel! The hotel has its own beach. Attendants come around with cold bottled water, popsicles, and other free amenities.
The pool area is large also very pretty, though it seemed to mostly serve as a place for kids to play. The only downside are the bathrooms and showers for guests where not clean.
