Finding the service very poor compared to other hotels that we have stayed at in dubai. Rooms are lovely... as you would expect. Only one large outdoor pool. Small kids/youngsters pool looks ok. Food good so far... but just lacks that More

The hotel I visited in December a year ago, and the Secretariat is a masterpiece in terms of design and luxury. The prices are expensive in line with the service and the luxury of the sessions.

My husband and I are just back from our honeymoon in Dubai having stayed in Jumeriah Zabeel Saray for a week. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem. We were always greeted with welcoming smiles wherever we went. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and it s facilities are second to none. The room was incredible and was serviced twice a day with staff always available to help if we needed anything at all. The breakfast was one of the best I ve had in any hotel. Despite it being one of the busiest weeks of the year to stay in Dubai (New years eve), the hotel was well staffed and there was never an issue with sunbeds and no waiting times at breakfast. The staff, the service we received and the magnificence of the hotel itself made our honeymoon the best hotel experience we have ever had and we cannot recommend Zabeel Saray highly enough.
The atmosphere is incredible. I feel like a Saudi Prince. The staff are very attentive to the guest's needs, no matter how trivial or large. The rooms are to die for. Definitely worth considering on you next trip through Dubai. Private beach, pool, incredible spa. You name it. Top of the class.
The most luxurious hotel in Palm Island, opposite the "New Eye of Dubai". The hotel is characterized by its majesty and its lowness on the Arabian Gulf. It also features a variety of restaurants. Been here a few times since it first opened and it has deteriorated since my first visit. Unfortunately there is no private check-in if you've paid for upgraded rooms like it used to be and no welcome drink or snack either. Walls and decorations now appear to be damaged and not repaired. The shops have changed and are no longer at the exclusive end of the market. Good selection of restaurants hotel is out of the way of everything which depending on what you want either good or bad. There is a free shuttle bus to take you around the other hotels and the water park and finally stops at the mall. It runs at regular intervals on a first come basis.
We woke up at 6 am to the sound of hammer because somehow the hotel management thought maintenance/construction was okay at that time. Not so impressed by the cleanliness honestly and we d never come again.
A dream hotel. Service great, food great, room great. Great beach. We have nothing to complain about. The dine around is great. So you can eat in other Jumeirah hotels as part of the half board at no extra charge. Mini surcharge for a meal in Burj Al Arab. Every wish is made possible. Free water in the room and on the beach.

We stayed one night at this beautiful hotel. Room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. View from the balcony was amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful . We opted for the half board option which included breakfast and either lunch or dinner and was great value for money. You can go to any Jumeirah hotel and avail lunch/dinner at their restaurant which was a great option if youre staying longer. Would definitely visit again
A must when in Dubai. This luxurious hotel ticks all the boxes. Located on the palm great rooms, fantastic restaurants and a spa that is world class. Try the Turkish Hammam you won't be disappointed.
Hotel on the edge of the "Leaf of the Palm", an artificial strewn island in the sea. Far enough from the center, but on the island to the edge. Hotel quite new and nice, very decent and rooms, perfect, "infinite" large pool, decent beach with worse access to the sea, sharp edge of the sea or building debris. Once was enough.

Wonderfully luxurious hotel. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a breathtaking sea view. Breakfast was buffet style with waiter service. The best poached eggs I've had in years. Excellent resort for families, and, as a couple, we did not feel it was over run with children. The Spa was beyond words in luxury, which made it impossible to leave. All the restaurants were good, but watch out for the supplements if you're on half board. Plus, as expected, the cost of alcohol was extortionate, as was mineral water. However, nothing can detract from the fact that it was a wonderful 5 days.

There is not much to describe in a few hours of stay, but the breakfast restaurant is of a good standard, the rooms are up to the level of a five star hotel.
The service is good, the staff is friendly, the sand is hot, the water in the bay is dirty, but these are the costs of a closed area.
This hotel is the next level of everything you can imagine of the word piece of art . if you want to have a quite and royalty feeling this hotel is your answer. Amazing interior design, great view and service. I didn t like the beach so much because it was industrial not real beach. I am glad to say this hotel is a 7 stars hotel!
Best spa in dubai. Seperate ladies spa. The huge turkish jacuzzi with all the surrounding oriental interiors takes u back to the ottman ages. Swimming pool is dreams-sky
A beautiful hotel with a turkish theme. Voda bar is good and has good interior decor. Al Nafoorah is an excellent arabic restaurant a bit pricey but provides a good experience of the arabic culture.
One of the best hotels you can stay in. Excellent facilities, the pool and spa are huge and awesome. The beach is great. A wide variety of food and beverages. The rooms are very clean, spacious and luxurious. Highly recommended

I came out here to relax and have shisha with a friend with some cake and drinks. It did not disappoint the outdoor area was cool and scenic this is why I moved to Dubai its the best city in the world you can relax eat well and the service was excellent from the valet to the mango cake table a delight well done this place is lovely

The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a highly recommended hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the food is a masterpiece of quality. Absolutely half board plus book. It also includes drinks. Otherwise the water in the restaurants costs 7 . Alcoholic drinks are 15

We went here for the Iftar party. There was a huge spread of food covering various cuisines and which ever I tasted was delicious too. Also there was a separate kids dining area along with kids movie in the TV and their favourite food starting from pop corn, gummies, candies, pasta to name a few. So both elders and kids enjoyed throughly. Even the hospitality was so good from welcoming at the entrance, service at the table and buffet counters till we leave the restaurant. And to mention about the hotel, the interiors are so nice and its a feast to our eyes as well.
