there was unpolite staff at the check in desk. One was free and he told us he would help us. After 5 min another staff member helped us, the first one just ignored us. I told her that I forgot my ID, but had a copy on my phone that I could email her. She told me that she needed the acutal ID because it is policy. Since I did not have it, I had to cancel my reservation, they did not apologize or look for a solution. i was not allowed to go into the hotel.
