I bought my Kia sorrento in Jan of 2017 and overall the car is fine. I got a dent in the body that I needed to get repaired. The part had to be ordered and painted in order for the work to be done. After about 3 weeks I was thinking I haven t heard from Kai re: my part so I called. The part had been at the service center for some time but never sent to the body shop for painting so I had to wait again. Again- they never called me to tell me that the part had been painted. I was the one to have to follow-up. I finally made an appt to get the work completed and they forgot to order the clips to attach the part. ONE MONTH LATER - I just called and the clips are there. Nobody called to tell me. This has been going on since the beginning of summer and it s for a simple wheel panel. I expressed annoyance to the woman on the phone only to hear i m only the cashier. No I m sorry this has been your experience or let me see how I can help. I spent $60 + on Uber getting to and from work and for this repair and it s still not done. The customer service at the Kia service center is horrendous and the communication with the parts department is clearly non-existent.
