We had a great experience leasing a new car at Joyce Honda. A super professional salesperson Matt and a sales manager Justin provided an excellent service with a personal touch. Will definitely come back!!!

So a couple years ago I bought my Civic from this place. We paid in full. I was so excited when I actually got the car that I drove off the lot not realizing that the car was on empty and had no gas which I was told it would have a full tank. Also they changed the tires on me so I had to end up changing bald tires just 2 months after the purchase. When I first looked at the car the tires had a lot more tread. These guys made the whole process pretty terrible and I had such a bad time overall that I never came back because it just wasn't worth the stress of dealing with these guys. The salesman was so squirrely and they were over all a shady place to deal with. I would not recommend this place. We decided to get my fiance's Civic at the nice little Honda dealer on route 23 and they were much nicer and made sure that the car was perfect before we took it home.

I just bought a Honda CR-V from Marcus and cannot give him enough praise. He made me feel so comfortable, when other places did not. He was friendly, gave fantastic and practical advice, and is the main reason I purchased a car from this dealership. Marcus is, hands down, the best and most genuine salesperson I've ever met. The entire team (Joe, George, and Michelle) in the used car department was exceptional and outstanding. Also, the price was very fair and they really worked with me to keep it in budget, which I deeply appreciated.

This is an awesome dealership. My Honda car (21000 miles) was making humming noise from few days . I asked them to look into it. They checked and told me that my car's wheel bearing are making noise and need to be replaced.
They ordered the parts (2 of them ) and replaced it next day . All without charge. They even have a pick up and drop off service. The receptionist is also awesome. She was professional and courteous with all the people there. She even served us cookies. :P

My first time there and I had a mediocre customer service in the car service area, took my car to charge my air conditioner and the first thing I was told was that this may not work!!! I stayed nothing is wrong with my air conditioning it was functioning fine, it just needs to be filled and the specialty reply was I m just letting you know do you still want to do it!!!...I guess I will take the chance to pay you for nothing if you re not giving me any alternatives or what I should do...They told me I can wait for the service and 3+ hrs later they can t even locate the person in charge of my car service and after calling several times to check on the status of my car, I am still waiting, have no car and has not been able to get a call back

It was a complete headache since the moment I walked in to just ask a couple of questions about possibilities for a new car when my lease was up. I am a loyal customer (leased my last 4 cars from them) and felt like I was just trying to be hustled the whole time (i believe because I was a female not accompanied by man there). Anytime they had good news, they would throw something else in the mix. Then the man that was finalizing my paperwork (unfortunately forgot his name) was incredibly rude to me, making me feel like I was an idiot if I did not take a certain deal he was giving (and at one point had the nerve to roll his eyes at me). I went in to ask for options, and what I got was a headache and an extra bill for a car im not even driving. I love the new car but I will no longer be coming to this dealership for future ones

Very rude GM threatens to call Police - i was just going back to fact that deal was made stating all inclusive deal. Mind you it was a conversation- i never used foul language or said anything that was out of line. They will get you when go pick up your license plates and registration. GM admitted the sales guy made a mistake and said it was misunderstood but still didn t waive the fee that shouldn t have been charged. Be careful- i am warning you.

Was pleasantly surprised with how easy and painless the new car buying process was at Joyce Honda! I had been dreading starting the search for a new car, but after test driving a few other vehicles, I made my way over to Joyce Honda to try out the new CR-V. From start to finish, my dealings with Rider and Craig were far better than any other dealership I had visited. The excellent customer service, the fair pricing, and of course the great vehicle made the decision an easy one. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Never going here again. Dropped my car off for service and when they called to tell me the car was ready they said they will leave the car in the parking lot with the keys in the car unlocked. Went to get my car and it was locked. I assumed that they might have the keys. Went inside and they said they put the keys in the car. I told them it was locked so they got some guy to break into my car with this long metal hook and something to wedge the door slightly open. I told them it wasn't necessary and that I can go get the spare key and they said "oh no dont worry about it. We do this all the time" So now I know this is a common problem they often put themselves into. Then, after breaking into my car my key wasnt even in the car!!!! They soon found out they put my key in the wrong car!!!! When I finally got my key back the guy said "I'm so sorry but the guy who did this is such an air head ha-ha-ha" I'm like you arent even funny and this is ridiculous. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional!!

Henry was informed and transparent which we appreciated. I am unable to give him 5 stars because of his comment to the car's owner at the end of his demonstration. Elizabeth asked a question regarding one of the car's features, and Henry's response was "your husband will know about it, you should ask him." Frankly, it is Elizabeth's car and she asked Henry. Being in sales myself, you need to know your audience and speak to the buyer directly.

After dealing with many many dealerships over the years, Joyce is still by far the best around. They are super honest. The salesmen as well as managers are honest and upfront about everything. They don't use tactics like false ads like many of the other local dealerships. And their service department is very honest and knowledgeable as well. I wish all dealerships were like these guys!

Hondas are great cars, but if the dealer is schlocky, you will be miserable. As their jingle goes--the reputation you should know--now you know it and go elsewhere for peace of mind.

First, all the the expected safety protocols were in place. They sprayed the car inside and used plastic coverings on steering wheel and driver's seat. The waiting area is taped off so people sit six feet apart. All staff wear masks. While I was there one customer, an older lady, came in without a mask. No one said anything to her until I told her to put her mask on. Maintenance was done in about an hour. As always, a good and professional job.

Would never go back here. Not only were we told our vehicle would be ready by Friday, then on Monday and now on Tuesday... all this after our deposit was taken! In addition, we are yet to receive a call back from the finance guy with the info from a bank. They got our money and went MIA, unbelievable. It's just all lies. I would never deal with this dealership again. I am extremely disappointed at their lack of customer satisfaction.

I have yet to meet anyone who finds car shopping stress-free. I believe we all go through stages of excitement, trepidation, frustration and maybe even anger. I know my husband and I certainly did, but Corey confidently worked with us through the process. He genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge of cars while listening to our needs and concerns. Corey easily connected with us, looked us in the eye, faced us, spoke truthfully and stood confidently in his knowledge -- he even tolerated our dumb jokes! Day two of our shopping experience at Joyce Honda, we met Tom Stark. Despite being busy, Tom took the time to check in with us from time to time while Corey calmly took us through the next steps. Both Corey and Tom picked up on visual cues and responded in kind. Once we settled on which car was a good fit for our family, we met Andre who clearly worked to find us the best financing for our lifestyle -- he probably faced the worst of my discomfort which brings out my groan-worthy humor! We believe we made the right decision shopping at Joyce Honda. We feel we made the best purchase for our family. When you see we gave Quality of Work 4 out if 5 stars, that is not regarding the experience. While the car is clean and looks like new, it appears some of the detailing was rushed. It's not a big deal by any means, but we did say this is a realistic review.
Corey is ordering touch-up paint for us, so he is on top of it which is a great sign! We know our relationship with Joyce Honda is still young, we feel we are off to a great start, so stay tuned for future reviews!

Previous to today's visit I loved the Joyce Honda servicing department. Out of all the honda serving places I have ever been to I was beyond blown away by the customer sevice when I first went here. The staff was always friendly, warm, happy, attentive to my cars needs and remembered me as a regular customer. This is what lead me to continued to go here. I enjoyed the experience so much I would bring my personal car as well as my business car and would seriously recommend this place to anyone. However, this visit changed everything. When I arrived and pulled my car into the garage there was an agent yelling across the garage "another one" at the top of his lungs. He did this each time a new car came into the garage and at the time it was a car before mine and one after. He did not stop yelling "another one" until someone came to do the initial write ups. Granted its a holiday and fairly busy and we all know no one wants to work on a holiday but I was just so confused at why he was yelling and acting this way. When the first agent came over to takes the initial write up, he asked what I was here for I told him a regular oil change and then said I was having an issue with my key hole on the driver door. I asked if this could be checked maybe there was a block or it just needed lubricant and before I could finish even explaining the issue he grumpily replied "I can not check this today at this time." He notified the guy at the front desk of the same thing that I would need to come back.
After my regular oil change the front desk agent told me the technician that worked on my car recognized and recommended three issues. However, at billing I didn't even get the work up for said items nor did I get paperwork on my regular multipoint inspection that is routine with any visit. When I was at billing I had asked if anything had changed because I didn't recognize anyone in the garage. They informed me the entire staff working this night was all new. The whole vibe of the servicing department was off not warm or friendly and I left confused and disappointed. The whole experience felt rushed and I hope the work done on my car as well as others does not reflect this. I'm hoping this was just a fluke given all the circumstances but, I'm worried the low integrity of this servicing team is going to bring loyal customers, like myself, away from going back to Joyce Honda.

Chris Stark took excellent care of us from the beginning to the end. I started out looking at used cars and he was amazing at showing me exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately for him, I had a wide selection of cars that I was interested in. Chris was very patient and helpful over the two days it took to make the decision. Chris showed me both used and new cars and helped go thru the merits of each. Chris came in on his day off, New Years Day, in order to finish helping. My husband joined me on New Years and Chris even pulled Jarred in to help more fully answer our many questions on the new plug in hybrid. We ended up with the beautiful Honda Clarity and we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you Chris, Jarred, and all the guys that helped us.

I went and visited Joyce Honda today with a friend who needed a car. We spoke with
Chris Stark and I just need to tell everyone what a breath of fresh air he was.
After looking for a car for my friend all day we came across this dealership and just felt very different immediately. You wanna buy a car and feel like your dealing with humans who care and listen, then this is your place folks!!! A wonderful buying expierience.!!

We've had such great experiences with Joyce Honda for nearly 20 years. The service department is excellent; everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We've purchased several vehicles, both new and used. During our most recent purchase of a 2014 Accord we were meet by Hector De la Cruz. Hector was extremely helpful and friendly and despite his young age, he has a great understanding of customer service and the cars Joyce had to offer. He was respectful, friendly and on the few occasions he did not know the answer to a question, he was willing to say he didn't know then go find out.
As other's have said in their reviews, the cars are great, but it's the customer service, especially in the service department, that keeps us coming back.

A few weeks ago I purchased a new 2015 Honda Accord. I had the pleasure of being assisted by TJ Johnson and Tom Duffy. Both were terrific in assisting me with all of my questions and needs. TJ was very friendly and welcoming when I first made my first phone call and visit to Joyce Honda. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and I knew right away that this was going to be a good experience.

Tom Duffy was my primary salesman and he did a fantastic job in providing me with everything I needed to know about the car. He presented me with several different car options and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire car buying process.

At other dealerships I visited I felt extremely pressured and uncomfortable because of all of the pressure they put on me at making a decision on the spot. At Joyce Honda I was presented with all of the different cars they had to offer, and not once did I feel pressured.

I am very happy to say I am the proud owner of a new 2015 Honda Accord and I absolutely love the car. This was truly a fantastic car buying experience and I thank Tom and TJ for all of their wonderful assistance. I highly recommend coming to Joyce Honda if you are considering a purchasing or leasing a Honda.

My car shopping experience at other dealerships had been negative for the most part until I stopped by Joyce Honda. My sales experience has been very positive here. I have just leased my second auto from this dealership simply because I am very satisfied with the service department. Those folks know how to make you feel like their most important customer. Don t go there. They forgot to put oil in the engine. I ve been taking my car to the service since I bought it 2011 new civic. The price was high but that the way with most dealerships, I followed all their recommendations and fixed it with them. Last time I took it they had new staffs, they change the oil and filter and recommended the tires to be changed in next service. After 3 days my car starts making noise so I called them they were ok come in. It took 2 hours to go there then the noise was so Clair that there is no oil in the car. Then they told me let us help u, keep the car and we will call u .they didn t even gave a replacement car and I had to download Huber to go back home. They called me and told me will coast $4000. Then they told me they will help me with buying new car. They offer $500 for that if I buy new car!!!!! They said well it s 2011 car and we r 2019!!!!!!! Really!!!!!! I went to Toyota after wasting a week with this dealer and spend money in transportation back and forth to work, TOYOTA DEALER checked my car and they said that the engine had no oil and that s y it made that noise. Toyota gave $2000 for it and I brought a new car from them. Till now no one even called or said anything from Joyce Honda. I regret buying and servicing my car with them. DO URSELF AND UR CAR A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.

Purchased my first car here, the sales staff is great and I didn't feel pressured at all. Would recommend Joyce Honda, they also matched a competitor price. The service center is awesome as well, always quick and easy and communicate with you throughout the process if there are any issues.

We gladly travelled 45 minutes to visit this dealership because of their inventory when searching for a new CRV. The salesman I worked with was Ryan U, and he was very personable and knowledgable. Ryan helped us narrow down the right model and trim for us and put together a deal within our budget. Everyone at the dealership was honest and straightforward and truly made the new car buying process extremely easy. We will definitely be back to see Ryan U at Joyce Honda when needing a new Honda!

I spoke with Ryan Unick on the phone on Wednesday night and since he was honest and direct, I was in the dealership on Thursday morning to sell my car and start a new lease. I am currently on maternity leave with a 3 month old baby and Ryan (& Efren) were able to take care of EVERYTHING for me in a very timely manner (as I had my baby with me and I had to get to my son's Halloween party at school). Ryan did EXACTLY what he told me he could do over the phone. There was no haggling or heckling or back and forth. He also got me top dollar for my car. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan from Joyce Honda - this is the only dealership I will ever do business with again!

Stay away from Grecco delerships if you can. They are historically dishonest and give double talk if issues arise. The fact Joyce s name is on it now intcates the Grecco name is tarnished. Their existence in a high poulated area with growing demographics has allowed for their business behavior. Go elsewhere.

The service was very good. My Accord had a battery issue, and they got it in and out quickly. My one complaint is that the battery was less than three years old, and cost me over 200 dollars to replace. The battery was replaced with an Interstate brand battery with a three year no questioned asked replacement warranty, and i would like to know why Honda wasn't using that battery in the first place.

It is impossible to get someone on the phone, to get help you always must physically go there (I left a message and no return phone call). Don't believe me, give the service department a call and see if you can speak to anyone.

I just traded in a Honda Accord that I bought at Joyce Honda for a Subaru and found out that the Accord was in an accident when they ran a CarFax on it. Be careful what you buy at Joyce. Get the CarFax before you buy. Also, I highly recommend the Subaru dealership in Newton. The whole car buying experience from beginning to end was excellent. They even let us bring our dog inside while we were buying!! Ask for Eric.

Last week my wife's 03 Honda CRV needed service due to an airbag recall notice. While there I mentioned to the Service staff that recently thevehicle's s alarm had started to go off intermittently even with the doors locked and nothing visibly triggering the Panic mode. While the car was there the tech was able to quickly replace the airbag and disconnect the alarm system, finally allowing us peace and quiet again and not the 2am, blaring alarm we have been dealing with previously.
Thanks again to John and the repair tech at Joyce Honda on Rt 10 for taking care of us in a timely fashion.

Abiana greeted me about 25 seconds after I walked in the door. She was pleasant, not pushy but knew her stuff. I really wanted to buy "American" (yes, I know, the cars are MADE in America-you know what I mean!) and went to a Ford dealer after my first visit. They only had one vehicle that met my criteria... I did some online reviews on KellyBB and found the CRV was the way to go over the Ford Escape. I got a fair trade in for my vehicle-2008 CRV, which I had purchased at Joyce Honda 3 1/2 years ago. I feel Tim (sales Manager) gave me a fair price for a "courtesy vehicle" 2013 when I returned with my husband a few days later. I'm waiting for my 2nd key (it wasn't given to me when I picked up the car). I did feel the gentleman who finalized my paperwork turned a bit "cold" when I turned down the long-term warranty (which I had not budgeted for). But otherwise, my third purchase from Joyce was a pleasure.

Service very unorganized. Dropped off lease CRV for recall. Made an online appointment. Dropped off an hour early. Gave them the recall letter. No rush for pickup and I told them I could pickup next day. They called 3 hrs later to tell me it was ready. Went the next morning to pickup. Gave them my name Can t find me. Gave them my mobile they called me yesterday. Can t find me. Gave them my address. Can t find me. 3 receptionists couldn t figure it out. Had to find service manager. Couldn t find me. She had to go around the lot to find car. Go into my glove box to take out insurance card to figure out my info. They said someone used the wrong VIN so the info was under a different name. Then they had to figure out in the back office how to fix while holding my insurance card hostage. I have my keys but I can t drive without insurance card. Took them 45 mins to figure out the mess. All they did in the backyard office was cross out the wrong person name and address and write in my name and address and said that is all they can do. If I wasn t in their system how did they call me?

I recently had both my car and my son's car (he was visiting from Philadelphia) in for service without appointments. Erik explained what was needed and why and, his service team did a great job getting us in and out in a timely manner. I also appreciate the assistance I received when I recently wandered in one day from the gentleman in the parts department who showed me what tires I have had in the past as well as the help I received from Roy and Cesar. In past visits I have had great experience with Ernest and Diana as well. I do hope I am not omitting anyone as the entire team has always been so helpful and in fact, the performance of the service department as a whole was a positive influence leading me to my recent purchase of a new Accord at Joyce Honda. The sales team of Moe and Justin in finance again exceeded my expectations,

This is the 2nd New Car purchased from Joyce in the past 2 years. In both instances we have been very happy with the entire experience. Our most recent purchase was with Mario Di Iorio. He is a true gentleman who worked very hard to earn our business without being pushy or underhanded. I always do my homework online before visiting any dealership. Mario was able to come up with a great deal on our terms and I really got the feeling he was an advocate for us.
I've purchased over 60 vehicles in my lifetime and this experience ranks up there with the very best! I drove away not only with a new car, but also feeling I had made some new friends!
