Worst customer experience..service was bad .they were not in position to hear customer words.
I went Joyce Honda for air conditioning repair..they took 4 hour's . finally they told your AC system was good,only refill of some fluid is needed.they charged me around $150.
They are not in position for accepting Groupon coupon and forcing the customer to get the package from them telling some fake stories on the car.they cleverly utilizing the customers fear on their cars.
As soon as come out from the service center,
my AC blows warm again.No change in AC system.
It was Saturday evening..so I waited till Monday and went again.
Now they took another 2 hours and said AC compressor has issues and they given estimate of $1300.
People coming to offical Honda service center only for trust and reliability,inspite of huge charges.
I asked service manager to refund the money as you guys didn't find the issues on first time,broke the trust on their service and making me to wait for long time.
He was very rude and not in position to hear my words.
I raised this concern to Honda directly.They don't have any control on their service dealer.its huge disappointment for me and frustrating experience from Joyce Honda.
If your car is more than 5 years old.they will ruin your money like anything for each service visit.
