Buying the car was a simple/pleasant enough experience. We paid for the extended warranty. 3 months later we had a in issue with the windshield (covered under platinum plan we had) and they wouldn't honor it and fix it. They held our car for over a week, no one would return calls, we had to continuously call in and ask chase down "management" to get any answers. They have NO sense of customer service. We know have a lawyer involved to dispute their not honoring the warranty we paid for.
