I like almost everything about Jordan s, sales tea...

I like almost everything about Jordan s, sales team was great. What I don t like is my warranty claim which was approved six months ago taking so long to make it to Jordan s. They told me it takes them that long for it to arrive to them. Right. Imagine you own a company and you have 10,000 warranty claims. If you make them wait as long as possible what percentage of those people die? Or move? Or simply forget? Apparently enough that it s worth being unethical. Without condoning or condemning, I understand. Three stars. Lol
