After visiting and calling multiple Jordan s in different locations, no one was able to help us with a store credit issue that we had. Finally we called the Jordan s in Avon and were put in contact with Jared who was EXTREMELY helpful, informative and patient. He did his best to help us over the phone, but after exchanging a few phone calls, we came to the conclusion that the only way to resolve our issue was to come into the store. He instructed us to ask for him personally once we got there so that he would be able to help us and indeed he did. With his help, my boyfriend and I were able to purchase a beautiful new bed set with our store credit. Thank You, Jared. You were fantastic. Will definitely be coming to the Jordan s in Avon from now on.
