From the moment we began to discuss beds w/DARLENE MILLER until the final delivery truck departed my house, Jordan's did an excellent job.

Darlene steered me toward the perfect bed based on my budget and needs. She did it w/a great attitude and efficiency. I am very satisfied w/the bed I purchased.

I made a stupid mistake, ordering a queen when I should have ordered a full size. No problem! Your delivery men were understanding and told me your customer service would be in touch when the store opened.

Customer Service called at 10:10 and made the exchange simple and even..pleasant. I wish I could remember yr very nice CS rep. Amy?

The entire Jordan experience was nothing short of WONDERFUL. Darlene was a delight, CS was super and yr delivery men were so pleasant and efficient in setting up my new bed (I have to contrast them w/the Sears delivery people bringing me a washer recently. That was NOT a happy experience--and the men didn't seem to care)

You obviously take good care of yr employees...and it shows.
