My experience with Jordan furniture was very rewarding. I bought a couch and took it home in my car and for some reason although it was packed in plastic it rubbed against the roof of the interior and ended up with a big black stain on the arm. I have treated the spot and just waiting to see if it goes away. Otherwise will call to voice my dissatisfaction.
I am aware it's a furniture store & I did buy a beautiful Family dining room set. My family & I went there for a wonderful experience @ Polar Express, recently. We waited in line for an hour and a half with our 3 granddaughters & many other families. We watched Elsa on 4 flat screens, meanwhile none of them told us the show was sold out. We finally get into Enchanted Village, "not impressed." Not to let our granddaughters, know how disappointed we were. We bought tickets for the light show. One half our later, we are held hostage in a small black room with a count down, digital clock to wait 18 minutes more. My 5 year old enjoyed it & I was glad I could make her happy after 3 hours in line. My 8 year old was not impressed @ all & by now my 2 year old was asleep. Many of the patents were infuriated. We had to keep our cool for our children. Eliot, You gave me and many other families an awful experience. We rather spend time with our families @ home, then in line for hours & being let down.

I needed a new mattress and thought that I wanted a Stearns and Foster until I talked to Jim in the sleep center! He was very helpful and made the experience so easy. I liked that there isn't a limit on what you need to spend in order to get 0% financing. No false advertising of FREE delivery. From now on I will always check Jordan's first when I need something! I had a great experience. The sales associate (Daniel Cox) was very professional, and knowledgeable for the products he was selling. I ended up spending $4000.00 on two adjustable beds. At first I wanted to compare products/pricing with other furniture stores, but I feel I made the right choice with Jordan's. Very Happy...will make future purchases! Thanks Daniel/ Jordans.

We went to four different stores and Jordan's had the best price for the bed we wanted. Everything was easy and pleasant. Delivery went very well and was quick! They sent multiple texts and emails o be sure we were ready for the delivery and what o expect with the new purchase.

Purchased a new mattress at Jordan's. We knew what what needed and were really satisfied with Mike Dolan's help in choosing the correct one. Those commercials that say a new mattress makes a difference---I have an extremely bad back and other conditions that affect my sleeping. It has been one week and my husband and I both noticed a big difference.
As for delivery---the men who delivered were wonderful, quick, explained everything. etc. I love that they also take pictures to be sure the product looks correct and is placed with customer satisfaction! THANK YOU JORDAN FURNITURE!
It was sure a pleasant shopping experienced at the store, but Jordan has some weird business concept regarding their discounted section and kill you with the delivery fees policy. We don t want the hassle of going shopping for the new bedroom set but I am telling ya if I don t cool down, all the orders would be cancel. They rather lose couple of grands than give me free delivery. 15% off plus free delivery, Same truck, same day delivery for everything, but because I bought a discounted sofas and love seats in the clearance section, the $256.00 delivery applies still. That make so much sense. I talked to bunch of co-workers at work and suggest I cancel all orders and go somewhere else. Lucky John from mattress department was wicked helpful and nice, so I kept the bedroom s set or else bye bye Jordan. Watch out for clearance section and make sure know your delivery option charge.

Michelle was great to work with. She let my mom and I explore the store without being in the way or pushy, but was also receptive to our tastes and ideas and made great suggestions when appropriate. The furniture won't be arriving for a bit but we are very excited for its delivery. We were also very impressed with the selection and style.
My husband and I shopped at Avon. We were most impressed by the two young men who made the delivery. We were given a window of 10:30am to 1:30pm. At 11am we got a call from one of the drivers saying they were 20 minutes away. And sure enough, there they were. Lovely people.

My wife and I recently went to the Avon Jordan's store looking to purchase a queen size bed to replace our old one, after we had checked out two other furniture stores which we did to ensure that there would be no " we should have's ", and there weren't. It's very obvious that others in the business of selling you mattresses have given up trying to compete with Jordan's, here just is no comparison.
We walked into the sleep lab and almost immediately were greeted by Darlene Miller, we explained what we were searching for and she took us around to try out several mattresses with the type of firmness that we desired. Understandably she really wanted to make sure we were really sure we wanted an extra firm mattress and that is what we purchased. We also picked out two pillows to complete everything.
In no time at all everything was completed in a very easy and comfortable manner, now all that was left was having it delivered.
We scheduled delivery for the following Wednesday, that Monday the expected time of delivery was texted to me. On Wednesday I received a call from Zach and he told me they would be there in twenty minutes, and right on time the truck pulled up, they came in to recon just where the room was and any obstacles that may be in the way, within a half hour the Beauty rest mattress and adjustable frame where expertly set up and tested, and they were off to there next job.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase and all of the people involved, Jordan's is truly at the top of their class in what they sell and the people that work for them.

Be careful at Jordan's Furniture the prices are extremely high and the furniture is a medium quality shop around before you make your final decision don't be tempted by the zero percent financing you're paying for it on the other end.

Shopping for a sofa and chair. So many from which to choose, it was difficult making a decision. However, Patricia was so welcoming to us and spent a good deal of time showing us different styles, manufacturers and prices, explaining details of every piece. She was great and we made a decision based on her expertise, quality of fabrics and pricing. Looking forward to receiving our new furniture.

Didn't shop there, went for the MOM ride and Skating on Jan. 2. The ride, laser show, and skating were great for the kids, but having to wait an over hour to exit the parking lot? Insane. They should have at least one cop or person directing traffic. Absolutely horrible. They should know better over the holidays. Not going back.
As i lay in my bed i purchased a couple of years ago awake and unable to sleep i felt a need to speak up. I feel they didn't really care what they sold you just so everyone got their commission. I really hate this bed and was shuttled to one specific bed on both visits. I will never be a return customer.
Our order was on the larger size, 2 chairs, a couch, mattress and boxspring. The couch purchase included 2 pillows. The pillows came with at least a dozen loose strands of material on each one, apparently Jordan's doesn't inspect the pillows and just ships them with the order. This means after having the furniture delivered we then had to wait for a service call for someone to cut the strings off, there was no way we were going to put a knife or scissors to a new purchase. Is it that much trouble to do this in the warehouse, apparently it was the original process that has now changed.
Exceptional experience thanks to our sales consultant Steve Bertolino. It was time to replace our sectional. Decided to look in the "discount" section first (and never made it upstairs). Steve was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Ended up purchasing two couches.

The instore sales people were very helpful and very patient with my changing decisions while shoppijng!!! They had patience!!! Delivery was delayed 3 days due to the blizzard but the delivery men were very friendly and respectful of the weather conditions! I love my new furniture and I love Jordan's!!!!
The quality of the furniture is a little better than a common furniture store.
We went into Jordan s to look for a new mattress. We were promptly greeted by Elizabeth V. a sleep technician. Elizabeth was so friendly and welcoming. We did the whole Bridge It experience and Elizabeth then proceeded to show us mattresses that would best fit our profile. She was very informative and helped us to find the best mattress for us in our price range. Elizabeth explained everything to us and spent a good part of the afternoon helping us. I never felt pressured or that the sell was on. I would definitely recommend Jordan s Furniture for any mattress or furniture purchase. Elizabeth V. should be commended for her outstanding customer service!
They have everything you're looking for, but you have to look at everything to get to what you want to see. We came to look at recliner sofas and it took 10 minutes to walk through the other show rooms we were not interested in
My delivery is not for a few days yet, but I want to comment on the saleswoman who assisted me. Ellen Bjornson, in the sleep lab, was the most helpful, warm, and knowledgeable sales person I have ever experienced. She was absolutely wonderful, explaining options, choices, and availability. She also was able to take into consideration my personal needs. In short, she was awesome, and made the whole shopping experience easy and one that would always have me coming back to Jordan's for future needs. Thank you!
From the saleswoman at the Avon store to the delivery of the mattress, everyone that was involved was professional,quick,helpful and courteous. Was very impressed at how swiftly the delivery process was and the "heads up" call the day of the delivery. Delivery was done with a minimal of disturbance to my home and the two gentlemen were so fast! Mattress feels wonderful and may purchase one for myself in the near future because of my daughter and my experience at Jordan's. Keep up the good work.

Do not EVER WASTE your money on their "real" leather furniture!!! I bought a $4,000 set and they did absolutely nothing for me. So the whole piece of mind thing is a complete LIE!!! I had my "leather" Love Seat and Sofa for 8 months before it turned orange. I called customer service to complain and they offered me a $200 store credit which is an insult then they then offered $400 then $800 and final was a $1500 (Store Credit)!!!! Why would I want a store credit when they can't even stand by their product they are selling? Complete Insult to the $4,000 I paid. So while I still pay my payment of $4,000 and look at my now Orange set everyday that was supposed to be Brown!!!! I feel like I was robbed and on top of that they called me a liar and said it was my body oil or the detergent that I may have used. Excuses! As I clean my sofa and love seat with the cleaning products they provide. My furniture hasn't been used anymore than what their show room has been used. I will never buy anything from Jordan's due to the horrible customer service!!! Hey Elliot, back your truck up and take this low quality leather back or reach into your rich deep pockets and give my money back. Or how about you replace the set like I have asked for about 5 times but your customer service dept that called me a liar!!!!! Never again will I buy or refer anyone to Jordan's. Better business bureau and consumer affairs next on the list to let them know too!!! Thanks a lot Jordan's you robbed me of $4,000 here is the pictures to prove it. Real leather is supposed to last 10-20 years. Jordan's 8 months!!! I've had it for almost 3 years and still they won't help me!!!

Good Salesperson and delivery service, BUT ABSOLUTELY WORST FINANCE COMPANY. I have perfect Credit and they keep hitting me with Late Payments saying they posted after due date, although sent days before and deducted long before due date. Will never shop there again all because of the finance company they use (TD Bank I believe).
Follow Up---I called Jordan's customer service directly and they spoke and handled issues with the finance company. Still not 5 stars as not happy with finance company, but good customer service from Jordan's

I have been furniture shopping at various stores and outlets and was originally very hesitant about going to Jordan's from a past experience when I visited years ago, I was overwhelmed with all the furniture choices. Just to note I did not seek the assistance of a salesperson then, I was "window shopping" at the time. So I decided to go and see what they have and then move on. Well, may I say that my experience was Awesome!. I initally visited the clearance area and then moved on to the main showrooms, where I was approached by David Martin, a sales consultant who offered his assistance for any questions. Let me say, I had many questions regarding many things, as I was shopping for 3 rooms of furniture, even price comparisons with other store franchises, which he helped me see that Jordan's did indeed have the better prices. David was professional, knowledgable, had expertise in quality and furniture design, as we were making decisions, and choices of color and product, design choices, etc. He went above and beyond to help me with making good sound choices, never pressuring me or displaying impatience. This task of purchasing 3 rooms of furniture was very overwhelming for me, but David helped me every step of the way, was so patient and reassuring in aiding me in my furniture decision making. I never felt pressured in any sense, if anything he provided calm reassurance in the choices that were made. I am very appreciative of His assistance. I truly believe this made the difference for me!

Charlene was very knowledgable on all your Mattress Products in the Sleep Center. She spent a lot of time going over the pluses & minuses of each bed I tried out. We did the pressure points on how I sleep and it gave me and her insight into the type of mattress I should be buying. She was very personable, courteous, friendly, and professional. The total experience was great. The delivery service is always very helpful, courteous, friendly and prompt upon receiving the call with their arrival time.
I was enormously impressed by the helpfulness and expertise of Darlene Miller in the Avon store. Her patience and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. The delivery was excellent--my automatic bed and mattress were installed within ten minutes, and my old mattress, box spring, and metal base-frame were removed without any difficulty. The efficiency of the delivery and set-up was really impressive. I'm extremely satisfied with my new bed, and with the overall excellence of Jordan's Furniture from start to finish. This was an expensive purchase, and I embarked on it with some trepidation. Jordan's could not have been more helpful in answering my many questions in person, by telephone, and by email. Everything they promised was fully realized.
I have always had great luck with Jordans. I was pleasantly surprised how well our buying experience went with such a high demand of customers during their Red Sox event. Salesman was very knowledgeable and no pressure at all. Transaction was very fast and got a reasonable delivery date to meet our needs.

The store has an excellent selection of furniture from which to choose from. We purchased a Leather sofa, matching chair and ottoman. Top quality furniture. Suzanne was the sales person we worked with. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable . We feel one of the best things Jordan's has going for them is the fact sales personnel are not pushy (they don't follow you around) and will only respond when approached by the customer. This contributes to a great shopping experience.
My experience of choosing the right mattress was so easy with the expert advice of Danny Cox, delivery was right on time and the men were so efficient and pleasant. On the whole I have had a perfect buying experience, will certainly return.
The fact that they brought back the Enchanted Village from Jordan Marsh is amazing. So many beautiful memories from my childhood, and the restoration work that they put into it is simply wonderful. Really such a great tradition. Thank you!

Not a fan of a place that once you've entered, you have to travel through the entire establishment to exit! Prices are extremely high! So even with the zero percent financing they're getting too much money out of you! Most of the furniture is made in Vietnam giving them even more of your money :(. Buy local....buy American! Support your neighbors and their families! Forgo this place!!
Love this store. I've been buying stuff here for over 10 years and just had another pleasant experience. Steve was my associate and he was extremely patient and helpful. He made the entire process easy.
My husband and I just left Jordan's looking to replace three rooms of furniture. We were there for 25 min on both floors, and during that time, not one staff member spoke or offered their assistance. The friendliest person in the entire place was the young lady at the concession stand near the elevator, who very pleasantly greeted us, entering and existing. Our dollars matter, we will NOT spend our money there!
