Didn't shop there, went for the MOM ride and Skating on Jan. 2. The ride, laser show, and skating were great for the kids, but having to wait an over hour to exit the parking lot? Insane. They should have at least one cop or person directing traffic. Absolutely horrible. They should know better over the holidays. Not going back.
