I am aware it's a furniture store & I did buy a beautiful Family dining room set. My family & I went there for a wonderful experience @ Polar Express, recently. We waited in line for an hour and a half with our 3 granddaughters & many other families. We watched Elsa on 4 flat screens, meanwhile none of them told us the show was sold out. We finally get into Enchanted Village, "not impressed." Not to let our granddaughters, know how disappointed we were. We bought tickets for the light show. One half our later, we are held hostage in a small black room with a count down, digital clock to wait 18 minutes more. My 5 year old enjoyed it & I was glad I could make her happy after 3 hours in line. My 8 year old was not impressed @ all & by now my 2 year old was asleep. Many of the patents were infuriated. We had to keep our cool for our children. Eliot, You gave me and many other families an awful experience. We rather spend time with our families @ home, then in line for hours & being let down.
