Do not EVER WASTE your money on their "real" leath...

Do not EVER WASTE your money on their "real" leather furniture!!! I bought a $4,000 set and they did absolutely nothing for me. So the whole piece of mind thing is a complete LIE!!! I had my "leather" Love Seat and Sofa for 8 months before it turned orange. I called customer service to complain and they offered me a $200 store credit which is an insult then they then offered $400 then $800 and final was a $1500 (Store Credit)!!!! Why would I want a store credit when they can't even stand by their product they are selling? Complete Insult to the $4,000 I paid. So while I still pay my payment of $4,000 and look at my now Orange set everyday that was supposed to be Brown!!!! I feel like I was robbed and on top of that they called me a liar and said it was my body oil or the detergent that I may have used. Excuses! As I clean my sofa and love seat with the cleaning products they provide. My furniture hasn't been used anymore than what their show room has been used. I will never buy anything from Jordan's due to the horrible customer service!!! Hey Elliot, back your truck up and take this low quality leather back or reach into your rich deep pockets and give my money back. Or how about you replace the set like I have asked for about 5 times but your customer service dept that called me a liar!!!!! Never again will I buy or refer anyone to Jordan's. Better business bureau and consumer affairs next on the list to let them know too!!! Thanks a lot Jordan's you robbed me of $4,000 here is the pictures to prove it. Real leather is supposed to last 10-20 years. Jordan's 8 months!!! I've had it for almost 3 years and still they won't help me!!!
