I have been furniture shopping at various stores and outlets and was originally very hesitant about going to Jordan's from a past experience when I visited years ago, I was overwhelmed with all the furniture choices. Just to note I did not seek the assistance of a salesperson then, I was "window shopping" at the time. So I decided to go and see what they have and then move on. Well, may I say that my experience was Awesome!. I initally visited the clearance area and then moved on to the main showrooms, where I was approached by David Martin, a sales consultant who offered his assistance for any questions. Let me say, I had many questions regarding many things, as I was shopping for 3 rooms of furniture, even price comparisons with other store franchises, which he helped me see that Jordan's did indeed have the better prices. David was professional, knowledgable, had expertise in quality and furniture design, as we were making decisions, and choices of color and product, design choices, etc. He went above and beyond to help me with making good sound choices, never pressuring me or displaying impatience. This task of purchasing 3 rooms of furniture was very overwhelming for me, but David helped me every step of the way, was so patient and reassuring in aiding me in my furniture decision making. I never felt pressured in any sense, if anything he provided calm reassurance in the choices that were made. I am very appreciative of His assistance. I truly believe this made the difference for me!
