I visited QuickLane on 12/19. I was checked in and had my oil changed, tires rotated, a 24-point inspection, and had the alignment checked. I was treated to a professional, friendly experience. No upselling, only the scheduled maintenance that I requested. Wonderful people! Wonderful experience! Fast service!

I have an older Ford F150, and have decided that I want Ford products and services. This is the place. Highly recommend. Almost forgot to mention. Kari was a great help and very nice, addressed all my concerns and didn't pressure me into buying the car. I bought the car I wanted and Kyle even stayed after hours so I can leave with the car that same day. Amazing customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys!

Absolute worst experience I've had with a dealersh...

Absolute worst experience I've had with a dealership. I spent six hours waiting on them to finalize the process. They then forgot to send me an additional key and mentioned that they offered a free convenient mobile key service that will come to you, they did not. The key guy instead insisted that I drive back to the dealership (1 hour away) to get a key made. I then had to take it in due to the AC fan going out and it took them 3 times of me having to go out there before they figured out what was wrong with it. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then they said they would send someone out to get the car and have it fixed, they lied about that too. I finally just asked them to mail the part to me and I will install it myself. They'll also try and convince you that you got a deal and then tack on the extra at the end, pay attention. Unorganized, selling faulty cars without inspection, lying about what they offer and incompetent staff. RUN!

Service is fast enough but what I dont understand is how I scheduled for 3pm and they still made me wait an hour before they got to my car. No advance notice of delay and little concern for the delay.

Between me and my wife, we have purchased a staggering amount of cars over the last ten years, and I have to say, my buying experience with Johnson-Sewell Ford in Marble Falls was by far the easiest.

Out sales consultant, Robin Tippens, was very pleasant, honest, forthright, and available for help. All questions were answered, my timeline and price points were not only met, they were surpassed, and she was just genuinely great to work with.

Robin knows not just their Ford products, but is very knowledgeable about the industry and competition as well.

Robin is a great asset to the JSF team, and when it comes time for another vehicle for work, I ll be giving her a call!

Overall, the dealership is very modern, clean, and everyone that I encountered were really nice, engaging, and does not seem to just be out to sell something...but just willing to talk and help.

They deserve all five stars given!

First I would like to say this is by far the BEST ...

First I would like to say this is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Dealership! The sales rep that helped us was named Shannah. Her customer service skills, politeness, positive attitude and flexibility was amazing. She never once pressured me into buying a truck. She assessed my needs and asked us what we were looking for and told us what she had available in that price range. She even stayed late because she knew I didnt get out of work until 5pm in Austin and they close at 6pm. She did this for me 3 days in a row. I was extremely grateful! She went above and beyond what I expect from any sales rep. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned 2013 Ford F-150! The transaction went through smoothly with Financial Manager Patty, she looked for the best interest rate possible and was a tremendous help and very sweet and pleasant to work with as well! After taking the truck home there were some minor concerns that needed to be looked at and thanks the Sales Manager Butch and Josh and the Service Manager Gene and the Auto Technician Todd they addressed all of our needs and even put us in a Ford F-150 loaner, while they were fixing the minor repairs. All of the reps were pleasent and such a Blessing to work with! They were extremely efficient and communicated everything with my husband and I. It will be harder to go to any other dealership in the near future and it really made the 1 hour and 30 minute drive really worth it! Therefore, this will be our forever Dealership! BIG, Big Thanks to all the Reps I named! You made a huge impression on our family and to all the people we know! You will see us in the Future, cant imagaine ever going anywhere else! Have had multiple service experiences all pleasant...

Have had multiple service experiences all pleasant. I know they said it would take an hour and twenty minutes which in turn actually took 2-1/2 hours, but they ended up switch out the tire and rim to switch out the spare rim so I'd have matching rims while I wait a week to get another tire.
The alignment turned out to be spot on so I'm very pleased with the workmanship.
I wish they gave me a car wash like before but they were busy and I needed to get on the road anyway.

Bottom line is this.. the culture of the company r...

Bottom line is this.. the culture of the company runs deep....we researched that. When we chose to invest 5 hrs with intent to walk away with a new truck, we were pleased to see that the entire staff we encountered carried themselves as this establishment is known for and, candidly, expected to display. Honesty, respect, intent listening, giving care about what customer is expecting, knowledgable about product lines and integrity are but a few characteristics me and my wife were looking for throughout our visit. Two standouts in the process were an outstanding young man by the name of Brandon (sales person) and Dana (financing dept). They both made us feel we were family but at no time did it appear to be anything less than what they signed on to do...everyday...and that is be good at what you do and be a good person while you are doing it despite what may appear to have not gone like you expected. Pray God I've got 20+ years left on me...I wiill drive 80 miles again...maybe just to say hello to some new friends or should I say family members. Well done Johnson Sewell Ford...well done.

all they do is lie and try to take money from you and come up with excuses for it. they told us they replaced my headlight plug the first time they didnt, we went back the second time they still didnt. they never did it once!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP.!!!!!

Every time I bring in one of my trucks to their not so quick lane it's a problem. Appointment no appointment gonna be at least an hour before they can get to u. Don't know how to check tires always at least one quart low on fresh oil change . today they refused my buissness claiming not enough time but still an hour before they close. I will bring both my diesels elsewhere

The Johnso Sewell store was very modern and clean. We took our 2019 Mustang in for its first oil change. Even though we didn't purchase the vehicle there, we were treated extremely well. Our service advisor was very professional. Upon checkout she reminded us that we had Ford Pass points that we could use towards this service. By using our points we ended up getting the oil change and state inspection for free. We will definitely visit this dealership again!

We had the good fortune of meeting Brandon and he made us feel like Sewell Ford was his business and he wanted to see us in the King Ranch of our dreams. It was the best buying experience and we felt wonderful as we drove away in our new truck. Do yourself a favor and ask for Brandon at Sewell Ford.

I needed to have some warranty work done. I originally took my car to Austin but they quoted a couple weeks to get it back.
Took it to Sewell and had it back the next day.
Check in was quick and smooth. Mary stayed in contact with me and I was back in my car within 24 hours.

I locked my keys in my truck, and the service manager Gene Baker gladly assisted me in getting me back in my truck. I was so impressed that I had them do my state inspection and oil change right then. I had been using another dealership, but Johnson Sewell is my new go to place for service.

Romero and has always treated us excellently and this day was no exception, helped me in buying my new car and also the finances manager (Right now I can not remember her name and I apologize for that), also treated us kindly, thank you for your help we have a new car, all happy so, all that I can say is that we will remain faithfully to Johnson Sewell Ford ... widely recommend to my friend JR Romero. :) ..

We have purchased 4 cars from the dealership and T...

We have purchased 4 cars from the dealership and THAT experience was exceptional...however their service department has been less than impressive. The one time we used the service department we took my husband's car in to get a latch fixed on the rear door. They told us that it was under recall...BUT...the recall notice hadn't been released yet so we had to pay to get it fixed. Then when we received the recall we took the notice in along with our receipt and they did not refund us the total amount...$300 still came out of our pocket!

The next time we took the same vehicle in was to get the AC fixed. We dropped it off on a Friday evening because we were heading out of town for the weekend and would not be back until late Monday.
They had it for another week or so waiting for parts and then repairing it. When we picked it up it had a crack in the windshield that was NOT there when we dropped if off. We spoke with the manager who told us that the crack was there when they checked it in and that they were not responsible for it until that time frame. I asked when it was checked in and he could not provide me with that information but again reiterated it was there when it was "checked in" and they were not responsible for fixing or replacing it. (We did have a small rock crack in front of the driver's side but the long crack was on the passenger's side and the 2 are not connected.)

As much as I like to keep my business local I do think I will go elsewhere for service. I feel their customer service is lacking and does not deserve my loyalty. Unfortunately it doesn't matter if your purchase service was great...what matters is how you are treated AFTER they get your money.

Vicki has always helped me. She does a good job. I got almost all of my money back for the car I took back. The Ford Explorer had to many issues for me and I needed a secure vehicle for my job. I am not sure I needed all of the extended warranty that I got, after finding out I already had the extended warranty through Lincoln. But it is what it is and I will live with that part. But again, Vicki Stroud does a good job.

We bought our first vehicle here in 1996. The experience was enough to keep us coming back. Since then, we have bought 5 used and 4 new vehicles from Johnson-Sewell. Each time they were very helpful and got us the best deal possible. After departing the area, we still shop and buy from this dealer and they deliver the vehicles to us in Houston. We buy Ford's because they are American made. We shop at Johnson Sewell because they treat us like family. My opinion is that if they treat you right, why go anywhere else? Thank you John J, Dana, and Josh. Our daughter loves her first new car! See y'all again in a few years when our baby starts driving. Thanks for all the great cars we have worn out and traded back in for newer models. You won't be getting my F350 back though...I love my truck!

Jim Joyner went above and beyond to get me into a new car that was good on gas, looked great, and had towing capacity! He also helped my wife find the exhibition xl limited that she was looking for to replace the old one.. I appreciate Ford for financing me and making it possible for me to get a 2020 Escape SE! I will be back again one day... Great service... Great people... Everyone of us should focus on buying American! And do what we can to stimulate the economy!

6 star experience with Johnson Sewell's service department. An error was made when they installed a new transmission in my Expedition. 6 months later, this led to the wiring harness burning through which required $850 work at a Ford dealership in another town. Gene Baker of JS's service department could not have acted more professionally as they provided prompt reimbursement to us for the bill that we paid to the other dealership. My next Ford will absolutely be purchased at Johnson Sewell. A car dealership with integrity, that's pretty rare. 6 stars on a 5 star scale

I took my car for an oil change at Johnson Sewell when I was visiting in Marble Falls and everything seemed fine. A few months later, I went to a different shop for an oil change and they told me that Johnson Sewell had messed up my oil pan and they wouldn't work on it for liability reasons. I drove over an hour one way back to Marble Falls to see what had happened.

It turns out, the other shop was mistaken. Everything was as it should be. However, since I had driven all that way, Jose Navarro took care of my oil change free of charge!

Brought them my f350 that was having trouble starting; They charged me $1200 to tell me it would take $10,000 to fix. Obviously I could not pay that exuberant amount so I took the truck home, changed the fuel filters, diesel, and it has run perfectly since.

Do not take your vehicle here, they do not act in your best interest, its all about the $$ to them, and what I experienced is borderline criminal.

He was patient in trying to figure out what the issue was with the very little info i was able to provide him but he got the job done! there was another lady as well that work with him but i didn t catch her name, but thank you for getting someone on it so quick. you guys did an excellent, 10/10 job. thanks for thoroughly explaining everything Joshua!

All I can say is wow this dealership is easy to do...

All I can say is wow this dealership is easy to do business with. Straight forward and painless from buying a truck to the service department all were Great. Well worth the time it took to get here. Really nice to find such a team of dedicated people. Attention to details was not overlooked anywhere even the restrooms were sparkling and smelling clean.
