This was my first need for an oil change and I was surprised to know that could just continue my house work while using the concierge service. They picked up my Nautilus at 9:45, and returned it at 11:30. It was wiped down with antibacterial clothes after it was delivered.

This dealership should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of an out-of-town ford owner. Your staff poorly represented Marble Falls as a community. I am saddened over this, as I have family that resides in Marble Falls. My quote for a repair should be considered thievery; shortly after I declined the repair offer, I received another quote that was nearly 50% less then what was previously quoted by the same person.

Furthermore I fail to understand how a Chevrolet dealership has quoted me a quarter of the price that your dealership quoted me.

My wife and I had a very good experience today working with Sales Representative Trent Lockwood in purchasing a car. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process and we were very satisfied. Dana also was very helpful and efficient in assisting us. Fact is, all the Johnson Sewell staff had smiles on their faces and exuded friendliness which is a distinct pleasure to be around.....We highly recommend this dealership for purchasing your next auto/truck.

I brought my truck in to have a maintenance performed and replace a broken brake switch stopper pad. I was told that this particular $2.00 part was not sold as a separate part from the over $500 brake pedal assembly (not including labor) and had to replace the entire brake pedal assembly.
I was pleased with the maintenance and the service department personnel, however very disappointed that a very simple part, that is somewhat crucial to the brake system, is not offered as a replacement part and can only be corrected by replacing the entire brake pedal assembly (by Ford).

I can honestly say Johnson Sewell Ford has the best Service Department that Ford has to offer. They are so good, that I drive out to Marble Falls to have my Raptor serviced every time, there is not another Ford Dealer that I would allow to work on my truck. Their Service Director - Gene and Service Manager - Rob are always friendly and most importantly can always explain in depth details about the repair, which is important to me. Service Advisor - Meagen is always quick to help me get a rental car as well as keeping me posted from start to finish. Overall, you can sense the great energy, great vibe, and great service every time you are there.

This is the first time i have filled one of these ...

This is the first time i have filled one of these surveys out for a car dealership as i am usually jaded after my experiences, but not this time! From the first moment i walked in, to the time i left with my new vehicle, the customer service was impeccable. Trent was my main person of contact and he was professional, informative and courteous the entire time. I would recommend coming even if only to deal with a person like Trent. He was a "no pressure" whatsoever sales person and this was very refreshing. He began by asking me my requirements, narrowed down my options, and then stayed with me through all my test drives, answering all of my questions and helping me through my deliberation. He informed me of the expectations for each vehicle and the pros and cons. I was torn between three vehicles and by the time Trent was done analyzing them with me, i am positive i drove out with the right one for me. Josh, the sales manager worked with me on the financing options. He was very informative and very fair with the options presented. I have to say, as an accounting/finance person myself, i am very cautious about doing business with car dealerships. My experiences with past car dealerships have felt like pulling teeth, making sure i am receiving a fair deal for myself. With this dealership, it took me about a half hour to go through all my finance options and come up with one that best fit my budget. That is impressive! After my initial interactions with Josh and Trent, I placed trust in them to come up with the right financing deal and they obliged. No going back and forth to make it happen. I had to leave for a meeting once my decision was made, and came back in about three hours to pick up the car, same day. They took my trade in, i received a very fair price for it, then I met with Dana (a very nice, no pressure finance professional) to sign all my paperwork, then drove home that night to show off my brand new Ford-150 truck to my family. I don't live in Marble Falls, but i would come back to Johnson Sewell, no matter where i live, in order to do business with them in the future.
Thank you all at Johnson Sewell for making this a truly no hassle experience.

Recently had my truck serviced because my check engine light was on. Christian was really helpful getting me in on a Friday with my busy schedule and ensured my issue would be diagnosed within the same day. Chris, the service advisor, not only diagnosed the issue in the same day but also had the issue resolved before 5 o clock. They are two great employees who made my experience stress free!

Bought the wife and 2019 Edge.SUV. Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The young man that did the paperwork was learning the trade. So had a young lady helping. Everyone has to start somewhere. Both were friendly and acted in a professional manner. I have a tight budget. At first they tried to over sell. I stuck to my budget. They went to the board getting the price I needed. All in all it was a somewhat pleasurable experience.

So much better than in the large city. Great people pick you up and drop you off both ways. Friendliness not seen most other places.

Service Department was unhelpful with my warranty ...

Service Department was unhelpful with my warranty tire exchange. The KO2s installed by the dealer we purchased from were bad. Cleburne Ford in North Texas helped me get 4 new ones under BFG/Michelin warranty. 4 new KO2s were also bad. Since we just moved to Burnet we chose this location to try to get help. They expected me to pay out of pocket for new tires and seek reimbursement from Michelin. Something didn't smell right so I called Michelin directly and guess what they told me, "that's not how it works". Went back today to relay the Michelin process and they refused to assist. Reason they cited was due to previously not being reimbursed correctly. Sounds more like a training issue. We'll be taking both our Ranger and F250 elsewhere for any future service. Discount Tire was MORE THAN willing to help.

I went in to have a tire checked. I was told it would be 45 to an hour. It ended up taking an hour and a half, but showing up without an appointment, I am very grateful they worked me in and the tire got fixed. They were very friendly and courteous, and let me know the steps they were taking to get me out of there.

I was located 5 hours away and wanted a particular exterior and interior color Lincoln Aviator and they had it available. Finance team also worked smoothly with and I was able to buy the car I wanted in 2 hours.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, and it was almost 4 hours from my home! If you need a salesman who is honest, upfront, and no pressure, see J R Romero! On the finance side, Katy Miller went above and beyond securing a excellent interest rate. The extended warranty was priced right as well!! I may live almost 4 hours away, but I will be back!!

We ve purchased our last two cars from Johnson Sewell Ford. Both times it was a great experience both deciding on the vehicle and the process of finance and contract.
The four star rating is for the service area. They do a nice job of taking care of our cars. My tiff is how long we have to wait, here lately. The last three or four times it s been as much as two and a half hours and no less than an hour and a half from appointment time to return. We have an appointment time and arrive a little before, so I am taking into fact that time shouldn t be considered. Each of these visits have been only for an oil change and fluid and equipment check. Nothing too time consuming My thought is whats the sense of having an appointment if it s going to take this long to get it in and out?

I had an amazing experience here and was very happy with my purchase. Everyone was friendly, helpful, honest and went above and beyond my expectations. I also got an amazing deal on a used car. Our salesman was JR Romero. He was wonderful to work with and very personable. Dana Beckwith dealt with the business side and was also great to work with. My dad was with me and also very impressed. We will both recommend to anyone in the area and I don't doubt my parents will purchase their next car there.

Michael was easy to work with, responsive, kept us posted, and not pushy. The price was good and they worked to meet us halfway. Mike even went in on his day off to make sure the transaction went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely look to Johnson Sewell for future purchases

I assumed (we all know what that means), after buying 5 vehicles that you would be considered a LOYAL customer, NOT!!! When you end up with a New vehicle and it doesn't perform as advertised, you take it back to be told, " Oh that is normal and Ford knows all about it ". Instead of making it right, you end up getting the run around, and get STUCK with a POS!!!!!!!!. Stay away from the Lease program, you think that Ford owns the vehicle, no it is a Leasing company tied to the dealership, so it seems as they don't care. Shop around and ask lots of questions!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

I've been in the auto industry off and on for 9.5 years. Most recently I brokered about 4,000 auto loans to banks and credit unions. I know a high quality salesman when I see one and Brandon in the pre-owned department is top notch. I called him needing a specific car on their lot and thankfully Brandon answered.
We discussed the vehicle, talked pricing and he realized I didnt live close and coming by to window shop wasn't convenient.
We completed the details over the phone, due to his and the dealership's efforts the car was priced right and he told me he'd meet me in Austin the next day to drop it off.
Everything he said was accurate, no nonsense and exactly as we discussed.
I'd highly recommend Brandon and would like Johnson Sewell to know they have an outstanding team member.

I am taken aback by the positive experience at JS. I backed into a tree destroying the back of my truck. I went to have damage inspected. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and professional staff who set my mind at ease. The process couldn t have been easier. I was kept updated on everything. I even received a call to inform me when the truck was actually moved into the body shop. I was given an estimate on when the truck would be available and to my surprise the truck was done much earlier than expected. The body work was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend JS for any of your collision related needs.

Great hometown dealership. *UPDATE* A deer hit me (REALLY!) and I was going to take my Edge to the insurance company approved shop -- but they NEVER called me as I had been told they would -- whereas Jared @ Johnson-Sewell called me twice! I decided to give my business to the guy who wanted it and I'm so glad I did! Chris kept me informed about the progress, and Michael (the manager) went far above and beyond to make certain that I could have my vehicle. I am so very happy that I chose them over the shop chosen by my insurance company.

We had an exceptional car buying experience! Brandon Garcia was positive and friendly about answering all our questions He initially helped us over the phone and had the car we were interested in, detailed and ready for us. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the car. This was a new experience for us. Dana Beckwith, the finance director was equally helpful and friendly. She made the buying process exciting and fun. To our surprise, we were out the door with our new car in 3 hours! Unheard of! We will definitely return for our next car, and have already recommended Brandon and Dana to our many friends in Austin.

My used car purchase has some minor problems which the company has setup a time tp repair as they furnish loaner car to keep my inconvenience to a minimum.The employees are very courteous and helpful.
I would highly recommend Johnson Sewell Ford to all.

I really appreciate Mary I had a question that was noted and she spoke to the mechanic and texted me back that day. The next car I buy will be with them.

Auto Insurance Referral by my insuance company, even though my car was an import. Chris in the collision department was professional and kept us posted every step of the way. She let us know the status of our vehicle and our insurance covered vehicle rental which was brought right to the dealership. They had the parts pre-ordered before we brought our car in, so the turn around time was quick. A quick detail was done on the interior as well! Thank you for the easiest, most hassle free experience! And thank you Chris, for great customer service!

I put "1 Star" just because Google wont let me put 0. Service tried to rip me off. Don't know if it is because I am from out of state. Tried to charge over $1300 to replace the water pump and AC belt in my truck. Even after I told them I got another bid, they said their fleet pricing would still be over $800. They charged me $110 since I didn't get the work done there. Hill Country Ford in Goldthwaite, TX did the work for $481. Also, I told them what was wrong with my truck Saturday morning and they said their service was open. When I hauled my truck to them they said they only had oil change techs there on Saturday. If you need work done on your Ford truck in this area take it to Hill Country. I never fill these out, but the fact that they thought I was stranded and that they could take advantage of me made me feel I should warn you.

I did extensive internet research to find the vehicle I wanted, and found it at Johnson Sewell. I filled out the info request form online, and was responded to via email, and a voicemail from a sales rep, Kyle Roberts. Kyle responded with just the right amount of proactive information and contact, but without being pushy or intrusive. As a result, I drove up from San Antonio to see the vehicle. I had also filled out a vehicle trade in form and a preliminary credit form, in case I ended up purchasing the vehicle. In each case, J-S handled the reponses promptly and made me feel like the transaction would go well. I drove up, met Kyle, test drove the vehicle, which was as described, both online and in conversation with Kyle, and purchased it. The trade in of my old vehicle and the loan info for the new one went without a hitch, as predicted in the preliminary work. This has been by far the most pleasant pre-owned vehicle purchase I've ever made, with courteous professional service from Kyle, to the finance office, to the other staff I had contact with. I will definitely refer friends and family to Johnson Sewell for future vehicle purchases!

Josh and Sammie were a pleasure to work with. Friendly and courteous, an educational sale not a high pressure one. They were more interested in me getting the right truck for my needs and taking the time to find it than trying to "get me into something."
Highly recommend and will absolutely do business with again.

Discovered the wait would be about 2 hours for an oil change yesterday (busy morning). I was very courteously offered an appointment later in the day which I accepted. Later in the day, 25 minutes and I was on my way home. Appreciated all the courtesy and especially the virus safety measures.
