First I would like to say this is by far the BEST ...

First I would like to say this is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Dealership! The sales rep that helped us was named Shannah. Her customer service skills, politeness, positive attitude and flexibility was amazing. She never once pressured me into buying a truck. She assessed my needs and asked us what we were looking for and told us what she had available in that price range. She even stayed late because she knew I didnt get out of work until 5pm in Austin and they close at 6pm. She did this for me 3 days in a row. I was extremely grateful! She went above and beyond what I expect from any sales rep. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned 2013 Ford F-150! The transaction went through smoothly with Financial Manager Patty, she looked for the best interest rate possible and was a tremendous help and very sweet and pleasant to work with as well! After taking the truck home there were some minor concerns that needed to be looked at and thanks the Sales Manager Butch and Josh and the Service Manager Gene and the Auto Technician Todd they addressed all of our needs and even put us in a Ford F-150 loaner, while they were fixing the minor repairs. All of the reps were pleasent and such a Blessing to work with! They were extremely efficient and communicated everything with my husband and I. It will be harder to go to any other dealership in the near future and it really made the 1 hour and 30 minute drive really worth it! Therefore, this will be our forever Dealership! BIG, Big Thanks to all the Reps I named! You made a huge impression on our family and to all the people we know! You will see us in the Future, cant imagaine ever going anywhere else! We will spread the word! Another Big Thanks to the Owners and Trainees of this Johnson Sewell! You have an amazing team and we wanted to make sure you know that! God Bless You All!
