I bought my car after my previous car was totaled. They made the process easy. I recently took my car in for it's first service. The employees were very friendly. They told me it would take 1 1/2 hours, they were done much quicker. Great place all around.

A sincere THANK YOU to the Johnson Sewell Team! For months we dealt and negotiated with the Ford dealers in Austin. North, south, east, west, it did not matter. Every interaction with other dealers felt underhanded and like smoke & mirrors show. We were about to give up on a Ford and simply get a Tundra as our new tow vehicle. I chatted with a rep on Johnson Sewell's site on a Saturday morning about a truck I saw online. The rep quickly handed me over to Jim Joiner who told me more about the truck and really bent over backward to put together a price plan to work with our budget. The team gave us a GREAT deal on our trade-in! Most importantly, we drove over an hour to get the dealer and once there, the team honored the agreement we had made on the phone and did not alter the deal one bit. This is unheard of in the car dealership industry. No haggling. No changes. No hidden prices. Not pushy about anything. A deal was a deal with this team. Once we arrived the process was quick and easy. I'd say even fun :) Do not waste your time buying in Austin. Go to this team and you will not regret it. The are focused on people and old fashioned good business. I will buy from them again and recommend to all my family, friends, and co-workers in the U.S. Army based in Austin to buy here too. I went in with no credit thinking I would never walk out with a car. I really needed a vehicle and had no luck searching for a car sold by owner. Ford worked with me and found a way to get me into a car with monthly payments in my price range. My son and I are so happy! I love Johnson Sewell Ford for doing everything they could to make this happen for me! I can't thank you enough!

I went in here to buy a used vehicle it had low miles and appeared to be in great shape. The Sales Team and Financing people were great to work with they got me in that truck faster than i could take my hat off my head. Butch Was an excellent salesman to deal with. However, The service department seems to be lacking. The truck had no functional turn signals nor did the hazards work at all.. I came in on my lunch break to pick up the truck when I found this out, so Butch had the service department check it out right away. Four hours later I was still sitting there waiting for 2011 truck without any indication of what was wrong or how long I could expect to be without a vehicle. You can be certain i will not be taking my vehicle here for service. I also lost out on half a days pay not to mention I still do not have my vehicle yet. Please look into how this vehicle got sold without a proper inspection being completed! * Revision Butch has been helping me resolve the issues and so far he has gone out of his way to make things right great service there!

I have never seen a car dealership have a vehicle for sale but wouldnt sell it because someone is coming to look at it later. Makes absolutley zero since. Well call you later if he doesnt buy it what?!? Guess they just want to hang on to it. Hopefully the other guy doesn't show and they are stuck w it for a while. I totally should have talked to the GM but i certainly will bash this dealership any chance i get.

We have bought a couple of vehicles from Johnson Sewell with no issue .My wife went in yesterday after looking on the internet at several different dealerships she had even done a internet appraisal on her vehicle went in yesterday sales staff very personable and helpful she was trying to understand why they were not offering more for her trade in when Tom in the back office came out and told her no one gets what they want for there vehicle ever and that her vehicle was in bad shape it is a 2012 Explorer with 44000 actually miles new tires last year he says there tech went over it and the tires are wore out along with brake rotors. at that point he started talking down to her and that was all it took she doesn't take that from no one . What he didn't realize was I was looking to trade also guess we will just have to take our business some where else.I also don't like the deal being made out in the lobby for everyone else to no your business

We came here to buy a new Fusion after our was totaled. Salesman here are really pushy and ride. Did not want us to examine the car before we bought it, and did not tell us anything about it. Online ad listed that it had less miles versus what the odometer actually says. They also took out the floor mats before we purchased it. Horrible dealership.

Had to have the rack and pinion replaced on my Shelby. Part arrived quickly and techs on site did an excellent job in not just installing the new parts but also in cleaning the undercarriage of my car. Junis was also amazing getting me checked in quckly and keeping me updated on progress.

Today I had the pleasure of the best buying experience at Ford in Marble Falls. I bought my last truck there and went back because Gene Baker has always made sure that all my service needs for my vehicle were always met. The sales person today, BRANDON- well he was just the best!! I was undecided and threw every scenario possible at him. He never got frustrated and took his time with me. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. He was very knowledgeable. When I left there in my new truck, I could not help but think how great full I am for this experience. These are really good people whom I could find myself calling friends. Brandon went above and beyond! At the very end we were talking and laughing as if we had been friends for a long time!! I can not thank the Ford family enough!

I was driving my Ford 250 transit van west on TX 29 near Llano when the van stalled. It would stall, start back up, etc. i was on route from Austin to Phoenix and that's a lot of desert to cross. So I called this dealership at noon and they said if I can get the van to them they would check it out that afternoon. i nursed the van into their lot at about 1:00 and by 400 they had finished the repair. 3 hours without an appointment and I'm sitting in Phoenix writing this. Now that's customer service! A small town in central Texas is very fortunate to have a dealership like this

Where do I begin. I called Johnson Sewell after seeing a vehicle online. The receptionist was nice....but it stops there. I worked with a sales rep named JR Romero. Not only did he lie to me from the beginning about the condition/smoke smell of the vehicle, he lied to me the whole time I was there. He acted like he was too good to work with me the entire time and constantly was taking off to assist others instead of putting me with the 10 other guys who were sitting at their computers doing nothing. I heard several of the sales reps cussing, saying the "N" word and goofing off. The worst experience ever. I told the sales manager Rodney Topper some of my concerns and he acted like he was going to punch me, as his face was beat red and voice was very defensive. I was then told they would have me in and out of there (finance) within 25 minutes. WRONG! I was there for 3 hours waiting for finance. I worked with a young girl...forgot her name. She was obviously unexperienced in the field. She stuttered the whole time and seemed extremely unorganized. I feel like I probably paid some random made up amount on my warranty. She was nice but it stops there. Terrible experience. I will never go back....stay away from this place.

My experience with Johnson Sewell Ford began purely by fate. I was with my friend, Janice Garrett, when she took her Navigator in for oil change. I went up the hill to look at the used vehicles. There, I encountered a young man, Brandon Garcia, a Johnson Sewell Sales Associate. I also saw a vehicle that really caught my eye. Brandon immediatly pulled the car up on his phone and gave me all the info. I told him about my trade in and he invited me to bring it in and just see what they could do. I have to say, this was the best experience in purchasing a car! I did come back...bought the car. Patti in finance was top notch! Please, pass this along to Brandon and Patti, you employees are what sell your dealership.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Just witnessed the m...

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Just witnessed the most outlandish situation...and still living it!
Zero follow-up, the right hand is clueless to what the left is doing, therefore, absolutely NO communication.
My parents, who are in their 80's, are passing thru town with their RV and their truck broke down. (Expected faulty starter) It was towed in on Wednesday afternoon. Kris is their assigned "Advisor". He said he would call Thursday at 2:30 to give them the estimate. NO Call. My Stepdad called at 3:00....they had NOT even gotten to it yet. (Follow thru Kris)
At the end of Thursday, my stepdad had to call AGAIN. Confirmed it was the starter and will repair on Friday....Kris will call him by 4. 4:00 Friday, NO CALL. (Follow thru Kris) Stepdad calls him. It will be done by end of day(6:00). We drive 45 minutes to pick it up...not finished at 5:30. 10 minutes before they close, oh gee.....there is a "broken bolt"....can't get it until MONDAY. ???????
45 minute drive back. Absolutely no accountabilty for a complete lack of any semblance of service! Talk about taking advantage of elderly! Deplorable situation. Again, ZERO follow-up, follow thru or communication. At this point, I don't believe they even worked on it at all. I don't believe they had any intention of getting to it until Monday anyway, but had to lie to cya for a complete lack of process and follow thru. NOT ONCE did the "Advisor" even reach out to them.
Never seen such a situation! Unbelievable. Disappointing. Unacceptable.

As a follow up: My parents received a call bright and early (7 am) the next morning from the Service Manager who was on vacation. He apologized profusely and made sure their truck repairs got finished. We picked the truck up at 9 am and I am happy to report that they were able to "get on down the road" to their south Texas destination without further delay and additional expense due to this delay. I upped the review a couple of stars, however, seems the Service Dept. is in need of a second in command or overall better Customer Service training and process program. So sorry to hear his vacation had to be disrupted, but fully appreciate his diligence in making this situation right.

I went to Johnson Sewell Ford for a recall repair Had an appointment and they were ready. The vehicle was accepted on time and repaired in less than an hour. The service folks are very professional and courteous. They treated me like they really cared about my issue. I highly recommend them for all your auto service and Ford repair.

My wife took her 2020 mustang in for an oil change and she had two mirrors in the back seat that one of the guys broke while getting in the car. My told them what happened and they told her there's no way she can prove it. Now that says guilty all the way. Their service is also slow.

My parents came to visit this month from Florida and their A/C went out and while this is covered under warranty they tried to go to this Ford dealership to get it fixed. They had no availability that day so an appointment was made for Thursday August 10th but they call Wednesday August 9th to reschedule for Monday August 14th and we got a call today August 10th to reschedule yet again for Friday August 18th. Once again the warranty would cover these repairs but no Ford dealership will honor the warranty because they refuse to keep to their own appointments and do nothing but call to reschedule until you give up.

Great team and staff. Not sure I trust the maintenance department that much and the check engine light did come on a week after I got it but it s just an exhaust code so I just drive it anyway. Has been a good vehicle so far but I didn t buy new. I told them what I had, what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen. Now I have a $114 car payment, my credit is growing because of the credit union they used to finance me and it was just an overall painless car buying experience.

This dealership is awesome. I've always got A+ service here. Ken is my salesman and he's awesome. I've talked with several of the sales and they are equally as great and treat you the same even if they aren't the one selling you the car. Josh & Butch over sales always there to answer questions help work with you. Dana in finance is such a delight to deal with and always with a smile. Gene in service is always there to greet you with a smiling face and makes sure any problems are taken care of. Rob in service is helpful as well. Marizol is accessories is another smiling helpful person and if you have a problem with what you get for accessories she's there to solve the problem. Junis is quicklane is wonderful and cheerful always. They are all a great group of people and almost feel like I'm part of the Ford Family there. I'm sure I left out a few that have helped me over the years but if you go here for any of your needs I'm sure you'll be greeted with a smiling friendly face and taken care of

Excellent repair and customer service! I was doubtful on taking my truck to a dealership for repair due to being worried of the high cost being a dealership. Boy, was I wrong! They are very reasonable and fixed it right. Gene and Jeff are super nice, honest, and easy to talk to. I put my whole trust in them and the mechanics with any future vehicle needs. All repairs come with an amazing warranty too. This is the place if you are wanting that old customer service from back in the day. You will leave with a smile on your face knowing you can trust the repair to be done right and without breaking the bank.

Sewell Ford turned a menacing situation into a flawless experience. I had an issue with my truck having a fuel pump problem. I set my appointment up a few weeks ago. They called and reminded me the day before and when I showed up to drop my truck off they had an F-250 waiting for me to drive while mine was going to be serviced. They were done with my truck that day and I was on my way. The service writer Adrian was very professional. I will never go any where else. Fantastic job!

I had a major issue with my 2015 F250 where it had a number of error messages (hill descent control fault, advancetrac failure, etc.) and it would not shift beyond third gear. All that, plus we were planning to leave on vacation in less than a week. After explaining our situation to Courtney, our service writer, she had our truck in the shop, diagnosed and repaired in two days, allowing us to leave on vacation as planned. Excellent service from Johnson Sewell!

I recently bought a used vehicle from Johnson Sewell - a very good experience, especially since I live out of state.Buying out of state can be a bit stressful. The vehicle was exactly as described online and fairly priced. Mike Gallagher held the vehicle for me until I could get there and check it out, which I much appreciated (good used 4Runners don't last long). Mike also did a great job communicating with us and answering questions. Dana Beckwith graciously helped us manage the complexities of the wire transfer and titling the SUV in New Mexico. She also went the extra mile to make sure the registration documents arrived in Santa Fe securely. Honestly, I've had pretty mixed (many bad) experiences with dealerships, so this was refreshing. Marble Falls is not such a small town anymore, but Johnson Sewell still has that small town friendliness and handshake business integrity that would definitely bring me back, for either a new or used vehicle.

I take my F150 here for service and have had great experience from Gene Baker and his staff over the years. I was in new Ford buying mode & wanted to buy local. I worked with Mark Ball in sales to purchase another Ford. He took the time to show me different vehicles that might work for my needs. I did not feel rushed at all. Once I made my decision I was very pleased with the process and the value I got for my trade-in. After the sale I had questions and they were answered immediately. This is by far the best experience I've had in the 40+ years of buying vehicles! Kudos to Johnson Sewell for treating me with respect! They definitely won me over as a very satisfied customer!

Johnson Sewell went above and beyond to help me with my car s problem. I had just moved to Marble Falls when the air conditioning went off in my car. They not only fixed that issue by just reprogramming it, but they discovered that my Battery was about to go out. I was pleased that they discovered this before I found myself with a dead battery. Everyone especially Mary was very courteous and helpful. I will take any new issues to them in the future.

My husband and I have dealt with Johnson Sewell Ford for 8 years. They are truly an exemplary car dealership. We have bought 3 vehicles from them over the last 8 years and JR Romero has been fabulous every time. They give fair trade in value, excellent pricing on new and used vehicles (we've bought both). Jr doesn't try and "up-sell" you into something you don't want or need. The financing department is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and takes care of everything in an extremely professional manner.

We have had all 3 of our vehicles maintained and serviced (both under warranty and not under warranty) by Johnson Sewell Ford too. Gene goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and his staff are informed, attentive and well-trained. On the very rare occasion that something has not been to our satisfaction they have taken every possible step to rectify the situation and don't stop working on it until we are satisfied.

Our experience at Johnson Sewell Ford has been nothing but pleasant in every aspect. I can't recommend them highly enough and look forward to continuing to do business with Gene, JR and the rest of the Johnson Sewell Ford family.

First I would like to say this is by far the BEST ...

First I would like to say this is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced at a Dealership! The sales rep that helped us was named Shannah. Her customer service skills, politeness, positive attitude and flexibility was amazing. She never once pressured me into buying a truck. She assessed my needs and asked us what we were looking for and told us what she had available in that price range. She even stayed late because she knew I didnt get out of work until 5pm in Austin and they close at 6pm. She did this for me 3 days in a row. I was extremely grateful! She went above and beyond what I expect from any sales rep. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned 2013 Ford F-150! The transaction went through smoothly with Financial Manager Patty, she looked for the best interest rate possible and was a tremendous help and very sweet and pleasant to work with as well! After taking the truck home there were some minor concerns that needed to be looked at and thanks the Sales Manager Butch and Josh and the Service Manager Gene and the Auto Technician Todd they addressed all of our needs and even put us in a Ford F-150 loaner, while they were fixing the minor repairs. All of the reps were pleasent and such a Blessing to work with! They were extremely efficient and communicated everything with my husband and I. It will be harder to go to any other dealership in the near future and it really made the 1 hour and 30 minute drive really worth it! Therefore, this will be our forever Dealership! BIG, Big Thanks to all the Reps I named! You made a huge impression on our family and to all the people we know! You will see us in the Future, cant imagaine ever going anywhere else! I'm very disappointed, why would you put water in the windshield washer fluid. Its frozen thanks dummies for the $300 oil change, I better go check and see if you put oil in it. $63k with a ice cube in the wash fluid reservoir, and I paid $300 dollars to get the ice cube plus sent an employee to wait for 5 hours. Rediculous

I do not review a lot of businesses these days, but starting back the trend. I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Johnson Sewell Ford/Lincoln in Marble Falls.
I have used other dealers in the Austin area, but now that my travels take me in and around Marble Falls, I had to give this dealership a try for a warranty issue on my car. I am a car enthusiast and like to do my own work such as oil changes and tire rotations, brake work, it is just my thing. However newer vehicle electrical systems and A/C, I really don't like to touch if I don't have to, that is what warranty is for.

I had a common issue with the blend door motor assembly on my car, and it needed attention. From the first call with Jason to set up the appointment, to the dropping off the car at the appointment time and meeting Jeff L. I have to say that things went smoothly and professionally.

Due to my schedule and commitments, it is hard to leave the car, and I informed Jeff that we needed to see if the diagnostic could be run and a determination could be made on "how long" things were going to take. I then set up camp in the customer area, free Wi-Fi allowed me to get an online class in while waiting. You can tell a lot about how an organization works when you see them deal with other clients, everyone there was treated in a very professional manner, the staff was attentive and polite, kudos to the management, but more importantly to the team there doing the actual work.

Jeff L. checked in on me and the situation about an hour and a half later, and it was as suspected, they needed to keep the car, as the repair needed time to be done right. Jeff then informed me that a rental car would be made available and that my day could proceed. I left the dealership about 11:30 am.

Well, I was able to pick up my daughter from school and get her home, and just managed to get into my home office around 4:00 pm when the call came in, Jeff L. informed me that the team managed to get the repair done and it was ready! Well, other things had to come first, so we arranged to pick up the car this morning.

I picked up the car, paperwork was ready, no courtesy car wash as I have come to expect, but with the way I was treated and the way all went, I have to say, if you need a low-stress way of getting either warranty work done, or service work performed, I am confident that you will be treated professionally and with all due courtesy at Johnson Sewell Ford in Marble Falls, give them a try.

Found a vehicle on their website, followed the pricing listed with discounts, finance rates, etc. (This is their pricing and calculation mind you) went in to test drive and buy - whoops, all kinds of pricing numbers magic Mumbo Jumbo excuses, pressed the salesman to clarify until we finally got web site is wrong excuse all the while receiving another email saying the vehicle is no longer available....couple days later, still there. Same incorrect price....UPDATE: I feel as though I need to revise my review. The error on the website was actually corrected and the sales manager reached back out to me with an explanation of what happened and even offered to work with. All said, I feel like this dealership took the time to make things right. Thanks Josh and Butch - we will definitely come back.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today, not only did I not have an appointment I had something that should have been having my car sit for a couple of days. But thanks to the marble ford house I only had to sit for four hours. I m incredibly thankful for this as it s my only car. You guys are amazing and I truly appreciate it.

Dreaded the idea of purchasing an automobile. Had no idea where to start as my husband had always taken care of our autos. And, everyone knows the stories of car salesmen. I was looking over the certified vehicles on the lot when a Mr. Donnie Garrett walked out and introduced himself and I knew he was my angel. He helped me pick out a vehicle and spent all day walking me through the process of buying a car. I am so happy and if I ever have the need for another car I will certainly go straight to Donnie, he had all the patience in the world. It started as a search through car guru, that lead me to this dealership. The salesman that picked up my interest in the car was so nice and informative. Brandon Garcia. His constant communication through our car buying experience really made it easy and less stressful. When we got to the dealership (an hour away from home) he had coffee waiting in the vehicle of our choice! We ended up with the vehicle of our dreams, and at a great price. The protocol for COVID 19 was very good. My appointment was expected and our truck was serviced in 45 minutes. When asked if I wanted the truck washed while the paper work was being filled out I said yes please wash it. I would have rated the service a 5 except they did not was the truck as I was expecting.
